24 Royal clans united
In a secret room inside the Uzumaki complex, Minato, Kushina, Fugaku, Mikoto, Hiashi, and Hana were sitting at a round table.
"You're telling me it was Danzo's fault that Kumo ninjas kidnapped my daughter?" Hiashi asked angrily.
It had been three years since Naruto's birth, Minato had waited until this moment to finally put his plan to finally put Danzo down into action.
"Yes, he had incited kumo to kidnap one Hyuga, just like he did with Kushina when she was a child" Minato explained.
Hiashi was furious, they almost kidnapped his daughter and condemned her to a horrific fate. "And you're telling me that Kumo demands that I get killed for defending my daughter" Hiashi said angrily.
"Calm down Hiashi, I won't let that happen, if Kumo wants war we will go to war. I will not allow my friend to sacrifice himself" Minato said to Hiashi. In the past few years they had become very close due to their wives' friendship
"Why would Danzo want Hinata kidnapped" Fugaku asked.
Minato looked at him and said "That's part of Danzo's plan to wipe out the royal clans. That's why I called you guys here" Minato replied.
"What are the royal clans?" Fugaku asked to which Hiashi nodded also curious.
"I'm surprised you guys don't know. According to the inheritance table of the Uzumaki clan which tells the history of the clan since its founding, the royal clans are the clans descended from the sage of the six paths or better said they are the descendants of the rabbit goddess" Said Minato
"I thought the sage of the six paths was just a myth" Said Fugaku.
"Since you don't know I guess your inheritance charts were altered by someone, since the Uzumaki clan's chart is sealed, no one could alter it.
"Can you explain to them the origin of the royal clans Kushina?" asked Minato to his wife who nodded.
"Many years ago a woman came to this planet from the stars, that woman married and had two children. One day the woman was betrayed by her husband who tried to kill her.
The woman ran away and settled in another place where she was adored as the rabbit goddess.
One day the woman went crazy and wanted to destroy the world.
Her sons, Hagoromo and Hamura fought against her and sealed her in the moon.
Years later the brothers separated, Hamura went to the moon, but first left descendants who in the future founded the Hyuga clan.
Hagoromo on earth founded the religion called Ninshu and spread the chakra to the common people, the Ninshu is the predecessor of Ninjutsu. The clans that are not the royal clans are descended from the people who received chakra through Ninshu.
Years later Hagoromo had two sons Indra and Ashura. Indra received the eyes of the sage while Ashura received his vitality and his body.
Years later due to an inheritance dispute Indra and Ashura fell out and fought each other. Ashura was victorious so Indra decided to separate from his brother.
Indra's descendants founded the Uchiha clan while Ashura's descendants formed a clan whose name is unknown, that clan separated and formed the Uzumaki, Senju and Kaguya clans. The table also mentions a clan called Hagoromo but it is not known if it is a real clan or not.
Only the clans descended from the rabbit goddess can be called royal clans. The other clans are descended from the Ninshu users to whom Hagoromo gave the chakra" Kushina explained.
Fugaku, Hiashi and their wives were amazed at the origin of their clans. "You said that the senju clan, Uzumaki and Kaguya were part of the same clan, why did they split up?" Mikoto asked.
"According to our clan records, the Uchihas and that clan inherited the animosity that Indra and Ashura had.
Which created divergence between the clan, while one side wanted to continue the fight, the other side wanted to end it because it was nonsense. Due to the divergence of ideas and seeing that they would not reach an agreement, they decided to separate.
The part that wanted to continue the war against the Uchihas founded the Senju clan while the parts that didn't want to continue the fight were called Uzumaki who still maintained a close relationship with the Senju and Kaguya who completely distanced themselves from the other two" Kushina explained to her friend.
"Then our rivalry with the Senju started a long time ago" Fugaku said.
"Why would Danzo want to eliminate the royal clans, I doubt it's because of our ancestors" Asked Hana
"Danzo doesn't just want to wipe out the royal clans, he wants to wipe out all the clans so that when he becomes Hokage he can control the ninja without having to worry about the clans behind them.
