Then I build a small palace for myself then seal the whole place and start expanding internal space, so inside of the building is much larger than outside. Then start to connect all the shiba clan buildings to my palace, so I can move around my clan easily. I redo the entire wall of the central district, change its structure from four gate to five gate, and create sphere protection seal cover over the central district. The only way to go inside the central district is true the new game without a gatekeeper because they can only come in after they register their spiritual energy signature in a seal network that connects the entire city. With these seals they have complete control over the city and could disable anyone spiritual energy by will. For my military forces, I first create five divisions that correspond to each of the realms problem. Then a division as an administration with myself as a head, then a division as medic and emergency response in the field and a division for intelligence and counterintelligence with scouts and monitoring different worlds. A division for logistics and an elite operation division for black operation and lastly a Research and Development division for creating new techniques and items for whole other divisions. My organization in eleven divisions, each division with captain and vice-captain, five lieutenant, and five hundreds soldiers, named immortal army, started working.

After this whole fiasco, I go back to mastering other crafts and start with gardening and start taking samples from all five worlds. I go to the world gateway, connect to them shortly, and willed it all unique and different plant seeds to teleport beside me and I disconnect myself from the other world. In the basement of my palace, I build twenty-five greenhouses and put an environment control seal in them with power sources of spiritual crystals to simulate different environment claimants. With my mastering in growing different plants and with the help of eve and raven, I grow one batch of every plant with my own spiritual energy and after they fully grow and produce a seed. I took the seeds to my inner world and gave them to Eve, so she could plant them in my inner world and use them if she needed. After thriving in my greenhouses, I gave the sample of every plant to the R & D division so they could start researching indifferent properties and different usage of them. After opening my hospitals, I found out soul city does not have professional doctors and medic. What they have is a few restoration verbal seal art (Kido) that was invented by the Shiba clan. So first, I master restoration kido and then give all my medical knowledge and expertise to the medic division so they can start developing a new profession.

There are few sub dimension of soul world that only occupied with none human soul like beast world, tree world, etc. human soul cannot go into the this dimensions but they could come to ours, the animals that in the beast world don't have to eat so they would not kill other animal so they could not reincarnate. When they want to move on from the beast world to the human world they have to die. If a beast soul loses their mind, they go to a hollow world and hollowfied but if they become very intelligent, their soul starts to evolve and they go to a soul world like Sajin komamura, that was wolf and evolve to beast man. Most predator beasts will go to the hollow world and after hollow eats them, they take their animal property. Other beasts usually go to the soul world but they will not come to soul city. My clan has seals that invite boar and hogs to our housing compound so I build large farms and keep them there. At five outskirt housing compounds, in the first one, I built an animal farm and extended it to twenty-five different animal housing.at the second one, I built twenty-five silos and warehouses to store our food and product with the stasis seal so they can store anything without any problem. In the third one, I build an agriculture farm for different yields of food products. In the fourth one, I build a medical plant farm that can yield at the commercial scale. In the fifth one, I build a fruit farm, go to a storage warehouse, and build a few breweries to process the fruit into alcoholic drinks with rich spiritual energy that have health benefits. Therefore, now that I have sophisticated food production, I start my mastering in cooking, baking, brewing, candy making and feed my army with the food I make. There were a few benefits in eating my food masterpiece. First, they would have extra energy so they could train harder and cultivate farther. Second, different foods have different buffs for them from increases of strength, agility, intelligence, natural healing and comprehension. Therefore, when they have that buff, train their body, and adapt to that level, after the buff is past their body retain that level of power so they grow in a very short amount of time. Next, I begun to create artifact for my army, I design a medallion small orb crystal imbedded it and have few cluster seal on it that first monitor the health of user and second can teleport the user from anywhere to world gateway and third with the medallion they could communicated to other member and summon other member in emergency. After building the prototype and testing it. I made this artifact medallion for every member of my army and clan member. Then I start designing and building a machine that can change Shinigami zanpakuto to tattoo and store it in them. The tattoo connected to their soul so their zanpakuto cannot be taken away and if their zanpakuto is damaged they could store it in a tattoo and it will fast forward the process of restoration.
