Her voice

Reading books is what I like the most .I am the only son of Asher , The CEO of Getgo Company . Kids at school call me young billionaire. I am not like others , I don't want to show off my money to anyone . I hate this world it's full of sorrow .

"Joseph" . I heard someone is calling me .

"Yes?"

I went downstairs and saw my dad there sitting on sofa and my mother on his other side. I looked at them with a confused expression.

" What?"

"Sit with us for sometime . You don't spend time with us .What's wrong with you ?" Asher said .

"Huh? You want me to sit with you ? "

"Yes ! Of course " Alora ( his mother) said .

"I am going to sleep "

They both sighed and said nothing . I can't understand why suddenly they asked me to sit with them ?.

"It's okay " She said.

" I wish you were a human" Joseph said .

"I don't want to be a monster " She laughed .

"Why can't I see your face ?" Joseph said .

"Becaus-" She was about to say but she vanished out of nowhere.

I woke up and sweat was dripping like water .

"It was a dream ". Joseph said while panting .

Joseph took shower and got ready for school .

*AT SCHOOL*

"Today we have a new student " Teacher said.

Everyone looked up to welcome the new student .

"She is pretty" nayeon said .

" Hello everyone! I am Hizuki. Take care of me I'll take care of you and I hope we will be friends. " the new girl said .

I looked up at her and the first thing she and I did was eye contact . The only reason I looked up was her voice, I've heard this voice before but I can't remember. I looked down breaking the eye contact.

"Sit next to Joseph " Teacher said .

"Huh?" Joseph said

" I am sorry Joseph but as you can see everyone has their partner " Teacher said .

"Nayeon is sitting alone" Joseph said .

"Han is absent " nayeon said while looking at Joseph.

" I'll sit with him" Joseph said with a smile .

I was talking to nayeon and suddenly someone interrupted.

"Nayeon ! Hy " Hizuki said offering her hand for handshake .

"You can sit with me " nayeon said .Instead of shaking her hand she hugged hizuki as I sighed . I am pretty close with han but Teacher arranged his seat with nayeon .

Hizuki's pov

Nayeon showed me the whole school during the break time . I was walking peacefully until I bumped into someone like a wall .

"Sorry " I said .

I looked at the guy. And he was the boy who didn't want me to sit next to him . He looked at me for few seconds and walked away without saying anything .

"How rude ?" I said

" He is not what you just said " She said in a serious tune .

"Huh? " I asked her out of curiosity.

" He is the richest plus popular kid of the school but he is not happy he is mostly lonely because his parents are with work and they never paid attention to him and at school everyone thinks he is cold as ice but my other friend Han is kinda close with him so han once asked him about his cold behavior and he answered -" Nayeon was explaining until

"Stop talking about me " Joseph said in low voice and left with book in his hand .

"What did he answered ? " I asked .

" I am very soft inside but cold outside " nayeon said .

We both ran to our classes when we Saw the teacher but in the middle way to the class room I told nayeon to go to class I'll take some rest I am not feeling well and she left .The only reason for not attending the class is that ice age , I saw him sitting on the bench alone so a dumb thought popped up in my dumb mind .

"Hey!" I said with a smiley face .

He sighed and looked away then at me with done expression .

"What are you doing here ? " he asked as usual as cold as ice .

" Why? can't I be here ? " I asked as if I am the owner of the school .

"BYE" he said

"Huh?"I asked while looking at the entrance and there was a fancy luxury car waiting for him .I didn't realize when he left .

"Ice age" I said to myself.

"YAAA ! WHAT ARE YOU DOING THERE ? The teacher yelled at me .

I ran as fast as I can .
