48 Daniel the Doctor (Chapter 47)

"Ohoho… what are you here smiling like an idiot for?"
Hertha's voice said coming from behind Daniel.
"*Cough* *Cough* No reason…"
"Alright… let's get this over with!"
Suddenly, Daniel reached out and pulled out a syringe huge in human terms but small for giants, out of thin air. Invisible ripples could be seen disturbing light surrounding the object which was pulled out of seemingly nowhere. |1|
Hertha saw the entire thing happened and whistled in awe, meanwhile Amber stared from behind her with astonishment as well.
"Boyo, you have [Spatial Magic]?"
Hertha asked with curiosity.
"Yeah… you can say that… "
He answered nonchalantly.
"But how-"
"My Magic is actually [Dragon Slayer Magic], however the element of my magic is based on Space, so I can easily emulate [Spatial Magic], and maybe other space based Magics as well."
"Sigh… if only you were a Giant… I would've already wedded my student to you."
She said with regret.
"T-Teacher!"
Amber yelled angrily with her faced crimson red. |2|
Daniel ignored the comment and looked at the syringe with a faint frown.
'Dammit!! This sh*t cost me 92 Quest Points!!'
<Amber : HUMPH He's not even staring at me… >
Amber pouted seeing Daniel's nonchalance towards Hertha's comment.
Afterwards, His [Galaxy Wings] materialized on his back as he flew towards Amber and landed on her shoulder.
"Okay… I am going to need to insert this into you… so I need you to be a bit still." |3|
Daniel said as he showed her the intimidating syringe needle.
"O-okay."
She answered nervously as she stared at the scary pointy looking syringe. |4|
Daniel has never had experience drawing blood with a syringe, so without experience, he sticked the needle into her and slowly, blood filled the syringe.
The entire time Amber had her eyes closed and twitched with nervousness, when the needle went through she felt a small prick and winced a bit. However, afterwards she didn't feel anything.|5|
"Done!"
Daniel said as he took he held the blood filled syringe.
"E-eh?"
She looked at the syringe with confusion.
"It was that quick?"
"Yup!"
Daniel said as he slowly 'put back' the syringe into the 'void'.
"Now, I am just going to need to check your pulse, and that will be it!"
"O-oh,okay."
She then lifted her arm, as Daniel jumped down onto it.
"Kid, you a doctor? How would you even know how to check the pulse of a giant?"
Hertha asked suspiciously.
"Well not really, I have some knowledge on medicine, and yes, you are right, I do not know much of the anatomy of a giant. However, I am not checking for her blood flow, but instead her 'Etherion flow'. After all, the fruit that she took might not have affected her body as much as it did to her Magic."
He answered, as he placed his hand on Amber's wrist.
"Ho~ you are not only strong but also quite smart. Heh, now I wish you were a giant so I could make you mine~"
Hertha said in a teasing tone.
'Oh f*ck no!'
Daniel shivered with terror, at the thought.
"Haha…."
He just laughed it off nervously.
'F*ck! how much longer U.F?!'

'Urggh why is it taking so long?!'
[Well…. Someone has been too lazy to Upgrade the skill {Observation}.] |6|
'Well… I don't want to be touching people randomly just to upgrade this f**king skill.'
[Observation]. A very incredibly useful skill that would come in handy in various situations, however, Daniel has not been able to Upgrade it, as it requires you to touch the item or person who you wish to acquire info on, but if the skill were to be Upgraded, Daniel wouldn't need to do that anymore and will only require him to be in close proximity with the target. As the skill continues to be Upgraded the required proximity will continue to increase and more info could be accessed from the System's 'Database' in order to recognize the targeted item or person.

'Pheww…. Finally…'
"Alright! That will be all!"
He said as he slowly stood up from her arm and glide back down to the ground with his [Galaxy Wings] reformed.
"I will tell you the results tomorrow! As I still need to study vial of blood of your student so I can further understand ."
"I am thankful that you are you doing this, but may I ask why?"
Hertha asked with a skeptical tone.
"I am merely curious, and because I think it may help me in the future."
He said deeply in thought.

Once Daniel reached the hotel, he received a Notification from the System, that the analysis of the blood is over.

[Not really. In order to use the {Observation} skill, you will need to first get closer to the item or person you wish to target. If you were to run into a powerful enemy that you can not defeat and wish to use the skill on him, you will first need to get closer, however there will be a high chance of probability that you may die in his hands. Same can go for the item. If the item were to be guarded and protected, you may have to face its guardians or traps.]
[Of course, however, all of this can be avoided if you were to have the {Observation} skill highly Upgraded, then you will be able to target the item or individual from afar.]
