The mutants who had been fighting suddenly stopped when their attention was caught by a Quinjet hovering overhead.

Soon, two people exited the jet after it landed near the mutants. The jet took off after dropping the two people.

Phil and Quake observed the mutants, who were looking at them warily. The ones who were confused by their sudden appearance were from Magneto's side, not Xavier's group.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, how about we try to settle this matter as peacefully as possible. We've got a few evi....," However, before Phil could complete his sentence, a person quickly appeared at his side, attempting to punch him.

Even Quake wasn't able to react to the sudden appearance of this person.

This person wore a black cloak with a hoodie, perfectly blocking any view of his body. However, due to trying to punch Phil, his fist became visible.

His fist appeared to have no skin, but was covered by a transparent jelly-like substance, revealing the person's skeleton underneath.

This person was none other than Glob Herman, a popular and powerful mutant from Magneto's faction. He had not yet taken part in the fight, choosing to stay hidden and search for the best possible opportunity to make a surprise attack, while also keeping an eye out for any reinforcements from Xavier's Faction.

Due to Phil's interference, he decided to take action.

Just as his fist was about to connect with Phil's abdomen, it was forcefully halted and blocked.

Glob was surprised to see that his surprise attack was blocked. Though he had not used his full power in that punch, it was still enough to knock out an elite soldier or agent.

Phil, who had blocked the attack of Glob, smiled and said, "Can't hide for long, huh?"

Without any hesitation, Phil punched with his other arm, sending Glob sprawling backwards.

Though Glob had successfully blocked the punch, he couldn't negate the force behind it.

Phil didn't waste any time and launched himself at Glob.

"Displaying strength comes before talking, I guess," Phil spoke.

"Seems like we underestimated the SHIELD people," another man appeared in the clearing, and blocked Phil's punch, thus stopping him from attacking Glob.

"Madrox," Phil recognized, backing up slightly while keeping his guard up. "As I said before, we don't have to fight. I have evidence that..." Before Phil could complete his sentence, a stream of fire was launched at his face.

However, before the fire could harm Phil, it was blown away by the vibrations in the air.

"Sir, I don't think they are willing to listen," Quake, who had stopped the fire, spoke. The meaning in her words was clear as she took a fighting stance.

Phil sighed as he too got ready to fight along with the other Xavier mutants and Quake.

"I was hoping we could resolve this peacefully," Phil said, looking at Madrox. "But if it's a fight you want, then so be it."

The two groups clashed, powers and abilities clashing in a chaotic display of force.

Phil had already chosen his opponent as he looked at Madrox.

Phil Coulson faced off against James Madrox, the Multiple Man, in a tense showdown. Their clash sent shockwaves through the air as they traded powerful blows, with Phil's enhanced strength and speed pitted against Madrox's ability to create duplicates of himself.

Phil charged at Madrox with lightning-fast strikes, his fists crackling with energy. Madrox countered by creating multiple duplicates, surrounding Phil from all sides. Each duplicate moved with precision and coordination, making it difficult for Phil to land a solid blow. But Phil's enhanced reflexes and combat skills allowed him to hold his own against the onslaught.

As the battle raged on, Madrox's duplicates enhanced the chaos, attacking from different angles and testing Phil's limits. The duel intensified as Phil's sheer determination drove him to push past his own human limits. With each duplicate that fell, Madrox split into more, making it an even more challenging battle for Phil.

The fight reached its climax as Phil's superhuman abilities and Madrox's lethal duplicates clashed in a whirlwind of fists and strategic maneuvers. The air crackled with energy as the combatants matched each other's strength and resolve with every move.

Meanwhile Quake fought against Glob Herman and another mutant named Callisto.

Glob had already removed his cloak in order to fight freely, making his transparent jelly like body visible.

Without a moment's hesitation, Glob Herman lunged at Quake, his body covered in translucent, gelatinous flesh. Quake focused her vibrations and sent a shockwave towards Glob Herman, but the mutant dodged easily, his agility surprising her. Meanwhile, Callisto circled around, her sharp eyes fixed on Quake, ready to pounce.

Glob Herman charged again, hurling patches of his own flaming, gel-like skin at Quake, who dodged and retaliated with a barrage of seismic waves. The force of the vibrations shook the ground, causing trees to shudder and the forest floor to crack. But Glob Herman used his malleable form to absorb the impact, regenerating himself quickly.

As Quake focused on Glob Herman, Callisto struck from the shadows. She lunged at Quake with unbelievable speed, her razor-sharp claws slashing through the air. Quake managed to dodge most of the attacks, but a few cuts appeared on her arms and legs, reminding her of Callisto's deadly precision.

Realizing she was outnumbered, Quake used her seismic abilities to create an earthquake, causing the ground to tremble violently. The forest erupted in chaos as trees swayed and cracked, and the earth split open. Callisto and Glob Herman struggled to keep their balance, their attacks faltering as they struggled to stay upright.

Seizing the opportunity, Quake focused her powers and sent a massive shockwave towards her adversaries, knocking them off their feet.

Quake's abilities were beneficial in fighting against a group as they covered wide areas. While fighting against the two, she had slowly lead them away from the place where other's were fighting, in order to use her abilities more efficiently and effectively.

Seizing the opportunity, Quake focused her powers and sent a massive shockwave towards her adversaries, knocking them off their feet. As they stumbled, she swiftly subdued them, using her seismic control to bind them in place with the earth itself.

The fight ended with Quake standing victorious, her adversaries defeated and unable to escape her seismic restraints. The forest fell silent once more, as Quake prepared to continue her mission, knowing that she had proven herself against two formidable opponents in a battle where her control of the earth's vibrations had ultimately prevailed.
