29 Chapter 28 (Female Monster?)(I Suck at Titles...)

The group headed over to Kaby's place to give him the book.
"Thank you!"
Kaby said, as Lucy handed the book over to him.
"I know why you wanted to destroy this book."
Lucy said, as she looked at Kaby with sympathy.
"*Sigh*... You realized it, huh?"
Kaby said, with a hint of sadness.
"Yes, this book was written by a famous and well known author, your father, and you wish to destroy it to protect you fathers honor."
Lucy said, as she continued to look at Kaby with sympathy.
"Yes, This horrible book was written by my Father, Kemu Zaleon."
Kaby said, as he looked at the book with a complicated look.
"I have always been angry at him for having gone missing for three years and never contacting us. When he finally came home, he swore to never write ever again and cut his writing hand to keep that promise. After he died, all that was left was the feeling of remorse. So I decided to keep my father's honor and destroy that book."
After he said that he then took a match from his pocket lit it and was about to light the book on fire.
However, before he could do that, a wind blew in from the window and the fire on the matchstick was blown out and then the book on Kaby's hand started to shine brightly.
Everyone closed their eyes shut in front of the brightness. Kaby drops the book but it doesn't fall to the ground but, instead, it floats in the air and opens up all the pages fluttering fast. A bright and binding light shoots out of the book and words, made of light, start floating in the air. They all, then, started to rearrange themselves and started to form new words.
It looked magnificent.
Then, the book's glow started to subside and it falls to the ground closed.
Everyone opened their eyes and stared at the book in shock, except for Lucy and Daniel.
Kaby then went and picked up the book and looked at the title. The words "DAYBREAK" changed to "DEAR KABY".
He stared at it in shocked.
"Your father actually created the most amazing book in his lifetime."
Lucy said looking at the book in awe.
"The whole book, was in fact encoded, and very few people could have been able to decode it. I only managed to decoded a few pages even with my Wind-Reader Glasses. The book had a high level Magic that few authors use in these days. Once the person, who is meant to read the decoded version of the book, touches it, the words in the book would unravel themselves to show the actual version of the book."
Lucy said all of this with admiration.
"The book is for you Kaby."
Lucy then said looking at Kaby.
Kaby then slumped, still staring at the book. Tears were falling out of his eyes.
"Father…"
Kaby said, softly.
The group gave him a moment to recollect himself.
Kaby stood up and bowed towards the group.
"Thank you for helping us!!"
As he said this the 'servant' that was next to him also came and bowed to them.
"Us?"
The group asked confused.
"Oh yes, I forgot to tell you I'm not actually rich. Me and my wife actually decided to dress up like this and rented this place for a week with all our money."
Kaby said scratching his head awkwardly and holding his wife's hand.
"What?!"
Lucy, Natsu and Happy yelled shocked except for Daniel.
"We are terribly sorry!"
Kaby said as he bowed again with his wife.
"Don't worry about it! Since the mission was to destroy the book, that means we didn't complete the mission. So, you don't owe us anything."
Natsu said as he left pulling Lucy's hand along.
"B-b-but Natsu!"
Lucy said, frustrated.
"We will ruin Fairy Tail's good image if we take these people's money."
Natsu said as he continue to walk pulling Lucy away.
"What am I going to pay my rent with then!?"
Lucy said with depressed.
"I'll help you out."
Daniel said, as he pulled his wallet out.
"R-really?"
Lucy said shyly.
"Yeah, I have a lot of money because of all the S Ranked Missions I've gone to and, I don't have much use for it anyways."
Daniel said nonchalantly taking out green paper like currency that looked like the money back at his home world.
"Oh…"
The last part of Daniel's sentence crushed whatever expectations Lucy had.
"Here, 1 Million Jewels should be enough right?"
Daniel said, as he handed her a wad of cash(Jewels).
"Y-yeah, this is too much though."
Lucy said as she hesitantly took the money.
"It's alright."
Daniel said smiling.
"Ok lets head home guys!"
Daniel said as he continued forward.
"~Aye!"
Natsu and Happy answered.

As they neared Magnolia, the group had to go through a swamp.
Lucy summons her Celestial Spirit, Horologium, and gets in it to cross over the swamp.
"Eww, She says in disgust, Why are we going through this swamp anyways? She says angrily."
Horologium repeated what Lucy said as he struggled through the swamp.
"We got lost… following Natsu's sense of direction"
Happy said laying on Daniels head.
"No! We are not lost! We are just taking a shortcut I remember!"
Natsu said in denial as he also struggled through the sticky swamp.
"*Sigh…* It's my fault. I should've known better than to trust Natsu's sense of direction…"
Daniel said, however, in comparison to the other two, he was actually doing fine. He was splitting the marsh in two in front of him by controlling space elements . So he was just walking normally.
*RUSTLE*
"Huh?"
Natsu heard something and turned to a bush a couple of meters away.
"Hmm.." (EN: Omiwamo…)
Natsu stared at it intently. He, then, slowly walks to the bush, closer and closer..

"I got you!!" (EN: Shindaru!)
Natsu yelled as he threw himself at the bush. He went through the bush and tackled a shirtless young man with spiky black hair.
"Ouch! Natsu, you idiot! What are you doing!?" (EN: NANI!?)
Gray yelled as he massaged his head that hit a tree.
"Gray?! What are you doing here?"
Natsu said, as he stood up from Gray.
"I am here because….*gulp* 'she' is coming!"
Gray said with a tinge of fear.
"What?! 'She' is heading back to the Guild?!"
Natsu said with the same amount of fear.
"Huh, Who are you guys talking about, she asks curiously."
Horologium said, repeating what Lucy was saying.
It's a mystery how she heard them from inside of Horologium.
"It's one of our S Ranked Wizards make the top 6 In our Guild!"
Gray said, trembling a bit.
"Oh, who is coming back Erza or Mira?"
Daniel said, rubbing his chin with interest.
'Only Mira or Erza would terrify these two.'
"It's Erza!"
Gray said with a trembling voice.
"Oh! I forgot, only Daniel can subdue her!" (EN: I dunno about you guys but this sounds kinky.)
Gray said, as he turned to look at Daniel, as if he were seeing his saviour.
"Oh yeah!"
Natsu said agreeing with Gray as he also turned to look at Daniel with the same look.
"Who is she?!" She asks, clearly frustrated.
"Hahaha, You will see."
Daniel said as he winked at her.
Lucy just blushed and stopped asking.

Once they arrived at Magnolia, Natsu's and Gray's nervousness increased.
Lucy noticed that and she herself began to worry.
<Lucy : What kind of monster is she? For even Natsu to be afraid of her and need Daniel to subdue her?>
In Lucy's mind, she kept imagining what kind of monster Natsu and Gray are talking about.
She pictured her destroying towns and mountains, this made her shiver.

As they neared the Guild, Lucy got out of Horologium. She didn't want to look ridiculous.
"Thank you Horologium. You can return now."
*POOF*
"Okay! Time to meet this 'monster' that everyone is talking about!"
Lucy said to herself as she went to catch up to the others with determination.

(A.N : By the way some of you may ask; "Where is the Pikachu?!" Well, they used the Pokeball and put Pikachu back. Lucy has the Pokeball.(Which has Pikachu). )
