27 Xianxia is pure bulshit for a dungeon.

In a far away land, in a far away mountain, detached from the mortal lives around it, a miriad of powerhouses reunited themselves to discuss a world ending calamity that would change the lives of every single person on their realm. Each and every one of them, old or young looking, women or men, demonic or darmic cultivators, all sat in a seiza as their faces were framed by serious expressions with the calamity standing right in front of them.

"And so everyone here is going to forget their bullshit about cultivation being the only important thing and start living like the responsible adults that you all are supposed to be or I will actually murder your families and find new people to govern the realm while turning everyone here into undead that can only obey orders, are we clear?" Asked Aki with a radiant smile.

"Yes your excellency!" No one darred to be slow to answer, after all, the reason they were all immobile was because they were still afraid from the last time someone moved and the figure in front of them broke all their bones with gravity waves. Than healed everyone and asked what was the complaint to the guy who tried to stand.

To begin with, everyone here had been kidnapped by the strange and petite woman and the handsome goblin servant, so when they finally noticed that she was also a Dao emperor cultivator, all present almost soiled themselves.

One must know, the highest realm between them was at the middle stages of the same realm, but whenever he tried to open his mouth he was turned into literal meat paste by punches, kicks and spells. Everyone sitting around him was painted red, and so was the ground, but none dared say anything or clean themselves.

Oh, he'd tried to scape, but he'd already had his acupoints, godly soul and golden core completely shattered. Twice. Then Aki got tired of it and left his spirit realm and dantian on the brink of collapse as well.

All these interruptions were the reason as to why the simple take over actually took more than six hours when Aki only took two to kidnap everyone in the room.

"Great. Now, I will come back tomorrow and start visiting everyone one by one, starting with the Demonic sects, the biggest and baddest can go last since I'm not unreasonable enough to think you'd have enough capability to bring all I want, which will need a complete revamp, including your shity decor. Don't think I don't know tons of people on darmic sects have some shity dealings though, those will be investigated. To begin with, I want everyone to gather all their slaves and cultivation furnaces, the human and demi-human ones, than we will go towards the cultivation techniques, item and consumables and only them take over the mortal world. Be sure to comb through everything and everyone, ok? (*extremely graphic description ahead*) If I find someone hid away one insignificant slave or thought that dying furnaces would not enter my eyes, I will rip your eyes out and grow than back until you can watch me plug a string of those same eyes, up your ass till they are gorging out of your mouth. If you're male and do even worse, I will also make sure to make you only eat your own balls for a week in your three daily meals, which are obligatory. If you are female than I will make your ovaries explode with hormones until you look like a bloated hip that cannot sustain it's own weight and slowly dies as it's weight crushes it's bones and causes its organs to rupture. Those that don't have a gender will grow a dick and a pussy and live a mortal's life for a week." (*Done with the torture description*) Aki explained with the same radiant smile.

None from the twenty one sect masters, wanted to experience being in the same room as Aki ever again, nevermind being tortured and humiliated like that.

"One more thing, don't mind about other people's face, or I will make your tortures public entertainment." Aki added as an after thought before leaving.

Gobu vomited a lot of bile right after going out of earshot from those powerhouses though. He had seem torture and other disgusting scenes in and out of the battlefield, but Aki was...

"My title for fear did rank up, but it's not like I got to the level of the old man, the mask, of many voices, the cave, or other of those fuckers that are way scarier." Aki nonchalantly said while starring at the notification.

"The who and what?" Asked a worried gobu while wiping the bile from his mouth.

"Well, I'm glad you asked!" Said Aki with a sinister and broad grin. "Allow me to introduce these anomalies to you with my best Dreamguy impression!" And so the torture of fangirling enhanced Gobu's paranoia by three to five times as he learned about more than a hundred SCPs. And their addemduns, accident records, termination stories and detailed drawings.

As Aki guided by hand the now traumatized hobgoblin, they reached the outpost besides the opened tear in reality that allowed them to visit this realm so they could get some supplies.

Luckily, Aki's nature actually made it easier to open these kinds of things, so when he finally found the thingy that allowed Gobu to cross to this realm while reincanating, he practically threw it open.

Stabilizing it wasn't actually that hard after experiencing the two portals a bit before.

As for the cultivation?

What, you thought augmented stats were a normal skill that everyone has? Unless you're a hero or demon lord, no way you can automatically get those.

Aki is actually at a very enviable position, where he can control his avatar's development. He makes all the acupoints, the dantian, skin, organs, everything, so the avatar has talent equal to the amount of power Aki can use to refine it.

A cultivation technique? No need, completely refine the body from the outermost parts to the innermost with energy, which Aki has a fuckload of, and you will be done with the first three ranks in cultivation. A dungeon core is already better than a golden core and Aki's soul is trained all the time thanks to the nature of his species, so with the amount of energy he naturally receives without doing anything, he blazed through five more realms and is currently making an energy reserve to break through to the next.

That is only to turn into an immortal though. after that there is nine more realms and he will be qualified to sustain an actual god-soul. Then there's reaching the peak of godhood.

Then there's being an administrator.

So on, so forth.

As for actual strength? None here go past level 500, nevermind that Aki has tons more of advantages than the best genius around.

Back to reality, Aki and Gobu quickly reached the best city of the pangeic continent so as to analyze the level of development that people here considered 9f good standard.

All in all, it was actually quite good.

While not an actual street in Aki's modern point of view, the suburbs didn't smell, there were some patrols around and even public light in some more important spots.

