[Mexico, 2004]

Mesoamerican pyramids form a prominent part of ancient Mesoamerican architecture. Although similar in some ways to Egyptian pyramids, these New World structures have flat tops or many with temples on the top and stairs ascending their faces.

In front of Rex, the pyramids in front of him are known as Maya pyramids or basically one of them.

The Maya are a people of southern Mexico and northern Central America (Guatemala, Belize, western Honduras, and El Salvador). Archaeological evidence shows that by the Preclassic Maya they were building pyramidal-plaza ceremonial architecture. The earliest monuments consisted of simple burial mounds, the precursors to the spectacular stepped pyramids from the Terminal Pre-classic period and beyond.

These pyramids relied on intricate carved stone in order to create a stair-stepped design. Many of these structures featured a top platform upon which a smaller dedicatory building was constructed, associated with a particular Maya deity. Maya pyramid-like structures were also erected to serve as a place of interment for powerful rulers. Maya pyramidal structures occur in a great variety of forms and functions, bounded by regional and periodical differences.

Rex goes to the other side of the pyramid. In these places, there should always be a hidden switch to open an entrance or a secret path.

Rex summons a silver ripple in the air where the mask of Ah Puch comes out and falls in his hands.

This is the power of the Gate of Primus that belongs to Rex Tennyson who is also the current Hakuryuukou and Slash Dog.

If anyone is thinking why it is called Gate of Primus instead of Gate of Babylon, it is a different story that happened 12 years ago.

Flashback starts 12 years ago.....

Rex who is currently 7 years is in his room. He is currently trying to summon the GOB. When he tried, a letter actually came out from nowhere in the air.

Rex: Why did a letter come out?

He took the letter and opens it. He starts to read the letter.

Dear Rex,

This is to inform you that when I fulfilled your wishes, I also put a restriction on one of your wishes. The Gate of Babylon that you wished for will not be given to you. If you are thinking why I have not given to you because this power belongs to Gilgamesh and I have seen many souls who wished this power from other gods below me.

So instead I have upgraded your where Unlimited Blade works where you can also project real ones along with fake ones. Also with some additional surprises are there for you.

After reading the letter, he suddenly felt all the information about the Gate of Babylon getting into his mind. Rex is not surprised at all as he knew that Gabriel wouldn't just fulfill his wishes easily without putting any restrictions or any conditions on him.

Rex: Albion, Lycaon. What are your thoughts about this?

Albion:[From my opinion, the Goddess planned it for you to use your potential.]

Lycaon:{I agree with Albion about this. She wants to see how you face this challenge.}

The Vanishing Dragon and the King of Werewolves knew about the power of GOB when Rex explained about its power to them. Now the goddess planned this challenge for their host to use his potential and skills.

Rex: Why didn't she mention it before my reincarnation?

Flashback ends....

After understanding that Gabriel actually didn't actually give him GOB. Rex had to upgrade his personal pocket dimension to the level where it can surpass GOB.

Now focus on the main topic.

In hands of Rex, there is the mask of Ah Puch.

The mask is identical to the face of Ah Puch, with a crisp color and large green eyes, which are the way to reveal the mask's usage. Its sockets are gold and square with the circular descent.

Rex put the mask on his face and starts to check the pyramid. Then he sees a glowing brick on the surface. He goes near the surface where the glowing brick is. Then he touched the glowing brick and pushed it inside.

Then he heard a sound where the secret entrance to the weapon is revealed.

Rex enters the temple where he sees it is very dark.

He forms a ball of blue light for a clear view using photokinesis of his Anodite lineage.

The Sword of Ek Chuaj is in lower base of the temple.
