IS THIS REALLY TRUE

"Wake up sleeping beauty" i heard someone yell. It was my older sister Karen. I stretched my arms and move out of my bed.i had to get ready for my chores because it was a Saturday morning.I had applied for one of the most prestigeous univesity in Ghana that is Knust. I was thrilled just imagining my life as a student there. I had a friend in my locality who also applied for the same school. We were both waiting to gain admission and we were scared. What if we don't get admission? But we were always positive.

Time and tide waits for no man and it was the next day, Sunday. As a good Christian i went to Church. Immediately i got back Ella, my friend rushed to me." Franka! Franka! the admission list has been released". My heart sunk as i watched her say it. What if i didn't get admission? What will i do? Will i have to stay home for another year? I had to check by all means so i took my phone and logged into my admission portal. And the network was very jammed. Many people had applied. I waited till midnight and i checked. What i saw broke my heart completely. I saw the list of all the students yet mine was not part. I melted on my bed and cried bitterly. I cried myself to sleep. The next day i woke up with swollen eyes and my mum looked at me with sad eyes and said "we will find a way out". I called my dad and informed him. We were all sad but i knew i had one option which was to apply for fee paying. The expenses was very high so i doubted if my parents would agree. Ella got the admission but i didn't

I talked to my mum about my fee paying option and she agreed. I informed my dad and he agteed. I applied and 2 days later i got admission but they misarranged my names. I had to go back to the school to change everything. I got admission late and 2 weeks after school resumed i reported.i was a resident in Africa Hall, my second home. I got lovely roommies life could ever give to any girl in the university.
