2 Cultivation begins

Inside a room in a spaceship just 300 light years west from planet centori(a planet on the border of the of the human region) stood a man that seemed to be shrouded in darkness even inside a well lit room his face cannot be seen. One remarkable feature the man has is that he has a tail.
In front of the man kneeled two beastmen saying" all preparations are done, sir. "in an alien language.
" good. Send the team with 1 sky realm expert there. Remember i will not tolerate failure." said the man with a voice that seemed so cold that the room's temperature dropped by a few degrees when he spoke.
" yes sir! " screamed the two beastmen as they disappear into thin air.

A few thousand thousand light years away in another spaceship stood a boy that looks to be around 14 years of age with wavy silver hair and a pair of golden eyes that can easily show his excited expression as he sat in a lotus position muttering under his breath "roulette spin" This was luck.

" Really..... the first quest i get and the punishment is death" spoke luck as he inwardly sighed.
As he sat down, he started using the perfect cultivation manual to gather Qi from space and storing it in his body making it run around his body. He noticed the amount of Qi inside his body was very little and far between not connecting to each other. It was like this because he was still at the 3rd stage of qi gathering which is the begging section of it. At the first stage of qi gathering one needs just 1 stand of qi to reach that level. The 2nd needs 5 strands of qi which run around the body individually. 3rd stage needs 50 strands of qi which run in 50 groups around the body. At the fourth stage u need a 100 strands which barely connect into a stream that runs around the body touching each part all the time... And so on while on the 9 stage the qi will be running around the body forming a river.
He noticed his bizarre speed of gathering qi almost instantly after starting cultivating, he became almost 90 times faster(talent X11(gift from system) and cultivation speed X8(cultivation manual) ) than before."at this rate i will reach the 5 stage before even 4 hours have gone by." he thought to himself.
"reminder host, please consume the perfect foundation serum as it will establish your foundation instantly without having to wait a couple of days."
And just like that he pulled the serum out of the system inventory but what he saw next left him speechless. The serum was covered in holy light and the qi in the surroundings were gathering around it became so dense that u can see it with your naked eye. Without any hesitation he swallowed it all in one big gulp. The change brought after that was amazing, it was like every single cell in his body was having a deluxe massage, he almost couldn't help but moan from pleasure. This was heaven, he was currently experiencing what it is like to be in heaven, maybe even better, Once u feel it you will understand. "mmmm" he couldn't help but moan 5 minutes into the massage which made him cover his mouth or else by the end of it probably all the people in the space ship would hear him. 10 minutes after, the sensation was gone, and his eyes were starting to tear up. There was this feeling of sedness in them. Time flew by and He just stood there like an idiot.

His room was a well furnished room with a floating chair placed behind a desk that had a watch and a neon light. His bed was tidy and clean so he sat on it in a lotus position. He still found it amazing seeing his speed in cultivation but he got used to it quickly, and time flew by. One hour..... Two hours.... Three...

Just like that luck opened his eyes and stared out of the window of his room to see a giant planet with 3 moons revolving around it. The planet was at least 18 times as big as earth, located in a binary solar system. (has 2 stars that spin around each other with planets orbiting them. He finally reached planet ven, a level 3 planet.
