Attack on the Academy [1]

James coughed out a pool of blood as he shakily looked down at his stomach, lightly touching the leg in confusion.

The light from Ethan's eyes began to fade as he desperately tried to pull himself off of the leg.

They turned to each other before tears began forming in their eyes.

"J-ame-s," Ethan weakly muttered, desperately asking his friend for help.

"Noo.. n-not you too…." James powerlessly shook his head, trying to deny their current situation.

It was bad enough that he was dying, but his friend would die too…

Lucian's face paled as he saw his two friends fall limp as the blood from their bodies trickled down their bodies and dripped onto the floor.

"No…"

Lucian didn't even spare it a thought despite the tantalizing smell of fresh blood hitting his nose.

His two friends, the two people who treated him like one of their own, were dying… Right before his very eyes.
