Mar-Xue also had employees. He had not noticed them the other night because she had ordered them to focus on the upper floor. Besides, some of them had closed for the night.

In truth, she by herself could handle the entire bar thanks to the flexibility her level allowed her. But after living so long she enjoyed interactions with humans.

"It was a nice time knowing you, but I'll have to take my leave now," Noah announced, seeing her employees gather around her to ask her about work-related things. She was about to be engrossed.

Needless to say, her attention fell on him and she squinted her eyes. Her employees could only take a step back to allow her speak.

"Will we ever meet again?" She asked.

He shrugged. "I don't know."
