The next morning, John woke up early at 5 a.m. He started his day with some physical exercises for practically warming himself up. Then he decided to start training his Devil Fruit powers.

John stood in the room, contemplating the way he should train his Quake Quake Fruit powers. After some careful consideration, he came to a decision. He resolved to simultaneously train his devil fruit's power alongside his physical body. With a determined mindset, he focused his energy on his fingers, attempting to utilize the power of the devil fruit. Within seconds, he could feel the shocks pulsating through his fingertips.

While he hadn't tested it yet, John theorized that he should be capable of using the devil fruit's power throughout his entire body, although it would require a great deal of control. By employing vibrations generated by the fruit's power on his body, he could strengthen himself more easily and efficiently. The process of awakening the fruit would come with increased control, though he was uncertain of how exactly he would accomplish that.

With a shake of his head, John cleared his mind and zeroed in on his training.

He closed his eyes, focusing on his body and the power of the Devil Fruit that lay dormant within. Slowly, he began to channel the vibrations from his fingertips, letting them spread throughout his entire body. At first, the sensations were overwhelming, coursing through his veins like an electric shock.

But John gritted his teeth and pushed through. He regulated his breathing, calming his racing heart and steadying his mind. He tried to gaine more control over the vibrations, directing them to specific parts of his body.

He started with his arms, feeling the vibrations strengthen his muscles and increase his speed. With each punch, he could feel the force behind it magnified. He moved on to his legs, his kicks becoming more powerful and precise. It was as if his whole body was vibrating with energy, ready to unleash its full potential.

As the training session continued, John experimented with different techniques. He tried condensing the vibrations into a single point, which helped him in slowly increasing the control over his Devil Fruit. He also tested the limits of his endurance, maintaining the vibrations for prolonged periods of time.

Though he didn't dare to release those vibrations or he wouldn't have an apartment to live in. He continued his training of Devil Fruit.

It was a grueling process, both mentally and physically.

And as he continued his training, John knew that he was only scratching the surface of his devil fruit's abilities. There was still much to learn and explore, but with his determination and focus, there was no doubt that he would become a force to be reckoned with.

'How did I even become such a training maniac,' John wondered as he sat on the sofa after finishing his Devil Fruit training.

'I guess, it might be the effect of Conquerors Haki,' John concluded.

John decided to take a break and meet up with the Real Estate Agent to check on the mansion in Queens.

As John drove to the real estate office, he couldn't help but reflect on his recent training and how it had consumed his life. He had always been determined and goal-oriented in his previous life, but ever since he awakened his Conqueror's Haki, his drive had reached a whole new level.

Arriving at the real estate office, John was greeted by the agent, Mr. Anderson. They sat down in his office and started discussing about the properties.

"I know that Mr. Stark has already recommended you one, but why don't you take a look at some other properties too."

Mr. Anderson pulled out a binder filled with various properties and began discussing the options with John.

Mr. Anderson asked ,"Are there any specific requirements or preferences you have for the mansion?"

John answered," I just want it to be spacious and have a good view and preferably a quiet neighborhood."

John further provided few explanations on how he wanted the mansion to be.

Mr. Anderson noted down John's preferences and continued showing him more options. Eventually, they narrowed it down to a few mansions that ticked all the boxes.

"Why don't you first show me the one Tony recommended?" John asked as the apartment recommended by Tony also checked all the things and the ways he wanted his mansion to be.

Mr. Anderson agreed and arranged for a tour of the mansion recommended by Tony Stark. They made arrangements to meet at the property the next day.

When John arrived at the mansion, he was immediately impressed by its grandeur. The mansion was located in a quiet and upscale neighborhood, surrounded by lush greenery. As he entered the property, he was greeted by a spacious foyer with high ceilings and elegant marble floors.

Mr. Anderson led John through the various rooms of the mansion, showcasing its spaciousness and exquisite design. The mansion had multiple living areas, each tastefully decorated and with large windows offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

The kitchen was a chef's dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of space for entertaining guests. The dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, featured a beautiful chandelier and a large dining table capable of seating a dozen people.

Upstairs, John was shown the master bedroom, which featured a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking a serene garden. The mansion had several additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and ample closet space.

As they walked through the property, John couldn't help but envision himself living in the mansion. It had everything he desired - spaciousness, a good view, and a quiet neighborhood. The mansion also had additional amenities such as a home theater, a gym, and a swimming pool. Along with that there were even few empty spacious rooms as John had asked.

After the tour of the mansion recommended by Tony, they went on a tour of a few more properties.

By the end of the tour John had decided to buy the Mansion recommended by Tony. After handling all the necessary procedures, John went back to his apartment to get ready to move to his new home. He was filled with excitement and anticipation as he packed his belongings and made arrangements for the movers to come the following day.
