Are you afraid of ghosts?

Are you afraid of monsters?

Are you afraid of being abandoned?

There was an urban legend about a certain family. It was said that this family meddled too much with black magic. One night they went too far and got their souls met with a terrible demise. They died together. They got cursed together. And their wrath will forever remain to haunt mankind for the pain they'll eternally suffer with.

A family feared by all.

They were portrayed as horrendous, gruesome yet mysterious in the eyes of men.

Wonder why?

Perhaps the answer could lie in how all of the brave individuals who dared to trespass—in their private cemetery high up in the the woods—disappeared without a trace, never to be seen again. Some may be able to step outside the haunted graveyard, but the result will always be the same. Either they end up in brutal "accidents" or drift off to a deep slumber in which they will never wake up from again.

They could never be contacted through Ouija boards, or any tools used by paranormal experts. No matter how much they try, it will always result to an endless static.

How phenomenal it is indeed for a single, vulnerable lifeform to intertwine its destiny with this "malevolent" family. Nevertheless, their differences can never be ignored.

At the end of the day, she is still a human. And they are still monsters. She sparks life, they reek of death.

"When a rose is planted in a garden filled with flowers as enchanting as her, she will also grow up to become a beautiful rose. For if a garden is attractive, it could only mean that the plants are taken good care of, nourishing them with all the nutrients they need.

However, if a rose is planted in an ugly swamp, full of everything rotten... Will she still grow up to be a beautiful rose?"
