5 Vampire Diaries 3: Transmigrated Into The Vampire's Body

~ THALIA'S POINT IF VIEW ~

The werewolf furiously attacked the man mercilessly. It looked like a real human being as it knew how and when to use its claws and pointed teeth.

The surroundings was disturbed as they fought without hindrance and deterrent which gave me an idea that I was in a place where I shouldn't be.

The man caught a glimpse of me and said, "Bite his neck, now!"

"I can't! It might shatter my teeth!"

I was serious but, he only gave me a voracious laugh.

"Don't act like a jester! But, I'll handle it with myself." He replied as there was still a wide, satirical laughter on his lips.

He choked up the werewolf with his right hand while blocking its sharp paws that would scratch and tear his flesh apart.

The man punched the werewolf several times until it slumped into the grassy ground.

"Is it dead?"

I asked him while massaging my knees.

My back still hurts but I walked closer to the man who was gasping and breathing heavily.

He said, "Don't come closer to him, Thalia! He's not yet dead and his one of our greatest pretender and enemy!"

"What do you mean?"

I narrowed my eyes upon asking him regarding the "our enemy" thing. I was not certain of his words but I had a bad feeling that I am in the world of...

"No, Thaaaaaliaaaaa!"

He screamed so loud that could ruin my eardrums. I was gaping until I've realized that there was another werewolf who attacked me.

His eyes were emerald the same as Drake's eyes.

I don't know but I felt safe and comfortable as the werewolf was on the top of me not until...

It growled horribly that made my hair frizzy and messy. "Heeeelp me! Heeeey!"

I asked for help as the werewolf showed its pointed and deadly paws. "Hold on, Thalia!"

The man said.

Vulnerable and defenceless, I closed my eyes for a while. I wished as I'll open my eyes once again, the beast will be gone and went back to the place where they belong.

I wished that it would be burned down and turn into ashes. But, as I've tempted to open my eyes.

The werewolf was still on the top of me. Growled and snarled as it looked at the weak and dying werewolf.

"Please... Please... Let me go! I am not the one who hu–hurt him!" I begged.

I begged and talked to it as if werewolves can speak.

Until I remembered the man who saved me earlier. "Drake," I murmured.

But as soon as I looked upon into the werewolf's eyes, I Drake on it. The shade of their eyes was the same and the warmth they bring.

"Save me once again."

I added until the man fled into the back of the beast. "Leave her alone and fight with me!" He warned the beast as it urged to be more indignant.

I saw it.

I have witnessed a tremendous fight between a mortal and a werewolf under the moonlight.

"I saw it! But it is too impossible to happen!"

At the big tree of Balete, I leaned my back for the meantime. Breathing heavily and deeply was the only thing I can do.

I tried to stand and help him defeat the new werewolf who came to save the other. The fight became serious and bloody when the man smirked and spit into the weak beast.

"Leave my territory, werewolves! If you want to live longer like us, do not attempt to fight against the King!"

"Grrrrowl!"

The beast growled frighteningly but the man remained laughing and firm. He seemed fearless and dauntless while speaking before the huge werewolf.

If I could compare them to mortals, they are bigger and taller than me– than us.

However, as I blinked my eyes I saw the man crawling into the ground. Away from the feverish and chaotic beast but I saw his arms bleeding.

I felt worthless and pathetic as I could not help the man in defeating the voracious werewolf.

I breathed heavily when the beast walked closer and tighter. His eyes were burning in the fire as it scratched the man leg without showing some mercy and humanity.

The man cried out of pain.

He seemed to howl like a beast and asking for help. "What's going on?" I asked myself but I was taken aback because of the words that I said.

"No! No! It can't be!"

With all the strength that I have, I stood up enduring the pain and the thoughts that bothered me since I woke up.

I looked around and I saw a big trunk of the tree. Slowly, I walked closer to the back of the werewolf. It can't see me as it was scraping the man's arms and legs.

Unexpectedly, a huge and gigantic creature pushed me. The trunk slipped from my hands and I felt like I was flying into the sky.

"Thaliaaaaa!"

"Heeeeelp meee!"

I screamed at the top of my lungs as soon as I've realized it.

I could see them clearly as things became in a slow motion.

"Drake, save me!" I murmured as tears flow down into my cheeks.

For the second time, death fetched me. It didn't send the Grim Reaper who can see and guide my soul.

As I felt that I was falling, I wished to wake up in the palace. In the place where I love to stay especially at night.

"Bring me back to my home," I whispered as I surrendered my body and face to the creator.

I closed my eyes peacefully.

Accepting my fate– my second death.

I could barely hear the werewolves growl and the man's voice but I don't want to live anymore in the place that full of strangers and detrimental creatures.

"Farewell to you, Mister Drake. But, I guess– this is my last breath."

I know what will be going to arise. And, I have accepted the destination that I'll be living for the rest of my life.

But not until I fell into someone's arm.

I felt it.

I knew it.

The warmth gave me an excitement. As I opened my eyes, I was surprised that the werewolf with emerald eyes was the one who lay me gently into the ground.

Its eyes were calm and embroidered of fear. As if it knows me very well.

I wanted to be afraid of him, but my system told me not to. As we both know each other for a long time ago.

"Forgive me, Thalia but I have to leave you for now."

His eyes were telling me that. As he was too afraid and astonished upon knowing that I was in danger because of the werewolf who pushed me without a warning.

"Thalia! Thalia!"

"I can't forgive myself if something happened to you!"

The man run towards me which propelled the beast to run away, carrying the wounded werewolf.

I was silent, shocked and startled.

"I've seen a man who looked like a Vampire, and now, werewolves who attacked and tried to hurt me."

"It shouldn't be happening as it was only a Fantasy creature who doesn't even exist!"

I was trembling of the possible truth. "Don't move! I'll carry you back to the palace!" He said.

But, I am hesitant to come along with him.

The scratch on his legs and arms were gone. His eyes were red. His lips were red as the red paint. His skin was white as the clean plain fabric. And... and his pointed and malignant fangs.

"You are a Vampire,"

Out of nowhere, I murmured which made him surprised. I know the truth now! I know that he is a Vampire!

He nodded. "You looked afraid as if you are not one of us. Come on, Thalia! Don't act like you are a weak werewolf!"

He was looking at me with a satirical smile. He offered his hand but I refused to accept it.

On my own, I want to know the fact.

I looked around the forest until I've seen a small hole nearby. It was filled with rainwater and I crawled to see my reflection.

"What are you doing?!"

I almost cried out and replied. "Just leave me alone!"

Until I've reached the hole that will show me the truth.

Eagerness leads me to look into the clear water. The moon was bright as it was helped me to see my face– my reflection.

"Why are you looking at your reflection? You are still Thalia, the woman who can read someone's mind." He said.

I closed my eyes before looking at my soul. My heart was beating loudly and fast which made me more disturbed and fearful.

Abruptly, the man touched my shoulder that impelled me to open my eyes. To see the truth that surrounds me.

Clearly and truly, I caught a glimpse of my reflection.

I was horrified and petrified upon knowing what had occurred.

"I... I w–was... I was transmigrated into the body of a female vampire!"

I mumbled while breathing deeply.
