3 Lost My Card

It was around 8:30pm when the bus pulled up at Tiara's stop.

"See you tomorrow Fabulous."

"Okay babe..., don't forget to complete my assignments as promised."

"Sure.." muttered Tiara with a grin as she got off the bus. Fabulous quickly moved to the window and glanced down.

"Hey Tiara..." she exclaimed. Tiara quickly turned with a smile on her face.

"Let me know when you get home."

"Okay..." she shouted.

"I'll wait for your call." she mumbled as she waved her, the bus zooming off. Tiara also wave back smiling.

"Oh Fabulous." she muttered, slightly shaking her head as she turned to leave. She still have some distance to walk before getting home. She looked down on her watch and gasped.

"Oh mine, it's so late." she mumbled and doubled her steps.

Andy was still in the office working on some documents when his phone rang. He slowly lifted his eyes from the documents and reached out for his phone.

"Hello mum..." he answered, leaning back on his chair.

"Hello dear..., are you still in the office?" she queried on the other side of the phone.

"Yes mum.., I still have some documents to work on."

"But it's so late son, I heard from the workers that you asked Mr. Bob to return home first."

"Yes mum.., I did."

"It's not a good idea son.., I think you should return home now. You know our rivals are looking for every little opportunity to get back at us."

"Okay, Okay mum..., I'm coming already. Anyway, is Kalisa asleep?"

"No dear, she is so eagerly waiting for you over here."

"Oh, I almost forgot. She said she had something to talk to me about. Hope I'm not late, please help me talk to her. I will get there soon."

"Okay son..., hurry back."

"Okay mum.., bye." he mumbled and hanged up as he rose up from his seat. He slowly picked up the documents he was holding during his encounter with Tiara when a card suddenly fell from it. He bent over and picked it up thoughtfully.

"This must be hers.." he mumbled.

"How do I find her? I don't even know her name."he added as he stood quietly for a while, thinking.

" Well..., I will find a way to get to her later." he mumbled, picked up his suitcase and dashed out of his office.

"Are you leaving now, Sir?" uttered Chelsey as she stood up from her seat, noticing Andy step out of his office.

"Yes Chelsey, please help me arrange the documents in the office."

"Sure sir..."

"Okay, sir you tomorrow." he uttered and trod out of the office to his car. He unlocked the car and dropped his suitcase in the backseat then went over to the driver's seat and sat behind the wheels. After a few minutes, he sped off.

Tiara was heading home when she suddenly remembered that there was no groceries at home.

"Almost forgot." she mumbled and turned back. After about 20mins of walking, she got to Mrs. Linda's shop.

"Good evening Mrs. Linda." she mumbled as she opened the door and stepped in.

"Good evening Tiara, how are you parents?" she queried.

"They are doing just fine." she answered with a smile.

"What about Tyra and Andrew?"

"They are fine, just being as naughty as always." she replied with a grin.

"So..., what are you here to get?"

"Well..., just some few things."

"Sure dear, go ahead." she commented, gesturing her in. Tiara nodded with a smile and strolled over to the shelves to get the things she needed. Within few minutes, she was done.

"Here Mrs. Linda, I'm done." she uttered as she gently placed her basket of groceries on the counter.

"Okay dear, I will get them checked for you." replied Mrs. Linda as she drew the things closer. She lifted them one after the other, getting all of them checked.

"Here you are Tiara." she muttered with a smile as she handed the plastic bag of groceries to her.

"My regards to your parents." she added.

"Okay Mrs. Linda, I will tell them." she mumbled and dashed out, slowly closing the door behind her.

Andy was driving by when he noticed Tiara through his driving mirror.

"Is that not her....?" he mumbled, instantly pulling up the car. He hastily got out and headed towards where he saw her but before he got there, she had already left. He anxiously searched the nearby areas but there was no sign of her.

"Shit.." he cursed underneath his breathe as he ruffled his hair. He took a quick glance again and trod back to his car and sped off.

"Mum...., Tiara is finally home." announced Andrew as he rushed towards his sister at the door.

"Hey...big boy. Did you behave well today?" she queried as he neared her.

"Yes..." he muttered with a grin as he helped Tiara with one of the bags.

"To the kitchen." he shouted and trotted off, almost colliding with his mother.

"Careful Andrew...." uttered Mrs. Eugenia as he stepped aside for him.

"Good evening mum.." muttered Tiara as she got to where her mother stood at the entrance of the door.

"Good evening dear, how was your first day at work?" she questioned.

"Well.., not bad...Just the fact that I was so late and almost got myself fired." she responded with a smile as she stocked the fridge with the groceries.

"Really? Anyway, it's good that, that didn't really happen."

"Yeah..." she mumbled, walking out of the kitchen.

"Anyway, where is dad and Tyra? I haven't seen them since I returned."

"They are in the stables. Tyra is helping your dad to feed Mr. Godwin's horses."

"Okay.., then I will been in my room. I'm too exhausted to take in anything now, moreover, I have loads of assignment to complete."

"That's the more reason why you should eat first." commented Mrs. Eugenia.

"Don't think too much mum..., I'm fine." she answered as she turned the corner to her room.

"Wait for me Tiara.." exclaimed, Andrew as he ran after her.
