Unknown Hero: Endless Light

The Great Catastrophe occurred when demons from hell emerged and brought terror and despair to humanity. They slaughtered half the population of the world, causing humanity to fall into despair. Hope emerged when a few humans awakened superpowers to resist the wicked demons. The most powerful of these was a human named Victor Lore, who awakened the Power of Light. He almost brought the demons to their knees, but another human named Nero awakened the power of Darkness and aided the demons in terrorizing humanity. Victor and Nero fought and both ultimately perished, leaving the other awakened humans unable to resist the demons. Humanity slowly lost hope until a countless number of swords of Light descended and eliminated the demons completely. The humans believed it was a grace from God, but they didn't know that it was a teenager who had awakened the Power of Endless Light who had actually saved them.

Steve worked for a few hours and felt a sense of accomplishment. "Great work again today, Steve," Ronald genuinely praised him. "Keep it up and you'll get another raise."

"Thanks, boss," Steve smiled, his hands in his pockets.

"What about me, Chief?" Roger asked pitifully.

"You? You can't even work half as much as Steve!" Ronald roared at Roger, his anger exploding.

"I'll do better next time, Chief!" Roger saluted like a soldier.

"You better," Ronald grumbled, annoyed, and quickly walked away.

"The Chief's anger is always directed at me," Roger sighed sadly.

"You know him, he's short tempered," Steve sighed and shrugged.

Roger was about to reply when a tremor interrupted him, causing the earth to shake. Boom! A gigantic foot was seen near the construction site and people ran in all directions.

"It's a Class S monster!!!" Roger shouted in panic, trying to run away. Steve grabbed his collar.

"Let me go! Let's run away, quick, Steve!" Roger shook Steve, panicked.

"Don't panic! There's no way to escape from that thing!" Steve shouted, trying to make sense to Roger.

"Are we going to die!? Steve!?" Roger asked anxiously, his body trembling.

"We're not. Let's just find shelter, maybe underground!" Steve shook his head, pointing at the ground.

"Underground?" Roger, a construction worker, knew that the foundation underground was much sturdier and stronger compared to the surface, and he might survive if he hid there.

"Good idea! Let's go!" Roger quickly sprang into action and ran towards the underground train nearby. However, he didn't notice that Steve didn't follow.

Steve looked up and saw that the giant's face reached the clouds. The giant was wearing medieval armor and had sharp weapon gloves. Ronald, Steve and Roger's boss, was seen fainted on the side of the street. As an older, middle-aged man, his frail body couldn't handle the pressure of seeing the giant monster.

"Evacuate the people!" a deep voice shouted across the road. It was a man being followed by a bunch of golems. Hearing his command, the golems sprang into action and carried the fainted and injured people away.

"That's Rock Summoner! Hector of Hens City!" people who recognized the man shouted excitedly.

"Hector!" Many people shouted, but were interrupted by another voice. "Don't waste time! This monster isn't ordinary! It just appeared out of nowhere!"

A sexy woman wearing a robe and a mask shouted, her face concealed except for her beautiful shape and green hair and emerald eyes.

She brought her hand forward and pointed it at the giant. A powerful gale erupted, completely avoiding the people and flying directly towards the giant.
