Blaise

Blaise Zabini a tall, dark-skinned boy with high cheekbones and long, slanting eyes. He was mostly described by his friends as being vain in appearance. Though he considered him to be good looking enough, every time he thought so he was reminded of that one friend he had growing up who always asked if he was adopted and his own mother seemed to agree with him, which would kill all the vain feelings he had about himself internally.

Shaking his head to not remember those long gone memories from before he looked at himself in the mirror one last time, fixing his robe. Today he was finally moving to Hogwarts, the wizarding school for all young wizards and witches. Though he was always the quiet type, due to some one in the past he started feeling better in people's company so even though not too much he still had a decent amount of friends.

The heir of Malfoy family, Draco Malfoy, The princess of the Parkinson family, Pansy Parkinson and The Ice Queen of the Greengrass family, Daphne Greengrass. Though hanging out with these people had changed his perspective on certain things, he did indeed believe a bit in blood superiority. His mother couldn't care much about his ideology and so he had started believing in his own blood even further, which led to more friendship with the purebloods and a bit of disdain towards the Muggle-borns. Packing his luggage, he stared at the window wondering what that person would think if he knew about his idealogy now but he again shook his head.

"Sigh! Since I am thinking about that guy, I am sure something bad is going to happen."

Sighing he had his driver drive him to the station where he reached alongside his three good friends, they all greeted one another and climbed the train sitting in the same carriage.

"What's wrong?" Draco asked after he bid his two burly bodyguards goodbye, "Why the long face?"

"I don't know." Blaise said, "I just have a very ominous feeling."

"You must be nervous." Pansy spoke with her sharp tone, "I heard my father say that it happens sometimes."

Draco laughed, "Are you really? We of the noble houses and purebloods shouldn't act like those filthy mud-bloods. My father once told me that he had a mud-blood in his first year who cried the whole way to Hogwarts due to excitement until he got there and saw the ghosts as he ran away screaming and crying even louder."

"Must be embarrassing." Pansy laughed.

Blaise gave a little chuckle, while Daphne just remained silent turning the page of a wizarding magazine that she was reading.

But just when he thought he was done and had shaken off the bad feeling, Blaise saw a white flash before he was knocked towards the corner. Still shocked and afraid he slowly opened his eyes as he saw a pair of vicious looking golden eyes, sharp teeth and hair as white as snow. Gulping he finally realized who it was.

"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING HERE?"

The person was none other than Miles, who looked hurt as he got off of Blaise. Reaching for the back of his robe he pulled out a beautiful shiny dagger as he played around with it in his hand until he grabbed it firmly. "How dare you speak to me like that!"

The other people in the carrier were just as shocked as Blaise, Pansy had even pulled a wand out considering it was an intruder but the two seemed to know each other. Even Daphne looked at them through the corner of the magazine. All of them wondered how a threat could sound so threatening and sad at the same time.

"Did that crazy women put you up to this?" Blaise said regaining his posture as he recognized the dagger in Mile's hand.

"Now that's three." Miles said bringing the dagger near Blaise's neck, "I thought she was joking but you do really need a little stabbing. You owe me three stabs so what are you going to pay me in return for not stabbing you."

Blaise knew that creepy smile Miles was giving, the smile that didn't really let anyone know whether the other person was joking or not. "It's been so long Miles. I am really glad to see you again old buddy of mine."

"You don't seem so happy though."

"I am." Blaise said shaking his head furiously, "I was even thinking about you today. You know when we used to play and you'll hang me upside-- I mean swing me around. I was even talking about you just now, right guys?"

Draco and Pansy were already shocked as to how Blaise seemed like a completely different person than he was before. The cool, cold type Blaise was nowhere to be seen. Both of them nodded unconsciously at Blaise's question when finally the other person let him go.

Miles put his dagger back into its sheath as he fixed his robe. "I'll believe you for now and let you go but remember you still owe me three stabs."

Blaise finally had a chance to sit straight but he couldn't hide his sweat as he bought out a big fake smile, "But seriously what are you-- I mean what brings you here? The last I heard about you, you were still in the US."

"But that doesn't mean I can't be back." Miles said sitting between Blaise and Draco, "So it seems like you made some friends, hanging out with me did help you learn how to socialize huh?"

"Well, I guess," Blaise said cheerfully but he was still cursing his luck in his head.

"I am Miles Rakepick, and you all are."

"Draco Malfoy." The boy next to him said slightly interested in the guy who could make even Blaise change his character.

"Pansy Parkinson." The girl in front of Draco answered with her eyes shining knowing who the young boy in front of her was, "I know you."

"It's an honor, Miss Parkinson," Miles said taking her hand and kissing the back of it gently while the other party blushed hard.

"And this miss here is?"

"Daphne Greengrass." The beautiful blonde girl said putting down her magazine, "May I ask how you know Blaise?"

"We've been friends for a long time," Miles said looking at the pretty girl in front of him, "'Well at least until the other person stopped writing back."

Blaise who was sitting at the corner flinched as he gulped again trying not to look back at Miles again.

"I see, so is he the one?" Daphne asked Blaise, her eyes still on Miles, "Your mother's apprentice."

"What's she talking about?" Draco asked interested when the question about the infamous Black Widow was raised.

"Sigh! It's about a family art." Blaise said, "Since I couldn't learn it, mother found another one."

"Are you still sad about that?" Miles raised his eyebrows, "And besides calling me her apprentice would be far fetched when it didn't even take more than a couple of hours to learn the thing. And Miss Greengrass may I know how you know about this?"

"His great grandmother was married to my great grandfather so we know bits of secret from their houses." Daphne said, "And I can smell the art on you."

"Magical Art? I thought they were really rare." Draco said, "I didn't think your house will give it to another so easily."

"There was nothing I can do about it." Blaise shrugged, "The art was dying and since it needed someone to teach the damn thing, my mother decided to teach him in case something happens to her."

"And I'll teach his children if they are capable of learning it at least." Miles said, "So no need to get so hung up over it."

"I am not." Blaise refuted in the most sincere tone he could muster while his face told another story.

"What's this art about?" Pansy asked.

"It's called Art of Seduction, am I right?" Daphne asked.

Miles nodded, he still remembered the whole learning process of this art as his face couldn't help but turn red when he thought about what happened that night.
