5 Chapter 4: Chance..? Na ni ko leh?

Glenda's Pov

I always thought Bryan and Dion are suitable for each other since they are childhood friends afterall, but I might be wrong since seeing how Cedric and Dion makes a good pair just now.

I think I have a chance after all...

Third Person's View

"Ok, now each of our team leader communicate with their team and decides who becomes which type of attacker!"

Cedric announce while Dion lead everyone to their own team and individual corners so there wont be too much noise affecting others when they are discussimg it.

In Pink team... Dion's Pov as well. (most of it..)

"So which one do you guys want?"

Dion ask and there is nothing but silence in the team.

Both Glenda and Bryan are in their thinking mode, I bet Glenda would choose to become a mage and become the support attacker type since she is not used to be in this kind of games.

As expected, she say: "I want to be a mage and with a support role type!"

Determined to be this type of attacker, Glenda's eyes is blazing with fire.

When she is hype up, nobody can stop her from her determined decision except for me, haha

I'm always good at guessing and change people's mind.

I give her a thumbs up and record it down on the list of paper that was on the table of each colour teams.

"Then, I want Fighter and Tank."

Bryan said, I nod and note it down.

"I want to become Tank and Mage!"

A classmate of mine call 'Inter' said.

I record it down and realise that everybody in our team is from the same class!

Being shock, I just note down what everybody said including their names.

Marksman & Mage - Cherlin (girl)

Mage & Support - Jasper (guy)

Tank & Marksman -Ash (guy)

Fighter & Tank - John (guy)

Mage - June (girl)

Fighter & Mage - Ferance (guy)

Marksman, Mage & Support - Dion

After I have finish my work, I ask: "Does anyone want to change?"

They all thought for a moment and shake their heads.

"Ok then, there is every type of attacker in our team so its fortunate that we will be able to stay and fight!"

I said being fired up but the 'fire' soon died out when I felt a chill went down my spine after I put the paper on the pink table...

I look around me, nothing suspicious, so why is my legs trembling?

It feels as though I made the wrong choice in a online game where we have to meet the dugeon boss just because we made a wrong turn.

Is it even possible?

I think for a moment and realise that even if it is true, it wont be that bad because if one team doesnt have enough attackers, we have to change teammates which clearly nobody wants.

So the fear that I was feeling just now must be because of the fact that I am the leader of the team...

'I dont want to make the same mistake ever again!"

I thought for real and then remember that Glenda is my assisstant leader and signal her over here and let her see the paper.

After a few seconds later, Glenda nod and said, " There are more than half people with the mages type..."

"I want you and Jasper to lead the mages when we are going to retreat, while Bryan and I lead the other group." I said

Glenda nod, it seems as though she is thinking something else, I shake her and make sure that she snap out of it so that she wont do things half-heartedly as an important assisstant leader in the team.

She immediately snap out of it and we walk back to our team and discuss the matter.

Glenda's Pov

When I heard that Bryan and Dion is going to be in the other group during the retreat, I felt that something in my heart appeared.

It's neither a tinge of jealously nor anger in my heart, though it wasnt calm but I can definitely recognize it...

It is a tinge of both sadness and hopelessness built inside of me, the only thought I have is that 'I might not even have a chance to begin with after all these years...

Was it my fault?

My thoughts were disrupted when Dion shake me, we walk back to our team to discuss about that matter after I push all those useless and stupid thoughts behind.

"Now.." a sound resounded in the room, it seems that not only Dion is trying to discuss this matter to our team but also to the others.
