4 4 Wedding Dress

Riku takes Aimee to work or she thought. "This isn't the way to Sunny Wedding." "We're going somewhere else." "What?" "You'll see."

Aimee couldn't keep up With Riku. She sighs. She takes out her cellphone and calls her workplace. "I'm coming in late. Do as much as you can, once I'm back I'll do the rest."

Soon they arrive at the destination. She sees a big water fountain in front of the big mansion. "This is...?" "My parents home." "Why are we here?" "Lets go." "Riku!" Riku ignores her and walks around to open her door.

He grabs her hand and head inside of the mansion. "Riku. Explain." He stops and looks at her. (She's mad.) "I want you to meet my parents." "Why?" "I told you. I. Want. To. Marry. You." He then takes her inside before she could say anything.

"Riku." Riku looks up the stairs. "Mom." (Wow. His mom is really pretty.) she walks down the stairs and hugs Riku. "How have you been?" "I'm good." She turns to Aimee then back to Riku.

"You're serious?" "Yeah." Soon a man comes out of a room. "Riku, you're home." Then he sees Aimee. "You're serious about it." Riku lets go of her hand and comes behind her.

He puts his arms around her. "R-Riku." She flusters. "This is Aimee." His mom goes, "ah the woman you slept with at the hotel." (He seriously told them about it?!) "I want to marry her."

Before they could say anything, Aimee turns around and face him. "Riku. Can we talk?" "Yeah." A few minutes later, "I mean, just two of us." His parents walks in the living room. "Take your time."

Once they left, she explodes. "Are you in insane?!" "What?" She sighs. "I told you that I don't want to marry you." "You said you don't hate me."

She got frustrated. "Yes I don't hate you. But that doesn't mean I marry you." "Why not?" "Because I don't see you like that." She adds on, "I don't have any special feelings for you." She walks pass him and exit the front gate.

Riku just watch her go. His mom comes in. "Riku." He turns to his mom. She never seen him making a painful expression. "I'm tired." Riku went up to his room.

She follows him. "Riku." "Mom. I want to be alone." "Do you like her that much?" "Yeah I do." "So much that you want to marry her?" "If I didn't like her then I wouldn't bring her here." She nods. "I'll help you." "You will? How?"

"Just leave it to me, okay?" His mom left his room. "I have a bad feeling what she'll do to Aimee."

Next morning, Aimee sees a black car in front of her apartment. "Who's that?" The door opens and a woman gets out of the car. "Aimee!" Aimee was shocked to see Riku's mother. "Ah...What are you doing here?" "Actually, I want to go on a play date with you."

"Play date?" "Mhmm." She walks up to Aimee and push her into the car. Aimee didn't have time to react. (Again. Abducted.)

"What do you do for a living?" "A wedding planner." "Really? A wedding planner but you're still single?" (Nailed right on the head.) "You don't plan to marry?" "....no I don't." "Why is that?"

Aimee looks at the window. "Marriage is a beautiful thing for every woman. But it can be a horrible thing." She looks at Aimee. "Your parents are..." "Father and mother are never married. Father was married to another woman. Mother is just a maid who works around the house. Mother fell in love with him, that man...I don't know if he really loves mother." "Oh my. How's your mother?" "She's in the hospital in a mentally state. Sometimes she recognize me, most of the time she doesn't."

Aimee doesn't know Riku's mother put her on speaker. In the other side of the phone, Riku was listening to their conversation.

She asks, "you don't seem to like my Riku." "Riku...he seems a good person." "Yeah?" "But...why would someone like him, like someone like me? What happen between us is just a one night stand. Nothing more." "There must be something special that drawn him to you. Riku is always in his room. He never talk much. But since he met you, he starts to open up and talk more. I feel happy."

They have reach to a store. Aimee gets out of He car and was shocked. She sees a wedding dress on the display window. "Don't tell me.." "right. We're trying on wedding dresses."

Aimee tried to escape but got caught and dragged into the shop. Aimee tries a bunch of dresses. Soon Riku shows up. "Riku, come here." Aimee comes out with a lace A-line simple white wedding dress with a v on the front and back.

Riku was struck when he sees her. Aimee notices him there. She freezes. "How is it, Riku?" Riku's eyes meet Aimee's. "She's very beautiful."

His mother left them alone and head to the cashier. "That dress will do." The cashier nods. She turns and looks at them. "So cute."

After the wedding dress, Riku's mother made an excuse and let them be alone. Riku takes her to a restaurant. Aimee speaks out of her mind. "You knew didn't you?" Riku acts innocent. "I didn't —" "If you're speaking the truth I'm leaving." She stands up. "Okay. I did." "You!" "Mother has taken to like you." "Riku, I already said—" "one year. Let's married for one year. If you still don't have any feelings for me then we'll divorce. I won't stop you." "I refuse the idea." "Why?" "Marriage is a serious matter, Riku."
