1 Chapter 1

A young man named Rexford McGrath but everyone calls him Rex. He had lost and achieved many things in his life.

He had lost my parents in his childhood and was taken care of by his uncle and aunt. They treated him as their own son despite not having their own child. But they also died in an incident, so now he was an orphan.

He was very intelligent and mature at a very young age which made him different from others. He graduated from high school at the age of 14. He achieved master degrees in the field of:

 • Engineering(Computer, Mechanical, Software, Electrical)

 • Physics(Nuclear, Quantum mechanics, Electromagnetism, Atomic)

 • Biology(Genetics, Botany, Cell and Molecular)

 • Chemistry(Organic, Inorganic, Biochemistry, Nuclear, Analytical)

 • Mathematics

Due to his skills, intelligence and achievements, He got a job offer from an influential company in the field of science. Then a few years later, he became the CEO of the company.

Now about his hobbies. Even though he is a logical, level headed and mature individual, he is a fan of reading comics, playing video games and watching anime, movies and tv shows. He always likes to watch these anime, play video games and read comics. He is a huge fan of Marvel and DC comics. He also has other hobbies like cooking, writing stories, singing, etc.

He always wants to be a hero like Ben Tennyson. That's right, It is one of my favourite shows from where he got inspiration from his childhood days. Rex has watched all the seasons from classic to reboot series. When Rex first watched it, he was amazed by it.

He was curious about things from the show like the Omnitrix which allows the user to transform into a multitude of alien species. He also believed in magic and other supernatural beliefs because of shows and animes even though they are completely fictional.

From that day onwards, he always helps those who are in trouble. He utilises his knowledge and skills to help people.

Now let's go present time, currently Rex was in his private plane which was going back to California. But suddenly, the plane started to malfunction in the midair. He went to the cockpit to ask the pilot, but there was none. Then he went to check if there were any parachutes, but sadly there was none.

Then he realised that someone had planned to eliminate me. Before I could do anything, the plane exploded.

Then he lost consciousness and died. Then everything got blank.

Rex felt something that he felt that he is somewhere. It proves that he died in the explosion. But suddenly there is a bright light around him.

Rex opens his eyes and finds himself in some sort of white room with no door or windows. Seeing he thought that I am in heaven. Then I heard someone saying something.

???: Welcome Rexford or should I say Rex? I was expecting you here.

Rex turns around and sees a beautiful woman in front of me. She has pale white skin with long silky blonde hair. Her body was voluptuous and sexy which put shame on all the beautiful women. Her eyes are pure blue like blue sky which is beautiful.

After seeing her, he thought about something and decided to ask her.

Rex: Excuse me mam, could you tell me where I am?

???: You are in my realm Rex. My name is Gabriel and I am also known as God of the Multiverse.

Hearing about her, Rex was shocked. he had an assumption about her being the God which comes out true.

Gabriel: I think I had shocked you about telling you myself. It is too much for you.

Rex: Yes it is. But I always thought that when I will meet God after I die. So I think it really got true.

Hearing this, she laughs and a few seconds later she stops laughing. She looks at him with a kind and proud look.

Gabriel: I have seen your entire life Rex. You have immense potential to do anything like your knowledge and skills. You used it to help others who are in need. You don't have arrogance or ego about your talent and knowledge. I like to say that you have impressed both of us.

Rex: Wow, I never thought that a god would praise me. Wait did you say both of us? Is there another one who was watching me along with you?

Gabriel: Yes there is another individual like me who was watching you. You will be meeting him.

Hearing this, Rex thought about it. Who is the other God that she is talking about? Before he could think, there was another voice in this room. He saw a man with fair skin, grey eyes, and black hair.

He wore a white lab coat over a white shirt with a brown vest and black tie, black pants, and black shoes. He also wore goggles with green lenses around his neck.

???: Greetings Rex. My name is Paradox, you can also call me Professor Paradox.

