XVII.

"Hello Ma'am you are staring at the rain again, you liked it very much huh."

Jonakyn heard someone talking slowly everything around her lightens it was blurry at first but when she can see everything.

"Where am I?". She asked still baffled why is she in a hospital bed and can't move a single muscle of her body.

" O my gosh Jesus your talking Ma'am!!! Doc..Doctor!!". The nurse who's in shock shouted.

Jonakyn was still baffled but fear creeps up to her when another unfamiliar face enters the room.

"Who are you? Excuse I was at my house a while ago what happened here? Why am I here?". She asked nervously while looking at the people who are surrounding her.

She felt suffocated and was panicking deep inside. Why aren't they answering her? What are they talking about that they looked at her with such emotions?.

" ANSWER ME!! WHERE IS MY MOM? WHO ARE YOU?". she shouted.

The uniformed nurse and the doctor started to surround her. Jonakyn was now panicking and was scared they started to come closer to her.

" NO!!.WHERE IS MY MOM? MOMMM!!! ANNA!!! DON'T TOUCH ME". She shouted every time someone comes near her.

"Jonakyn it's me calm down please you don't have to shout". A man suddenly talks to her, he was standing feet away from her bed was signaling the other to let him handle the situation.

" Jonakyn, calm down don't you remember me?". The man asked.

Jonakyn was looking at the man intently why does he know her name? And why does he felt so familiar?.

" Who are you?". She asked she was still nervous and scared but she did try to be more calm asking him.

" It's me Jonakyn Your friend, Dale!, I'm Dale". The man answered.

Jonakyn glared at him, how could he be the Dale she knew. He looks 6 years older than Dale.

"Are you kidding me!! How could you be him?". She hissed.

She secretly tried to move her body slowly while chatting with the man who claims to be her friend who is only 20 years old.

" I am Dale why won't believe that". The man retorted. Jonakyn might have felt some familiarity with this person but she won't be fooled.

" SHUT UP! JUST LET ME GO!!". she once again shouted but now she can somehow move her body even if it hurts to move a lot.

Jonakyn didn't hesitate she hastily crawled out of the bed but before she could have made a step. Jonakyn fell to the floor she was shocked. Jonakyn can't feel her legs.

Nurses gathered around her and help her up but before they could put her back to the bed. Jonakyn starts to struggle.

Tears were dripping down her face while she was struggling out of their grasp. She was scared at the same time was also shocked, why can't she move her legs? Why are they doing this to her?.

"LET ME GO PLEASE!! WHERE IS MY MOM? MOMMM!!! LET ME OUT". She continuously shouted while still struggling to be freed from the nurse's grip.

" LET ME OUT PLEASSSEEE!!". she shouted, her hair was now disheveled and her face was wet with tears.

Jonakyn was almost out of strength when suddenly everyone in that room stop moving. She heard the man claiming to be Dale talking to someone.

She stopped when she felt the nurse's attention was not focused on her now.

Jonakyn gathered all the strength she has and could get to shove away the nurses and sprint right through the door.

But before she could reach it, she bumped on a wall who was a person. Jonakyn was scared that this person might be one of those people inside but after looking up to see who the person is.

Jonakyn's heart starts to pound even if she didn't know this person she didn't felt any fear of him. She didn't waste another time and pleaded with the person immediately to let her out.

"Please help me!! LET ME OUT!!". she pleaded.

Tears start to fall again from her eyes as the person didn't move at all and was dumbfounded looking at her.

" PLEASE!! HELP ME". she once again pleaded as the nurse starts to carry her back to the bed.

Jonakyn continued struggling looking at the man who just arrives hoping he would make a move and help her out.

But he didn't instead he continued looking at her dumbfounded.

But why can't she stop looking at him? Hoping he would come and get her.

Jonakyn can't understand herself but she continued struggling hoping that these people would stop and let her out.

The Doctor came rushing in a few minutes after carrying an injection. Jonakyn looked at them horrified. What is that? And why is he going to inject that to her?.

"NOOO!!! STAY AWAY!!! HELP ME PLEASE". she hissed and shouted but nothing happened.

Slowly she felt herself getting weak even if she still want to struggle her body starts to feel heavy and slowly her strength and consciousness is fading.

Jonakyn once again looked at the man, he was now on his knees still dumbfounded but was now crying.

" Help me please..let me out." She whispered slowly being consumed by the darkness.

"LET ME OUT PLEASE!!".

" OH!! Shit what's wrong with you?". Anna hissed.

Jonakyn abruptly stands and looked around, she was in her room.

" I'm back". She whispered but her cousin still heard it and looked at her weirdly.

"Your back? From where?". Anna asked looking at her with the looks that are saying " Are you nuts?".

" so it was a dream? But why does it felt so real". She murmured.

Jonakyn looked at her cousin and tell her what has happened to her. After hearing her, Anna sure looked like she doesn't believe her at all.

"Are you nuts? You were just here, soundly sleeping on the floor." The latter replied.

" It felt so real ". She retorted.

What is that dream? And who is that person in that dream that every time she remembers a tear would fall down her eyes.

" it's just a dream don't be bothered". Her cousin stated.

" How can a dream be that realistic that it almost felt like reality".
