2 Chapter 2 Hunting and Upgrading

[Lv1: Wild Boar Hp:15/15 MP:5/5]

Seeing it made me a little fearful, this would be my first challenge and my first fight. I took out some rocks that I had already found. Taking a deep breath in and exhaling I focus my mind to the target. Using all of my strength I threw the rock straight at the boars head while it was busy eating.

A damage text showed above the board head. Along with it a text appeared on the battle log.

Seeing this message I started my barrage of attacks. Throwing rocks left and right, although I didn't use my full strength while throwing them I threw a bunch out dealing a lot of damage.

As I threw more rocks I felt like my aim and power were getting stronger. I threw the last rock I had right on it's head again.

[Ding! Defeat Lv1 Wild Boar Gained +1 Sp]

Seeing that I got sp for taking it down I was excited. 'It's time to upgrade!' I thought. Opening up the screen display. I though for a moment before deciding to upgrade my physique. After that I clicked to upgrade my strength.

A strange but refreshing feeling came over my whole body. It was heavenly but only lasted for 5 seconds before everything went back to normal. I clenched my hand feeling the difference of my strength.

'I seemed to be two times stronger then before' I thought. With my new strength I went over and easily picked the wild boar in the air and took it near the stream. Although I didn't really learn hunting or anything I watched some survival videos back then. Using that knowledge I ripped the board head and hung it upside down to let the blood drip out.

While the was hung to bleed out I also went and got some items. I focused a little bit on the item I was looking at. I thought about the item and tried to think of many things about it. After 5 seconds of staring I then saw a small text.

[Analysis Lv1: When activated what ever you look at will show information, amount of information depends on the skill level and what the thing you are looking at is.

Seeing that I gained a skill I was very happy. It was a very useful skill as well. I then started to hunt a couple more creatures. Hunting a couple of rabbits and birds gave me 5 sp and I also managed to level up my throw skill to level 2. The damage and speed of my throws went up from 15% to 25% and my accuracy increase to 15%.

Seeing that it was getting late I made myself a campfire and started to cook the boar I had hunted. I started to think about my future in this world. I wasn't sure whether it was a fantasy world and I also wasn't sure if I was the only one being transported. One thing was sure though. I closed my eyes looking at the endless night.

'I must survive!'
