5 Episode 4: Time World : Time Manipulation
Seraphina, The current number one, and Strongest of Wellston High School. The Queen
The Invincible, Untouchable Queen and the Ace.
Her title called Invincible isn't for show, because so far not once did she taste defeat in a match and even on a Turf War.
From the name suggest, Turf War is a Battle for Territory consists of four members in each represented school which is always Dominated by Wellston Students since who knows when.
The only one whose on par with Seraphina is the Current King of Wellston, Arlo the King. Or a Barrier King.
But is that really the case? No. Even that said king isn't her match, they say.
That is why, Calling her Invincible isn't a word that can be given to anyone. But to only her Alone.
She never lose.
Not once.
A single Ace in a deck of card.
Untouchable Queen, is also given to her because not only she is close invincible existence or never taste defeat
But because, up until the present, none could touch even one strand of her hair which is in reality none saw a bit of her blood that drop or being injured in any fair match and even in Turf war battle royal, theres also a legend that she fought 1:4 but still dominates them all.
Her Ability effect is unknown to majority. All they know that she is fast and can Freeze the person she touched.
But freezing is only the tiny part of her ability.
The reality is...
What she Freeze is that person's time itself, which is very frightening.
Her real ability is Time Manipulation.
Other than Freezing a person realtime, she can stop and/or reverse the time to a certain extent and only her alone could move and know what was happening inside that dimension or the reversal. Other than her mother who also have the same abiliy. Seraphina is almost an untouchable Existence. So Invincible.
But recently, there is a certain event that shakes her understandings.

It was when during the time when Sera activated her skill
In this World in which time stopped. Katsuki is now in front of her, face to face in smug. Theres none a even a bit of fear in his eyes. Seing this, Sera instinctively attacks.
But when she moved and was about to kick him, she felt a gusts of wind coming from her side. She jumped backwards in instinct and saw a green haired curly boy, has four diamond shape freckles, is in front of her and not just standing but also looking at her. Not only that, he is doing fine which is actually time didn't flow normally, or rather, a world they lived in, Stopped.
She dash towards him and activate reverse time, returning the world two seconds earlier. This time, the person name Katsuki is only charging at her. All are reverse except—
To her surprised, the curly boy's body isn't return two seconds earlier like the others. But still standing there and being vigilant, looking at her with full of tension and was sweating
"W...what is this!?" He ask, in surprise of realization that the world didn't flow as normally as he thought it was. But he was huffing..
"You!" Yes, Seraphina surprised for the second time which stopped her from charging.
*Huff* *Huff* *Huff*
'What is this world?, why is it so hard to breath as if I'm at the very bottom of the sea' He murmured
After he felt a bolt that struck his very muscle for the Nth time, he saw all of the successors of One for All, with their help, he now can move in this unknown dimension. And so thats what happened.
But he was huffing heavily.
No, he is in his normal state. Sera thought so.
The world of time they lived in.
The reverse time she just did.
All of them affected this man in front of her.
Is what her conclusion.
Because, his heart just isn't pulsing normally but also returned from the previous time rewind.
Without further ado, Sera charged towards her opponent. Touching him, and freezing him then she'll win. Sadly, inside this World, she is but a normal girl.
Izuku at the same time clenched his teeth. Activating One for all to this extent is like he backed at one. Not only he couldn't deactivate it. Its percentage is also decreasing rapidly and now is only at 5%, feeling his strength is slipping out, Izuku breath becomes heavier and heavier.
As if his heart were squeezing by multiple hands.
"What are you----" He asks in heavily voice. But Sera is already 2 meters near him.
For the record, their distance isn't that close, nor that far.
Feeling his sensation become heavier at each passing seconds, Izuku immediately positioned his right hand on his hip and flick his middle finger below the pouncing girl.

And so Sera blewn off with those only one flick.
While inside her Time Manipulation, she can attack but after that, the world will flow naturally and theres a gap of activation.
But this is the first time she received an attack from that world. Not only this guy moved inside her dimension, he's also immune from her time reversal.
Then that last clash, she blew away with only a flicked of his finger....
With only those simple exchanged, she sweated cold and shiver running through her spine, thankfully, she restrained her body from doing so.

When the time Izuku and Katsuki exited from the battlefield.
Arlo already received the news and went straight where the commotion is.
Going there, he saw Sera and John walking side by side, drinking Chocolate flavoured cold drinks whom she just buy from the vending machine.
"Hm? What?" She asks the tilting Arlo's head, crossed arm, and look at her shivering hands
"Is it cold?" He asks, glanced at John.
"No?" (Sera)
"Then why are you shivering!?" (Arlo)
"Eh?" John couldn't comprehend.
Arlo pulled her away from john.
"Bastard what do yo-" John called out. But he was covered by yellow circle aura of Arlo's famous barrier.
"I don't have a business with a cripple like you, so shut up!" Arlo seriously said with a bit of mock towards John. A cripple who doesn't have an ability dare to call him bastard? 'He's lucky I'm not an impatient person!' Is what Arlo's thought.
He irks to teach this guy a lesson to know his place to stop leeching Seraphina but his arrogant demeanor made Arlo hesitated quiet a bit.
So he asks someone to search for this cripple background.
He's just interested, thats all.
"Its alright John. You wait for me on out meeting spot" Sera says her goodbye to her friend while dragging away by Arlo.
"What is good with the useless cripple?!" Arlo murmured.
At the Roof of the same building.
"Are they that strong?" Arlo ask, looking below while his back is facing against Sera and with his usual crossed arm. Looking below ground

"Then, thats a yes"
Sera frustrated
"Sigh. The balance is actually tilted in only span of a year" Arlo face her.

"I actually about to report you to our headmaster about the book of unOrdinary, I really want to teach you a lesson and that cripple, but thing is getting out of hand"
"What do you mean!? So Elaine really...!?" Sera clenched her fist. She knew that the book she borrowed from John is actually seen by Elaine, thats why she didn't return the book until now.
unOrdinary, is a Book that is considered TABOO. Even if there only a tiny bit of rumor run around on a person having or reading the said book, Authorities will dispatched their agent and get that person in check. Worst is, they'll be rehabilitated for 3 months.
For some reason, unOrdinary is the cause why Superhero are infinitesly emerging in the Korea, where higher ups are afraid of.
And because of this, they have to get rid of this Book as immediately as possible.
We not need Hero. They say.
The government of Korea is the only one in the whole world who didn't implement the worldwide system called HERO since then.
So, instead, Korean businessman Hired a Hero from around the world, to protect them from danger, calling them Mercenary instead.
But is there hidden truth behind the No Hero System?

But one thing is for sure. Right now, theres a Shadow lingering in this country that needs to be destroy.
"Then.. where did you get the book? No, I ask again, why John has that book?" Arlo look at her, Sera swallowed her saliva and cannot contain her surprised face.
"I see, I just actually testing you because, that cripple is always with you" And followed "So.. that came from him afterall, that cripple wanted to play a Hero. Hmpf!" Arlo walked towards the exit, annoyed.
"And about those two 'Extras'. Don't associate yourself with them anymore" and so he waved at her while moving his heel towards the exit.
"unOrdinary, Superhero, Ember, John's current personality, and those two variable" She sigh heavily
Then look at rooftop's exit. "Its not you who decide who should I associate with! ...Wait, why did he drag me here again? Just to say those simple words?" She confused and slowly look above sky and tests her Ability again.
They worked well.
So that clash against that Izuku guy.... she thought
"That Arlo, I'm sure he felt threatened by now" She said so
Seconds later, Sera vanished out of thin air and not even her silhouette remained.