Rex couldn't believe it with his eyes that in front of himis Professor Paradox, the same one from Ben 10 who has the power to travel through space and time. He thought it was fictional but in front of him is real. It is like those one of the fanfics where the MC character dies and meets the God and gets reincarnated into a fictional world of his/her choice.

Then Paradox motioned him to sit down. Rex suddenly found a chair inside the room. Looks like there will be an important discussion with him.

Rex sat down on the chair and looked at them. It was very shocking for him to believe that the two people in front of him are God and Professor Paradox. He was also happy to meet them which he never imagined about. Now let's see what they want to talk about.

Paradox: Let's begin the discussion. Now I shall reveal the purpose of this discussion.So, Rex how much do you know about the multiverse? Do you believe it's real?

Rex: I originally thought it was a theory not real. But I have seen this in the shows, movies or in the fanfics. You are in front of me which proves that the multiverse is real. As you have travelled to various worlds in the multiverse.

Paradox: I see my decision to choose you is right.

Hearing this, Rex got curious about what he said. So he decides to ask them.

Rex: Professor, Could you explain the statement about choosing me?

Before Paradox could explain to me, Gabriel interrupts.

Gabriel: Let me explain to you. Me and Paradox were searching for the right person to reincarnate him/her to a world of Marvel to be its guardian. During our search, we found you Rex. We have seen your entire life and we are impressed with you. So we decided to choose you.

Rex was surprised to hear that they chose him to reincarnate in the world of Marvel. He was excited to hear this. But he was curious as there are some questions that arise in his mind.

Rex: Why do you want me to be reincarnated in the Marvel universe? Is there anything going to happen something dangerous?

This time Paradox starts his explanation.

Paradox: We want you to be the guardian of the Marvel universe. Yes there is a threat or something dangerous is going to happen in the future. The world you will go to is the MCU(Marvel Cinematic Universe). It will follow the same canon storyline from the movies. Except there will be major changes. For example, it will be more dangerous.

Gabriel: We have decided to reincarnate you as an alternate Ben Tennyson of the Marvel universe.

Rex: Wait! Did you say I am going to reincarnate as Ben Tennyson? Like the Ben Tennyson from Ben 10 series.

Paradox: Yes, it is. Because there is not a Marvel version of Ben Tennyson. So what is your decision Rex?

After hearing everything, Rex made his decision about what he will do next.

Rex: I accept it.

Hearing this, they have a happy smile. Looks like they were expecting it from him.

Gabriel and Paradox: Thank you.

Rex: No I should thank both of you for giving me a chance to have a new life. I will not disappoint both of you. Before you send me, could you fulfill my wishes?

Gabriel: Yes I can. Thanks to your huge positive karma, I will grant you only 5 wishes.

Rex: So my wishes are:

1) Limitless potential and talent

2) Bloodlines: Anodite, Osmosian (With no side effects)

3) Reality marbles like Gate of Babylon and Unlimited Blade works combined together.

4) Books about various magic and supernatural techniques from various worlds.

5) Knowledge of all martial arts/fighting styles and weapons skills

Rex stated his wishes. Honestly he asked some OP wishes. It seems they will not fulfill his wishes.

Gabriel: Ok I have no problem fulfilling your wishes. But you have to train hard. Also I will give you something more as a gift. Before going, Paradox wants to give you something.

Paradox comes with a box and hands it to me. He gestured to him to open it. Rex opened it and saw it was Omnitrix. From the design, he recognised it. It is a classic one but with blue in colour with gold highlights.

Rex: Professor Paradox, Doesn't this Omnitrix belong to Ben 23?

Paradox: Yes it is Rex. The question is how do I have it? Simple, the Azmuth from the 23rd dimension gave it to me and asked me to give it to a worthy person who could wield its powers. Also no one knows about the Omnitrix in the 23rd dimension as Azmuth completely kept it secret. About the Ben Tennyson of 23rd dimension, he doesn't exist at all. Now it is time for you go.

Suddenly the rooms start to glow with bright light and Rex loses consciousness.