His plans started a long time ago, he first targeted the Senju clan and the Uchiha clan. To the Senju he was putting them on the front line in wars and sending them on suicidal missions.
He wants to turn the Uchihas against the public opinion, making the people reject the Uchiha clan. First he sent the Uchiha clan isolating them from the village, and now he is gradually spreading negative rumors against the Uchihas. He plans to make the Uchihas revolt against the village so he can eliminate them.
Since the Uzumaki were allies of the Senju, Danzo thought that they would not remain quiet while the Senju clan was being extinguished, so he made three large villages unite and destroy them. That's why he was so against the rebuilding of the Uzumaki clan" Minato explained.
"What about the Hyuga clan, why kidnap Hinata?" Hiashi asked
"As you know, the Hyuga clan is the most divided of all the clans in the village. Danzo plans to divide it even more to provoke a civil war within the clan" Minato said.
"But how would kidnapping Hinata aggravate the division in our clan even more?" Hiashi asked.
Minato looked at him and said "What do you think would happen if I decided to follow the orders of the council and agree to hand over the one who killed the shinobi of Kumo?" Minato asked Hiashi
Hiashi became thoughtful and said "I would turn myself in."
"And do you think the elders of your clan would allow it?" asked Minato
"No" Hiashi replied already knowing what Minato was referring to.
"They would force Hizashi to sacrifice himself in your place. That would make the relationship between the main family and the branch family even more broken than it already is" Explained Minato
"After that just one more thing and the branch family members would rebel. But since you have the caged bird seal, you would be forced to kill all the branch clan members greatly debilitating the main family.
Danzo could use the massacre of the branch clan as an excuse to destroy the Hyuga clan on the argument that you are too dangerous for Konoha," Minato explained to his friend.
Hiashi clenched his hands in anger, if it wasn't for Minato he would have had to sacrifice his brother. "Thank you" Hiashi said to Minato bowing for protecting the Hyuga's.
"Don't thank me, I only did the least as Hokage. Thank Kushina who insisted that we must protect the Hyuga's."
Hiashi looked at Kushina with gratitude and when he was about to bow to thank her she interrupted "Don't do that, Hana is my friend and I wouldn't let her suffer, in addition our clans are cousins so we must protect each other. That also includes the Uchiha clan, as the last real clans we must unite, it's time for us to leave our differences in the past" Kushina said
Fugaku and Hiashi nodded at Kushina's words, this was no time for disagreement.
"What will we do about Danzo, as much as I would like to kill him right now, without evidence we won't be able to do it" Fugaku said.
Minato looked at Kushina and they both laughed. Fugaku and the others looked at them confused.
Minato seeing them confused took out a scroll.
"This scroll contains a root ninja that was sent to attack Kushina on the day of Naruto's birth, I captured him and after convincing him a bit he gave me information about root and confessed everything" Minato said with a smile
"Aren't root ninjas supposed to have a seal that prevents them from betraying Danzo?" Hiashi asked
"You forget that you're talking to an Uzumaki. Removing the seal from him was very easy. After releasing him from the seal he quickly confessed" Kushina said.
"Although this ninja's word alone is not enough to arrest Danzo, it will give us the perfect excuse to invade his base so we can search for evidence" Said Minato
Fugaku and Hiashi nodded to his plan, Danzo couldn't complain since the invasion of his base would be justified
"I guess you already know the location of the root base" Fugaku said to Minato who nodded and said.
"Yes, I have marked the root spies with my seal of the Hiraishin, when they went to the base I teleported there. Since then I have a clone guarding Danzo's base" Said Minato.
"So you plan to attack his base to look for evidence?" Said Hiashi
"No, I'll take a few shinobi with me to sneak in there to look for evidence and get out without Danzo finding out. Once we have the evidence in our hands, we'll hold a Judgment and I'll sentence him to death in front of the whole village" Explained Minato
"Then you don't need our help, why are you telling us this?" asked Fugaku when he saw that they were not going to attack the base
"I need you guys for political support, Danzo's supporters will not stand by during the trial or allow us to kill him. With the backing of the three most powerful clans in the village there is nothing they can do to prevent Danzo's death.
