I start to make plans for my own clan to first build a clan housing and palace in the soul city district.

soul city is divided into five parts, north, south, west, east and center.

After rebuilding of the soul city, the central of the city changes and the government takes that partition and builds the seal wall with a gate around it and evicts all the population from central and starts building military and government buildings there.

In each side of the central district, the great noble clans built their own housing in the first district.

However, the Shiba clan did not have housing in the first district so I plan to build five buildings at five different locations at the outer perimeter of the last district.

With these, buildings that make pentagons shape with the central district at the center and build different seals with the entire soul city as center of those seal.

Because each district has proximity to a small human city.

When a soul comes to the soul city, they come in an outskirt district.

Therefore, outskirt districts have low security because of all new souls that do not know anything about themselves.

They create problems until they remember something about who they were, like name or occupation so they start to relate to new life like finding their relatives or clan or start business.

With my radar skill, I could find all the souls that have near soul frequency of the shiba clan and then adapt them in the clan to increase my clan population.

Then explore different districts, find good and honest business, and add them to the branch of shiba clan.

Changing structure of clan to main clan and branch clan to, guardian clan, crafting clan, researching clan.

With soul city population of around six hundred million the Shiba clan must have at least a few hundred thousand-clan members to become a great noble clan.

In different branches and few hundred high spiritual potential individuals and in the main branch to boost the clan credibility.

Moreover, a few thousand strong fighters in the guardian branch of the clan to protect and uphold the clan from external threat.

In addition, bring in different business to crafting branch of clan to generate capital and educate few hundred-gifted individual to art of seal to extend and perfect the art of seal and start art of kido in technique of seals, barrier, binding and enchanting of soul cloth, sword, armor, talisman and accessory.

After routinely checking business, I invited the best seamstress, calligraphic, healer, sword smith, chef, Pottery, Printer, Carpenter, alcohol brewer to branch clan to start a new line of product that helps souls in clan and soul city.

In was my journey to gaining all the skill soul city could offer to me.

After learning, cataloging and all the seal art of shiba clan in my memory palace, compiling a few new seals, and changing old seals so can't be cracked I started the plan.

'I first have to build spiritual crystal blood with my blood as a base and add clan's member blood to anchor myself to clan members.

Putting my maximum pressure to blood it starts to change to crystal and little by little adding other blood like layer after layer and finishing it with my both positive and negative soul signature so nobody can take position of it.'

After continue my creation the red diamond to the size of fist and I start etching different seals on it and pouring my intent and will into the blood diamond.

'With this I put seals that make clan members that anchor to the stone loyal to the clan and increase their health with its power and secure the clan member from harm and keep clan secrets from being revealed and increase the soul potential in due time.'

With that I builds five blood diamond just like that and connect all six of them together.

'My next step is making the main clan and branch clan a sigil and have the clan member seal their membership in front of blood diamond with an oath using intent and will so their connection to clan grows stronger.

After that I know they cannot expose a secret start teaching them spiritual cultivation and basic true history and plan for the future.'

At first, after a few days to a month, clan's member become very shocked about everything their great elder brings them after taking the oath in front of a blood diamond.

They could feel other members' general location in addition to their health or if they were in distress, so they could help now.

They could feel they start to grow sturdier and great elders teach them spiritual cultivation.

They could systematically grow in power and with knowledge of history; they know who is trustworthy and who isn't thus after passing of time their faith in their great elder increased to the limit.

Spiritual cultivation of Shinigami is different from hollow, in hollow their body is their capacity of how much can hold spiritual energy and after building spiritual core it can circle in the body so minima's the spillage but in Shinigami case because their body can hold very little amount of spiritual energy.

However, they can generate relative to their willpower with stronger will they can generate more, faster, longer spiritual energy so for cultivation they have to endure the challenge like in swordsmanship and physical practice.

They have to push themselves to limit and exceed that limit and firming their will and building their spiritual core and generate more spiritual energy that they couldn't contain so their zanpakuto take spiritual energy then evolve and become stronger, stronger zanpakuto need further spiritual energy to active first release and full release (bankai), with cycle of generating and using spiritual energy body start to enter gasification stage.

Most powerful Shinigami is at this stage and few individuals ever evolve to liquid stage, even after that no Shinigami can go further in this limit of Shinigami.

After spending three months in an underground palace and helping my clan members so they could grow in spiritual power, even one of the young guards named Kenji pushed himself to the liquid stage.

With his strong, willpower to protect the clan. I put a few seals in his body that help him send his spiritual pressure inward. To be continued.

ATTACK BY STRATAGEM

Sun Tzu said: In the practical art of war, the best thing of all is to take the enemy's country whole and intact; to shatter and destroy it is not so good. So, too, it is better to recapture an army entirely than to destroy it, to capture a regiment, a detachment or a company entirely than to destroy them.

Hence to fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting.

Thus, the highest form of generalship is to balk the enemy's plans; the next best is to prevent the junction of the enemy's forces; the next in order is to attack the enemy's army in the field; and the worst policy of all is to besiege walled cities.

The rule is, not to besiege walled cities if it can possibly be avoided.

The preparation of mantles, movable shelters, and various implements of war, will take up three whole months; and the piling up of mounds over against the walls will take three months more.
