Ok, that's done now but why only 33? I thought there would be more with how easy it is to create planets.

Are you kidding me? Things are getting hard enough already and now my growth is being curbed, great. I'm guessing the intelligent species are Angels and Demons though I have one question. What powers do they have and what's their strength?
'Throughout the Universe their are two common forms of energy. The first one is mana. This one is used for magic. The second form of energy is Ki. This is often used by warriors who wish to rise to the pinnacle of strength. You use mana when you are using your Soul Magic. It's just that all the steps of the spell that are normally needed are handled by the system. The power level of the Angels and Demons are about the same. The average Angel or Demon on the planets has a power level of 100. The strongest person on the planet has a power level of 1332.' Jasmine answered.
Why are they so weak? I was expecting a lot more then that.
'They have complete control over their planets instead. All the intelligent species on their planets listen to their orders. Everyone there knows about Guardians and is forced to serve them. You have little control over your own planet but the life forms are much stronger in exchange.'
I'll checkout their planets in a little bit. First I want to see the requirements for upgrading my universe to basic grade.

I guess my technology advanced a whole lot during the hibernation? I mean, Bleach is already modern society and we got Gundams already on the planet. If I want 50 solar systems I really should get stronger and absorb other people. I regret letting that other guy go now but i'll just conquer him in a little. I don't want to have to wait forever to create the planets. The hard part is getting the power level of 30,000. That's going to take a while. I also have to get a basic grade item. This is going to be a pain.
Anyway what is the item I got from the absorption? I opened my inventory and pulled out a sword. It looked pretty simple. The only thing special about it was that it had a fancy handle and guard. I used Analyze on it to see its information.

A sword made for nobles. It's nothing special but it's better then trash grade. Hey, congratulations you went from trash to weak.

What's with that description? It makes me feel angry. Well I guess I have to use this for now so let's use this for now. I tried to swing to get a feel for it but when I tried to the sword flew out of my hands. Then Jasmine spoke up.

What the hell? I had used stuff from the system the whole time so I guess I never realized. This really ticks me off because it shows god has put restrictions on my system for balance. I dislike balance. Whatever, does this thing at least have a use?
'Host can turn it in for SP.'
At least it has a use. I pulled up the system and turned in the sword. I got 500 SP for it. I guess it's time to look for some equipment in the shop that I can use. I scrolled through the shop looking for stuff I could use and could buy with my SP. I had 21,000 SP at the moment. I had gotten a lot by absorbing. I kept looking until I had a couple items I could buy and use.
Zanpakuto (Shikai state unlocked)(Basic grade)—20,000 SP
ninja tool kit—500 SP
Nichirin Blade (low grade)—10,000 SP
Magic strengthening pill (low grade)—17,000 SP
Random Cardinal weapon (trash grade)—20,000 SP
Now before you say anything about how a trash grade item is 20,000 I realized something. The cardinal weapons grow and get stronger over time so it's a perfect weapon. The only problem is the fact that it becomes the only type of weapon you can equip. Actually I'm sure there's a way around that since there is other anime's here. The Nichirin blade is unneeded and the Zanpakuto is tempting. The bankai version costs 200,000 SP. Yeah, I'm not getting that for a while.
The Magic strengthening pill is also tempting but I still think the Cardinal weapon is a better choice. The shield would be nice because the defense would allow me more time to charge my attacks. Even if I don't get the shield I'm sure I can use the weapon better then their original character uses them. After all Naofumi was the only one who used his weapon properly and unlike the other heroes I understand that there is more to strength then leveling up.
I selected the Random Cardinal weapon and suddenly a lottery wheel appeared in front of my face. The lottery wheel started to spin and when it was full speed a lever appeared in front of me. I pulled the lever in front of me and watched as the lottery wheel slowed down. I watched as the wheel got slower and slower until it eventually landed on.....
