21 Chapter 21

[Location: Mystic Falls] [3rd POV]

After realizing that she hadn't even thought about how many spells she could actually cast, and beginning to mentally think about how many she believes she could cast, she replied "Not really sure to be honest. Mattering on the strength? I could use my weakest ones maybe....a few hundred times? Strongest ones, maybe like a few dozen times?" Talia replied, not entirely sure.

All the magic energy had, made her a bit of a monster in terms of how much she could cast before tiring. As the magic from mana from overlord, and magic from Harry Potter, meshed well and basically combined into one energy, making what she dubbed as her mana, stronger than before. Basically, her Harry Potter spells are much stronger than they normally would have been without this boost, just as her Overlord spells are a decent bit stronger as well.

Whether or not this will apply to future classes that use different, but similar magical energies, remains to be seen.

Hope and Josie looked at Talia in borderline annoyance "....I don't even know what to say anymore" Josie said in resignation. Hope just sighed at Talia, as she was slowly getting used to Talia being an absolute freak in terms of magic.

"I doubt there are very many witches in the entire Supernatural history that can do that" Hope replied, trying to understand how Talia doesn't find herself to be strange or anything.

Talia hearing this just shrugged "Eh, It's alright, I should be making it stronger sooner or later" Josie and Hope just rolled there eyes, and continued their trash picking work.

Putting a filled trash bag alongside the other filled ones, Josie bent over slightly while holding her stomach, and softly groaning.

"You good there Josie?" Talia asked, glancing at her.

"Yeah, I just think that's making me a little bit nauseous" Josie replied, causing Talia and Hope to turn to where she was looking. Only to find MG making out with a blonde chick named Dana, who was a bit of a bully, and was also the main cause for the fight at the game. She was a bit of a bitch to most people.

"Didn't see MG as the type to get with someone like her" Talia said, looking at the two with a grossed out look on her face. Hope looked at the two, weirded out by the making out between the two.

"It's simple math. MG has the hormones of a teenager and the impulse control of a preschooler" Josie replied, causing both Talia and Hope to chuckle slightly.

"He also always goes for the wrong kinds of girls" Josie said, causing Talia to speak "Yeah you're definitely not wrong there".

"Well...given my previous crush, I can't judge" Hope said. The two began to walk away from the rather uncomfortable scene.

"Well, my last crush was actually Satan incarnate" Josie replied. Talia hearing this just snorted, before noting that Hope had said "previous crush" meaning she might just have one right now, causing her to smirk slightly as she listened to the two.

"Well...that is unless you count..." Josie continued, causing Hope to turn to her.

"Who?" Talia was the one who asked this, but she already knew the answer to the question.

"Never mind. It really doesn't matter anymore. Lizzie has dibs" Josie replied, causing Talia to scoff slightly.

"Yeah that's not really how it works when it comes to relationships. If she was a good sister, she would at least let you try to get with the guy or gall" Talia replied with a scoff. She didn't hate Lizzie or anything, but she was a pretty awful sister.

"On Rafael? And doesn't she always have "dibs" when are you gonna get a chance?" Hope added. She also didn't understand the whole dibs thing, but knew better than to bring it up to Lizzie of all people.

"It just is what it is" Josie replied, but deep down she knew they were right. She knew that Lizzie shouldn't be allowed to control who she gets with, and shouldn't be able to call dibs on someone like that. Talia just inwardly sighed 'Lizzie really is a pretty shitty sister, just like Alaric is a pretty shitty dad. Really, Josie has the short end of the stick in their family'

"Well, like Talia said, that doesn't make it right" Hope said, not agreeing with Josie's decision to just listen and submit to what Lizzie wants.

Stopping her walking, Josie looked at Talia and then Hope. Sighing at the look, Hope knew what Josie wanted to know.

"She already knows. And your dad knows I used black magic, and I "directly disobeyed his order", that's why I am in trouble" Hope said, while using quotation marks at the "directly disobeyed his order" as she found the punishment for that to be stupid.

"And don't worry, I didn't tell him that you helped me with the spell" Hope added. Talia also spoke "I didn't say anything either"

"Thank you" Josie said looking at the two of them. She really didn't want to deal with the afteraffects of her father finding out that she used black magic.

"And Landon and Rafael took off together. He took the knife, but told me he didn't know why he stole it, and lied about having it. Then he wrote this letter that was...honestly pretty creepy" Hope said. The letter was overly personal, and was borderline creepy with some of the things he said about her in it.

"Lizzie's...sensative. And our mom is going on these really long recruitment missions recently. That's why she's extra testy. She just really misses her" Talia hearing this sighed "Josie, you really need to stop making up excuses for her" Josie looked down slightly at this.

"I know the feeling" Hope said softly after Talia finished, causing Josie to look back up at her. The three began to walk aimlessly again. Talia just listened to the conversation for the most part, feeling that it wasn't her place to interrupt in certain parts of it, it almost felt like she was budding into someone elses business.

While walking, Josie replied "I remember how your mom used to come to the school. We all used to talk about how beautiful she was"

"So that's where you get your beauty from" Talia said, cousing Hope to blush slightly, and Josie to glance between the two with a soft smile.

