The higher the planet level the more Qi found on the planet and the more pure the Qi is.There will also be parasite planets which consume Qi from its inhabitants.A planet's level depend on the resources found on it and the inhabitants cultivation levels as they increases the amount of qi found on the planet.

The higher the grade of the stone the more pure the Qi is and the more it contains.

Beasts cultivation levels are the same as they are for anyone else buy beasts usually have a shorter or longer life span depending on the beast natural life span.

Spirit plants are plants that consume Qi which can be used for cultivation or making pills or serums.

Meat of beasts can also help in cultivation although the effects are minor compared to the spirit plants they can still be cooked by spirit chefs to increase the effect by a large margin.