While Aki was certainly enjoying walking around with a beautiful black hanfu with blue flowers in the seams and some stars around those, it was actually quite a pain to keep a arrogant young mistress persona.

Three rapists, twelve slave dealers and one drunk guy were enough. She imediatly started to release a fifth stage aura and to kill those that approached her before. She first wanted to kill everyone at once with a mark she left, but Aki was too pissed to wait.

It's not like she killed those two children and the young man that pickpocketed her though. Depending on their age she even gave them pouches with little notes, giving some silver to the children and making sure they would not flaunt their wealth, while telling the young man to find a job instead of trying to rob cultivators.

She also offered the young man a job though.

"I didn't expect to get an invitation from an stemed excelency after comiting..." The young man tried to say something, but Aki wasn't in the mood for it.

"Fuck the polite language, stop that or i will look for someone else." The man imediatly stopped talking and nodded. "Now, i need someone to show me around the slums area of the city. Don't ask why. I will make sure no one sees you or your payment, deal?" The young man thought it strange, but relutanctly agreed.

There, the situation was even worse than Aki expected. Just during this round of walking around, Aki found and killed thirty rapists in the middle of the act, five drug cartels and two slave trading posts. All victims were teleported to his dungeon and directly turned in for temporary citizenship. Literaly only five woman and two man of the 237 rescued people even had a family that wanted them back!

"As expected, the population situation is even worse than ancient China and the amount of people is enough to fill earth, but the quality of resources and energies simply limits this place too much. You, for your payment i can give you and your family citizenchip on my city and imediatly teleport you there just like i did with those people from before or just give you some silver. You would be a great scout with your shadow arts and affinities, so i wouldn't mind giving you a minor military possition either. Before you do some ridiculous mental ginasthics though, i gotta say you are terrible at hiding that you are a reincarnated expert and that Gobu here is also a human reincarnator." The hobgoblin nodded. "And since you're no world devouring demon, i wouldn't mind having one more capable pair of hands in the deck. Also, if you are worrying about freedom, than i'd like to inform you right now that I'm going to take over this realm starting tomorrow. This city should be with a much cuter emperor by the end of the day after tomorrow. No this isn't my actual cultivation base and no i'm not reading your mind, you're just very expressive if compared to others in your situation." And so another minor Mc joined Aki's crew. He even came with a cute little sister to boot.

After spending the rest of the day wandering the noble districts and getting 13 more D1s, Aki went on and started rounding up the demonic sects.

First sect.

"Good, you dind't hide anyone." Aki said before grabing the demonic cultivator by the head and enslaving him in front of everyone of his sect main branch. "Now start executing these laws and punishments. Wait for my troops to take care of the furnaces and slaves. They're demons, don't mind that much." Said Aki before enslaving all of the elders trying to attack as well. They all bowed and followed his rule.

Second sect.

"You thought i wouldn't know there is a freaking square of nothing right below your mansion?! DO YOU THINK I'M RETARDED?! For each person you hid there your punishment shaw be prolongued by a day!" He said and enslaved everyone.

Fifth sect.

"Look, you're beautiful, I'm sure everyone around would agree, but i'm definetly not turned on by women that have sickly pale and strangely lustruos skin. Nor man." He akwardly said and enslaved everyone.

Tenth sect (First darmic sect).

"That guy's a serial rapist, that guy has tons of slaves under his mantion, that woman prostitutes young boys, HOW FREAKING INCOMPETENT ARE YOU?!" He said and enslaved everyone corrupt before slapping the useless man before him.

Thirteenth sect.

"Someone actually did it! Congratulations, you are good enough a manager that major corruption and stupidity hasn't infected you sect. Wow, it took a while, but you guys are the first sect i don't have to completly topple and enslave." Aki walked to the sweating old man in front of him and patted his should. "So, look, i know we started with the wrong foot, but with so many demonic cultivators in power arround it is sooo hard not to over react when people simply commit crimes like they are above everything when they get the smallest amount of power, don't you agree?" The man nodded, and it would certainly have looked sagely if he wasn't sweating buckets. He didn't say a word until Aki left him with a list of new laws, orders and a skeleton with incredible eloquence that served as a spokes person.

Seventeenth sect.

"Awwwww, who's the cuttest behemot~? You are the cuttest behemot~." Aki cuttely said as he fiercely rubbed the belly of a small orange cat who kept purring and saying tsundere-like sentences. He had to enslave it since it was still a beast, but it was certainly going to be happier this way. He would garantee that.

Nineteenth sect.

"There's an obvious diference between aloofness and being anti-social. You all have a problem, not a reason to brag like you are some heaven defying experts. I visited eighteen more sects today, and i can say with certainty that only the menbers in celibate were virgins, yet you are all virgins." Aki slowly passed his gaze through all elders, young, old, male and female. Then he enslaved them all. "New rule, you all have to leave your stinking caves and act like responsible adults at least once a week, no exceptions. Those that can't have a sociable life for biological or phisicological reasons can contact my foreman and schedule for an appointment with me so we can discuss your problems and reach for a conclusion that helps everyone grow. It's like cutting off a heart demon before it even manifests. No excuses to avoid it.

Sects 20 and 21 were practically the same as sect 19. Their names? Aki didn't even register those.

With everything relating to the biggest sects dealt with. Aki just asked for some thousands of disciples from each sect and made his way towards the empires and kingdoms.
