2 Start of Cultivation

He was surprise that he understood the words injected to his mind showing breathing sets and knowledge about how to guide an energy

Definitely a cultivation technique

"I'm fortunate to bring the food with me"

He said while trying to follow the instruction in his mind

He sit in a lotus position and while trying empty his mind for the night until he falls asleep

He woke up then hear is stomach grumbling

He ate the food until everything is gone

He realized that he will not survive without a food to eat. he felt a cool air hit him so he tried to find a path where it came from

He walk through the path as he make marking in the walls until he saw a light and a tree full of fruits and saw a bird eating it

"Definitely not poisonous"

He said while climbing the tree

He pick the the violet fruit and bite it

"Sweet"

He said while savoring the taste of the fruit. He gathered the fruit enough to eat for tonight before walking back to the cave

He tried to meditate until afternoon when he started to sense something. He lost track in time when he started to guide a strange energy to purify his body.

He stop when his stomach grumble again from being hungry and spit out a dark blood

He ate the fruit he gathered until he is full

It's boring while it's good to know that I succeed in sensing the energy and guiding it

He said in his mind while he smell a something nauseating

He tried to find it but found nothing until he move his hand to cover his nose and smell it accidentally

He tried to stop his vomit but his tongue taste the stomach acid

He goes out to find a river when he felt the need to poop

He goes to the bush and do his thing and finish by making the leaf like a tissue. He continue while thinking how smelly his poop has become.

He continue to search for a river for a while before he found one.

"How beautiful"

He said while watching the water fall and fishes in the water. He break a branch in a nearby tree and disturb the water to check the reaction of the fish. The fish move away from his position as they felt the movement in the water

He said in his head as he remove his clothes and jump to the water as he tried to remove the dirt in his clothes. When he finished he saw fishes avoiding the area where he bath and laugh and said.

"At least it not bad as the one that bath and killed the fishes"

He tried to catch some while bathing by finding a branch as a spear while bathing. He succeed in killing a fish as he stand up and walk to the cave where he is teleported and gathered small branches to a make a fire to dry the his clothes and to cook the dead fish.

Weird, why are there any dangerous animal in here maybe there is a formation like those martial arts novels. he said in his head while walking

He continue to cultivate for a year. He continued until he cannot sense impurities in it.

He didn't notice that 1 year has passed but he notice that he grow taller.

I cannot sense any impurities. so I can start gathering it below my heart according to the content in the book.

He start cultivate again. The energy gathered to him like crazy. He stop until he become hungry he notice that he eat less this time and become more energetic. Gathering those strange energy maybe a substitute to my need to sleep and eat. He said in his head and continued. I will never sacrifice my precious sleep maybe I can deplete it before sleeping so that I can sleep easily.

He said in his head and cultivate until night comes.

He tried to deplete the strange energy until he felt tired.

"Hahaha! I will never will have an insomnia"

He said as he fall down.
