What immediately caught my attention were my eyes. It's not as if they changed color, but it was what I saw in those eyes.

'I look like a corpse'

Not in the smelly and rotten body type of way. My eyes were devoid of life. It was as if someone had stolen all the light from them and what was left was a dull red, that was as dark as blood. The only thing I could think of as I look at those eyes was...

'Was I always like this?'

Ever since being reincarnated I was never given a chance to think about the question "why?". But even so I wanted answers to some of my questions. Not questions like "Why did you pick me?" or "Who gave me this power?" as asking those questions felt like the wrong ones.

My only question is, have I always hated humans?

After spending every second of those 3000 years in a dark room while I slowly lost everything that made me who I am, I began to think to my self and form some sort of pseudo-personality because I lost my original along with my memories.

'...'

'Every thing about me feels fake...'

My power, as it was given to me by a "goddess" named Libra.

My memories, which in turn became a fueling source for my insanity.

As well as most of my emotions, causing me to focus only on the hatred I harbor for the humans.

Even the reasons towards my hatred for humans has been lost.

Even when I look at my status I feel like something is wrong, but I always get a headache when trying to look closer at the "distortions".

Just what am I?

[LUNA, THE WOLF HAS WOKEN UP]

'*sigh*...Okay, time to go back'

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(pov Injured Wolf) *Earlier that day*
The tribe that I was born into is the proud "Lightning Wolves".
Some say I was born lucky because I was the chiefs daughter. I think they are wrong, I earned my right to keep this position by myself. My father was not kind, in fact most male wolves from our tribe are even more proud than dragons, as they believe they are the rulers of the forest. Thus they do not care for their children or even their wives.
I began to realize what I had to do to live in this world the day I was born. As monsters we keep our memories from infancy. Usually this would be a good thing, but not if you remember watching your father kill and eat your mother.
I knew from that day, that I would receive no form of love from anyone. Thus 23 years passed as I fought against the wolves that tried to kill me for their "honor". When dealing with them it is usually pretty easy as they would never attack as a group because of that so called honor. Which makes no sense seeing as the other wolf tribes fight in packs.
As if to refute what I was thinking, I got suddenly ambushed and injured by 5 of our tribes strongest wolves, with their leader being the only wolf besides my father that I could not beat one sidedly.
After running through the forest I finally reached a point where my body started to fail me. As I fell to the ground and lay there I begin to see them approach.
Without so much as a growl, their leader jumps at me to finish me off. Although what I felt at this point was not fear but disgust. I refused to close my eyes in fear at these cowards.
Although before the wolf could reach me, its head exploded.
'...'
'Wh-what the hell is that?'
What I saw before me was a black fox that jumped off the already dead wolf's back.
The fox was holding itself with a majestic confidence. But that is not what caused my reaction.
Surrounding the fox was a purple and red aura that was as dark as the night. It was filled with so much hatred that I could barley breath which did not help in my current state. I saw that the other wolves could see the same thing I did, although they did not look as deep as I did.
What I saw as I looked further into the darkness and hatred was an immense amount of loneliness and despair. It was so small that I could realize that she herself did not know she felt this way. It was as if her emotions has been locked behind a wall and I was only allowed a tiny glimpse.
While I was seeing and experiencing her emotions I didn't realize she had already finished off the other 4.
She approached me and I saw her look like she was holding back a laugh. This pissed me off because I thought she was making fun of my current state.
But I quickly shrugged off that feeling as I began to ask a question I knew she couldn't hear right before I lost consciousness.
'What are you...?'
