Caspery has been working for the Ferdim family since she was twelve and has been treated very poorly ever since. For years, Saphrin has been running from her past and it's clear that something (or someone) is looking for her. Caspery is tired of the constant abuse she faces from the Ferdims, as well as the rest of the staff, and wants a better life for herself. A few nights later, a mysterious woman approaches him and offers him a chance to start a new life ... At a cost. The Bard: Larmei is a young, teufel orphan who lives with a group of adolescent thieves and they all need to steal in order to survive. There's just one problem; this school doesn't take too kindly towards people who were not assigned female at birth. The Monk: A scaly, aquatic man, named Zi, has a very calm and uneventful life at the monastery. I was skeptical when I saw the LGBT+ tag but unlike most other LGBT+ novels this one has a decent plot and good characters that can be enjoyed by anyone regardless of sexual orientation. It was an enjoyable read for me(hetero male) so far and I assume it will be an even better read for people who dig LGBT+ novels.

What I loved the most about this story is how easy it is to be in tune with what the characters are feeling. Not only was I able to understand them but also, I got really invested with them. I think that speaks really positively about the way you built this character and also, the way you describe the story. Half the time I could imagine the scene perfectly. Such an amazing work. Yeah!!!! it's a gold..... loved it.... Honestly I love darkish stories.... hehe The plot seems good, and I want more of this story... please....

I love how the author gives a warning from the start of a chapter. It was a good story. And it was a constructive piece. I love this! Update soon author!

A slow burning story with dynamic and real characters, intersecting timelines and a distinct classical western literature feel to it. There are a lot of characters introduced in quick succession and character building in the first volume, so if that's your cake then this is your story.
