[Location: Dungeon] [3rd POV]
A day had passed since Landon had returned, and a bit had happened. For one, Talia had expertly lied to Alaric about what her eyes were, and why they were glowing. Using the excuse that it was her magic reacting to her anger at the man. He bought it, but she doubted he would for long.
Besides that Talia had also decided to go back into the dungeon more, deciding to get her fairy class done as fast as possible. Her fairy class was currently at level 25, while her kitsune subclass was at level 19, after more grinding within the dungeon. She wanted to get her 10,000 kills done today, and hopefully the minibosses too.
Decapatating another goblin, Talia let out a annoyed sigh. 'These damn things are so annoying! At first they were a bit hard to take care of, but now they're just a chore!' Talia thought, as she dodged the arrow of one of the goblins, before cutting the creature in half with a cast of diffindo.
Noticing that there were no more goblins around, Talia blinked and grinned as a notification flared in front of her.

[2nd tail - The second tail the user has obtained as a Kitsune. Allows the user to absorb attacks with this tail, and save it. The saved attack can then be utilized by the tail, but only once. Can only absorb attacks the user would be able to survive. Absorbed attacks are 3x stronger]

Talia grinned as her kitsune aura flared around her, and grew a second tail, causing it to grow larger, and glow brighter, before disappearing. Looking over the tail, Talia's grin grew 'Not bad, not bad at all. Could be really strong in future worlds, probably not the best in this one, though. As for the kitsune type...I guess going with ocean or fire would be good. As I am assuming the ocean one can control water, while fire is obvious...music might be good too'
Talia hummed in thought, before eventually she decided on Ocean. After choosing the Ocean kitsune, she breathed in deeply as a new sensation filled her, and realization on what the ocean kitsune specializes in. 'Healing...it specializes in healing...I guess that's fine. The fact that I can control water is pretty strong, and should become helpful in the future after some training. And if I get the water fairy, it'll probably combine and become even stronger' Talia thought, before deciding on claiming her rewards.

[3rd tail - The third tail the user has obtained as a kitsune. This tail has the ability to transmute what it touches, into the users kitsune elements (thunder and ocean/water). Only works on non sentient beings...for now]
As the new power flooded her, and the knowledge did as well, Talia's kitsune aura returned yet again. This time, it grew even larger, had three tails, and had a slight blue glow to it as well.
Some of the tier 10 spells were genuinely insanely strong. Namely the reality slash, that cut space itself, as well as time stip, that does exactly what it says, for a specific amount of time. It works on opponents, and both were truly overpowered.
As the assimilation finished, Talia grinned at the new powers she has obtained, but most of all, the tail she got 'Bloody hell that is overpowered. While not entirely useful in the beginning, it should become insanely good once I train it further, and unlock more capabilities for the kitsune species' Talia thought, as she clenched her fist at the new power she has obtained.
Wanting to see what her status looks like, Talia summoned it.

After looking over her status, Talia decided to get the Minibosses finished with today. Floating to the sky with a simple overlord spell, Talia cast gods eye, before looking for the minibosses.
It took her a few minutes, but she eventually found them. It was a group of five goblins, she assumed they were grouped up due to them being some of the last goblins in the entire forest, and they knew they wouldn't survive on their own.

'Those are some ugly motherfuckers' Talia thought, before breathing in and casting one of her new spells, alongside two others.
"Widen Magic, Triplet Magic, Maximize Magic" Talia said, preparing to boost the spell, before finishing with "Meteor Fall!" Talia said, as her magic casted, and she felt it drain her, a decent bit at that. Before watching with an unhealthy amount of glee, as three gigantic meteors appeared in the sky, and flew towards the five goblin generals, all of which were trying their best to run away.
Only, the meteors were both too large, and too powerful for that to matter, and the five generals were ground to dust, before even being able to fight back against her.

Grinning at this, Talia floated back to the ground, before choosing to claim both the rewards, as her level jumped from 35 and 30, to 55 and 50.
[4th Tail - The fourth tail the user has obtained as a kitsune. This tail has the ability to act as another caster. Allowing the user to simultaneously cast spells through themselves, and through this tail with no diminish in power. All spells cast through this tail, will not have the strengthening from wands, or anything of the sort. All spells cast through this tail, will have the users kitsune element applied to it, such as electricity, or fire. Only if its an attack spell]
[5th Tail - The fifth tail the user has obtained as a kitsune. This tail has the ability to allow the user to control the surrounding elements that the user is the kitsune of. Such as controlling and warping water, or controlling electricity in an electrical wire]

Talia didn't hesitate, and chose wind for her new fairy type, and music for her new kitsune type. After doing so, her kitsune aura surrounded her once again, this time it was much larger than before, and now had five tails. It also had a new glow to it, this one being almost pink in color. As her eyes glowed a stormy color, and wind billowed around her.
'That fourth tail is busted, the fifth one isn't that good though...guess they can't all be winners' Talia thought, as she smiled at the power she felt. Now that her mass level up was over, she decided to get back to the real world, to get a handle on these new powers, and to cuddle with her girlfriend.

Talia walked into the lunch area, or whatever Alaric called it. As she moved and sat down with a yawn. It was like two in the morning, and Alaric decided to call an assembly...for some reason.
Addressing the group, Alaric began to speak "Yesterday, I came into possession of another Malivore artifact. It was my hope to find a method of containment before it signaled another monster, but given the emergency meeting I've just called, I'm sure you can guess how well that went" Hearing this, several students began to mutter with others, concern clear in their tones.
"But rest assured we are taking every precaution. Sheriff Donovan has been kind enough to open the door of the Lockwood Mansion to us, so Mr. Williams and Ms. Tig are now in the process of evacuating our students from the lower grade" Alaric said, causing Kaleb to step up.
"Why don't we just evacuate the damn artifacts?" Kaleb asked. Hearing the question, Alaric answered "Well we are much more well-equipped than the world at large to handle the arrival of a monster. Once we know what we're dealing with and the problem is contained, then we can reassess what to do with the artifact. If any of you would like to evacuate, please talk to Dorian or Emma. However, exam week will continue as scheduled, wherever you are. I know. I'm sorry." Students groaned at this, before Alaric continued.
"I can't exactly call the state accreditation board and tell them that we're cancelling the exams because of monsters. We'll get through this, I promise. Try and get some rest, okay? Good night" Alaric finished, as students began to leave, in order to go back to sleep.
"...Well that was a waste of time"

How did y'all like the new tails? I know a lot of you want her to get some fluff, which she may or may not get some *smirks* but you're gonna have to wait for that. She'll probably have her classes done and maxed out, within 5-10 chapter, idk though, we'll see if that'll be true or not.
