The Lingo

"I don't speak Japanese but I AM CLARI" stressing the words, she pointed at him asking "You?"

"Seikatsu"

"Ooh, nice name. Don't you really know how to speak english? or Filipino? Because it's really hard to..." before she could finish it, he replied

" I do"

It was a jaw dropping response for her.

Feeling frustrated she yelled "What?!"

Clari is very upset. Well, why not? She acted out all the words that she said, for him, so that he may understand her point. But then he suddenly said that he knows? and he didn't informed her earlier?

"only little english"

Being in a noble family, Seikatsu was taught of many language since he was young, but he hated English of all. He would always make any excuse whenever it's time for him to learn it, even if it includes draining out his teacher's blood. He nearly took the life of most of his English tutors. As a consequence, he should perish through locking him up in a dungeon. But he doesn't regret it, he'll be happier to be locked up than learning it. It was though he was disgusted by the lingo itself.

She gave him a snobbish glance and replied

"at least you know. Why didn't you tell me that at first?"

"Trust. I need trust"

"Okay..." Feeling like he's being reasonable enough, she didn't have to argue with him any further. In fact, she really is a total stranger, same as him.

"May I ask you something?

"hmm.."

"Where are your comrades? Why did they only chase you?"

"???" What is she saying, I just don't get it. What is a comrade?

For Seikatsu, it was already a complicated word.

Seeing him confused, she just waved her hand and said "Oh! Never mind. For now I need you to rest. I'll bring you some clothes and food tomorrow."

Seems to understand her point, he just nodded.

"I need to go home. My parents are now wondering where am I and it's already getting dark"

Seikatsu nodded again.

"I'll be back don't worry"

She smiled and said it confidently.