"Who are Danzo's supporters?" Hana asked.
"The elders, the civil council, leaders of minor clans and we must assume that Hiruzen is also one of them" Minato explained.
"Hiruzen?" Mikoto asked in surprise
"Yes, he has always turned a blind eye to Danzo's actions. If we get enough proof maybe we can get rid of the elders and Hiruzen" Kushina said to her friend.
And so they were planning for hours until they all went home.
When Minato arrived home he was greeted by an energetic little red-haired boy with a hug "Dad, when will you teach me ninjutsu?" asked little Naruto
Minato sighed at his son's insistence, Naruto since he saw him training when he was two years old Naruto hasn't stopped asking him to teach him the shinobi techniques.
"You are still too small Naruto" Minato said to his son.
"I'm not small, I'm taller than Sasuke" Naruto defended himself as he was taller and stronger than Sasuke
"I don't mean height Naruto, you are only three years old, I will only train you when you turn five" Said Minato
"I'm not three years old, I'm three and a half, Dattebayo" Naruto said letting out his verbal tic that only comes out when he's among family
Minato and Kushina laughed as they saw him say his verbal tic.
"Then you only have a year and a half left until I train you" Minato said as he patted his head
"You promise?" Naruto asked making his puppy dog eyes
Minato melted at the sight of his eyes and said "I promise son" he said as he hugged him
"You are very weak in front of those eyes Minato" Kushina scoffed
"And who are you to say that? Who was the one who buy him a whole toy store just because he made those eyes?" reproached Minato
Kushina pretended he wasn't talking to her and changed the topic "How was your day Naruto? Where is Honoka?" she asked her son.
"We were all afternoon playing a new game that Jiraiya-jichan taught me" Naruto replied.
Kushina's expression soured a little and she asked "And what game is that?" asked Kushina fearing the worst
"We were playing the boyfriend and girlfriend game. Hinata, Karin, Tayuya and Honoka were my girlfriends" She explained innocently to her Mother.
Kushina was furious but was able to calm down a bit to ask "And how do you play that game?" Kushina asked trying not to scare her son.
"I was supposed to protect them while Sasuke was the monster that had attacked them" Naruto explained
Kushina sighed a little relieved to find out that it wasn't a pervy game. " Why was Sasuke the monster? Why couldn't he have been the boyfriend too?" asked Kushina
"Because there was no girl for Sasuke" Naruto replied.
Kushina was puzzled "How was there no girl for Sasuke? Weren't there four girls playing? Why didn't any of them play as Sasuke's girlfriend?" asked Kushina
Naruto shook his head "No, I won't allow any of my girlfriends to be Sasuke's girlfriend" Naruto said with a serious look on his face
Kushina was surprised by Naruto's answer "Do you know what girlfriends are Naruto?" asked Kushina
Naruto nodded his head and said "Ji-chan said that girlfriends are people who like each other very much. And I like Hinata, Tayuya, Honoka and Karin. And they like me" Naruto explained.
Kushina was amazed by her son's explanation, but there was a problem "But you can't have more than one girlfriend" Kushina told her son
"NOO, Ji-chan said that if you are very strong you can have many girlfriends and I will be the strongest. Plus, all the girls want to be my girlfriends" Said Naruto refusing to have only one girlfriend.
Kushina was furious to hear what Jiraiya had said to her son, her eyes turned white and her hair started to stand up.
Minato seeing this grabbed Naruto and walked away from Kushina quickly.
"JIRAIYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" Kushina shouted furiously.
Jiraiya who was spying on the women in the hot springs suddenly felt a chill down his back, he had a feeling that if he wanted to live he better leave the village. Jiraiya fled Konoha at full speed.
Kushina not being able to find him after searching all over the city 'when I find him I will kill him'.
