What the heck is going on? Here we expected something but saw something. Is the sun is rising in the west or maybe we are imagining things due to all pressure. When they looked at others, they also found their reactions on other officials.
Now every official bowed to the emperor touched their head on the floor like they want to hide their necks inside the floor so they will not cut like the dead officials. Then, they heard a sound like a demon from the emperor.

Every official started their conversation like they hadn't seen anything.

Also, he announced the compulsory military service rule before age of 25 and respective punishment.
Punishment: 20% increase in every tax, chance of 1 year of imprisonment, no place in imperial exams.

The elder officials were happy that they escaped from this rule because of their age. But young officials here wanted to cry. But still, they approved the new compulsory military service rule.
