1 Prologue

??? POV

???: "Layfon it's your turn"

Layfon: "I can't hear you I'm sleeping"

???: "Yet you replied"

Layfon: .....

???: "No sex for a month"

Layfon: "I can survive for that long"

???: "Not when I'll be constantly teasing you every second of the day"

He got up from our bed, I knew he would get up after what I said.

???: "Love you babe"

Layfon: "yeah yeah"

I giggle as he walked to our baby's room in defeat. I close my eyes and try to go back to sleep. Minutes later I hear a loud noise coming from the baby's room. I got up and walked over there to see what it was.

???: "Layfon what wa-"

I got to the room to see a masked woman wearing a cloak stabbing my husband with a white blade.

???: "Layfon!"

She lifted him up and threw him toward me. I catch him but barely. I look up to see that the woman was gone. I run to Raven's crib only to see she was gone as well.

???: "That bitch took our baby!"

Layfon: "Go after her.. I'll be right behind you"

???: "Your wound looks bad, will you be okay enough to follow?"

Layfon: "I'll be fine babe, it's just a scratch."

I jump out from the broken window and fly up to scout the area. I couldn't pick up my baby's energy or that damn kidnapper anywhere. I didn't know what to do, if I couldn't sense either of there energy how was I supposed to find them. Suddenly an explosion when off 4 miles east of my location.

Layfon: "So she's heading east huh."

???: "That route leads to the forbbiden abyss portal."

Layfon: "Let's go get our daughter back"

???: "You're up so fast, you should let your wound heal."

Layfon: "I told you I'll be fine. I wouldn't be much of man if one stab took me out."

???: "Just try not to push yourself too much."

Layfon: "I won't, let's move"

We head toward where the explosion went off. We saw nothing but burning trees. Layfon waved his arm horizontally, putting out the fire with just the force of a swing.

"Layfon: "Looks like she's already gone"

???: "Footprints end right here, she must have took flight"

Layfon: "No sense in following her trail, we know where she's going. Let's warp near the gate of the portal and cut her off there."

???: "I uh...you sure we should do that?"

Layfon: "Got any better ideas?"

???: "Nope"

Layfon: "Thought so"

He picked me up bridal style and I held on to him. His eye color changed from crimson to blue. Azure lightning began to envelope us.

Layfon: "Ready babe?"

???: "Y-yeah"

Even though we have been together for 10 years I can't help but blush whenever he carries me.

Layfon: "We're here"

???: "Fon fon, you're grabbing my boob"

He squeezes my boob multiple times.

Layfon: "Yep I know, just inspecting them."

???: "You'll have plenty of time to do that and more at home once we rescue our daughter."

He laughed and gently put me down. I clear my throat and look around. I saw a few dead guards but no open gate.

???: "Looks like she has already been through here."

Layfon: "Yet the gate remains unscathed and closed."

Suddenly I felt an insane amount of energy  rise rapidly above from where we were standing. It was insane, it was like an ocean spread above the sky.

??? "What the hell is that"

A giant glyph appeared. The energy formed a tower of light shooting up into the sky.

Layfon: "I feel Raven's energy up there."

As soon as I heard him say that I rushed up there instantly without a second thought.

Layfon: "whoa wait!"

I saw the masked woman with my baby floating behind her. Just as I was going to grab Raven the light expanded fast, blinding me. When my vision restored I was looking at a blue skin toned girl. She had long white hair with 2 blue horns on the front and back of her head, and black tentacles extending from her back with thin stripes on them. I couldn't sense anything from her, I was scared but I act quickly and dashed toward the masked woman, round house kicking her upper back. Before impact I was stopped and paralyzed. The blue girl's tentacle sped up toward me. I close my eyes in complete fear. The tentacle hit something, I heard multiple impacts but it wasn't on me. I open my eyes to see that Layfon blocked the tentacles from piercing me.

???: "Fon Fon... Fon Fon!"

Layfon: ....

He was flung down to where the gate is. They both descended down there, dragging me along while I was struggling to break free of this paralysis.

???: "You bastard.. I'm going to break every bone in your body!"

The woman hovered toward me and pierced my chest with her hand.

¿¿¿: "This world will freeze, before that happens you will both be dead."

???: "Why.. why are you.. doing this"

¿¿¿: ...

She yanked my heart out and crushed it with a smile on her face.

¿¿¿: "Don't you worry Miyu I won't harm your daughter. She is the key after all."

I drop next to Layfon, I see his heart was also missing. I look up and see the blue girl. She snapped her fingers and everything began to crystallize. She looks at me with her expressionless face.

¿?: "Dono yō ni yowai"

She then used her tentacles to open the gate. They hover toward the forbbiden portal. I held out my hand and transferred the last bit of power I had to raven.

Miyu: "I will always.. be watching... over you. Be strong my little bird"