"We really should have sent you flowers or something" Josie said, causing Hope to break out of her blush and turn to her.

Chuckling, Hope replied "You did. Your dad signed your names. It was obvious"

"Okay. We definitely deserved a little bit of poking" hearing this Talia grinned and promptly poked Josie in the shoulder, causing her to turn and look at her.

"What, you said you deserved a bit of poking" Talia said with her hands up in mock surrender, causing the two girls to giggle slightly.

Gasping, Josie suddenly began to hold her stomach in pain, causing Hope to turn to her in concern "You okay?"

"Pretty sure her sisters in trouble" Talia replied for Josie, causing Josie to nod "Twin pain, I think Lizzie's hurt"

"Well we have to go talk to Dorian then!" Hope immediately said, knowing that something was happening at the school if Lizzie was hurt.

"He'd probably deny you...I am the supervisor aren't I? Well, I say we can leave, so let's leave, this place is boring as hell anyways" Talia said, causing the two to glance at one another and then her.

"How would we get back?" Hope asked, they didn't exactly have any sort of transportation they could use. Hearing this Talia smirked.

"Well it's a good thing I have a spell perfect for this occasion" Talia said, causing the two to look at her with cautiousness clear on their faces. "It won't blow the town up will it" Hearing this Talia turned and pouted "No! It's just a neat teleportation spell I made."

"Perfect Illusion" Talia said out loud, she cast a tier 9 illusion spell perfectly. It is a spell that would defy all five senses of those around them, allowing her to use the next spell without anyone noticing. "Huh? What was that spell?" Josie asked.

"Just a little illusion spell, so that no one notices us leaving" Talia replied, before speaking again "Gate" she cast what is the best teleportation spell she had, it was tier 9, and could take multiple people, it was also in the form of a portal.

Walking through the gate, she smiled as she saw that it led to the front entrance of the school. Noticing that the other two weren't behind her, she leaned her head through the gate, causing the girls to look at her in surprise "You two coming or not?"

Looking at one another, they both slowly inched forward, before walking through the gate. The second they were on the other side, Talia cancelled both the spells she cast. "Cool right? That was my first time using it too!"

"Wait wha-" "Shh" Talia cut them off. She could sense the gargoyle nearby.

"There's a monster in the school. Looks like a gargoyle or something of the sort" Talia said. Her senses magical senses were now strong enough to sense it, a little spell also helped as well.

"You can sense it? And another monster?" Hope said in surprise.

"Yes and yes" Talia replied. Walking towards the proper entryway, Josie and Hope began to turn to the right, before stopping as Talia turned, walking towards them was a very confused looking Alaric.

"What are you doing here? Dorian was supposed to keep you away" Alaric asked.

"You can thank Talia for that, she cast a teleporation spell that brought us here" Josie said, causing Alaric to look at her in surprise, mumbling "teleporation spell?"

"So, I'm gonna go kill that Gargoyle real quick, if you'll let me" Talia cut in. She wanted to get this over and done with, so she could heal Lizzie and go to sleep.

"What no! We don't know how to kill it, it poisoned Lizzie, and it took the knife as well!" Alaric said, not okay with the idea.

"The knife? The dragon knife? And you're still breathing" Hope asked, in slight shock at the fact that the thing didn't kill him.

"Oh, I have a theory about that" Alaric replied.

"As nice as that conversation is, I'm gonna go kill that thing, and then heal Lizzie. Alright? Alright" Talia said, cutting off their conversation, and began to walk off.

Walking off, she made her way to the main auditorium entrance, where the kids were hiding in the back, behind the sliding door. Walking after her were the other three "Talia! Stop, you're gonna get yourself killed!" Alaric said, causing Talia to groan.

"Oh bloody hell! Shut up! I am more than strong enough to kill some little gargoyle like that one!" Talia snapped back as she pointed at the gargoyle at the top of the stairs. She was getting sick and tired of them thinking she was weak.

Before the three could even reply, she raised her hand and cast a singular spell "Bombarda!" the second she said the spell, a loud *BOOM* Followed, as the gargoyle, and a part of the surrounding area exploded, turning the gargoyle into nothing but some useless stone. While the knife that was in it's hand, harmlessly dropped to the ground.

Using a silent and wandless accio, the knife flew into her hand, before she cast a wandless "Reparo" repairing the damage she caused to the surroundings. Turning back, she ignored the shock on there faces, and walked into the back, and up to lizzie. "Talia what are you doi-" "Heal" Talia cut off Emma, and cast her healing spell from Overlord.

Within not even 30 seconds, she had wiped out the gargoyle, recovered the knife, and healed Lizzie. Everyone, including the children, all looked at her in silent awe.

"See? Now please for the love of god, stop underestimating me so much"

That's the end of the chapter! Next chapter will probably be shorter, and will cover a bit of episode 4. And for those who are gonna complain, please bear with me! Canon will completely once the Necromancer first shows up!

Talia has officially snapped, as she was getting sick and tired of Alaric constantly thinking she was weak.

Last part of this chapter was a bit rushed, as I have some last minute homework I gotta have done. This chapter was uploaded late because...I just woke up after a long nap...which is my bad.
