Waking up to the sound of my alarm beeping in my ears all I wanted to do is to toss it across my room away from my ears but of I did that I would lose a thing my twin brother had got me. I know the clock looks like a glowing wolf howling under dark moonless sky. The wolf on the clock look so sad trying to find some to responding back from his howl.

Somehow my twin had some six senses to know what is going to happen in the next few days its started when he was ten years old when he saved me from wild dog biting my hand off while I try to pet wild dog but my brother stop me from doing it and got a nasty bite on his forearm. He said that he was ok and it would be cool battle scar when he get older.

The last time I saw him was at the a week away from turning seventeen when he was with a group of his friends to see a movie until a school bus ram into them, some where in being pass out either by the airbag or the impact of the crash being tossed upside down some of the seat belt in the car broke off leaving as they fell when the car turn upside down. That day I was waiting in the living for my brother to come home to tell me if the movie was good or bad and I just got custom made dog tag necklace that had his favorite animal of a wolf on it and on the back had in-grave was said 'Best brother, twin, and father figure'. Then I hear the doorbell ring telling that someone was at the door. So I ran to the door to see who was that the door.

I see two police officers at that door I was little disappointed that it was not my twin. One of the officers was middle-aged man just barley growing some gray hair who just saddest brown eyes I ever meet, short black color hair, little of a tan forming on his skin,about five foot ten, a little in the heavyweight. The other was a lady in her middle twenty with tightly made low bun with light brown hair color, black color eyes, pale skin color, dark color freckles that goes to cheek to cheek.

"Hey there little lady is your parents home?" The middle-aged man asked.

"No they are sir. They are working late." I was about to asked them to come until they pulled off their hat to their heart, "Well I'm here to informed you about Lucas Reyes." The next thing he say was deafening to my ears never in my life I would hear to come out the officer mouth about my twin death. My mind just shattered to millions of every memory we had together.

Now its been a year since it happen mom and dad didn't care just had the funeral and nothing more, and for me I just eat my heart out and gain a lot of weight because it felt that half of my soul was missing so food became my comfort and I would cry my eyes out until I fell asleep. Now I'll slowed down both of those trying to get thing together.

As I was getting ready for school I hear mom and dad talking downstairs probably eating breakfast. As I finishing my morning routine I walk outside the house to a blue jeep that my twin brother buy for me for my sixteen birthday and for the dog tag necklace I'll wear it everywhere with me.

School right now is two-thirds way the school year so only three more months until its over and I can move out of that dreadful place that it so called 'home'. Soon as I pulled up at the school to see a big crowd yelling fight over and over again telling me that another fight a breaking out maybe about over a chick who might have cheated with another guy at school. I really hate this school full with barbarians and harlots with a small groups of normal people which I was surprised that this school even have any. But I was curious about who was fighting because they usually fight at the football field so the teachers won't see what going on. Maybe a new student who mess with the wrong people but who would enroll into school so late but then again I don't care, I just need to get the fuck out of here. Just about to enter the school to see the teachers coming out side to breakup the fight and see Chris the football jock with busted bottom lip, broken noise, and a black eyes and a new kid who was a bad boy type from telling from looking at his back side.

As I was walking into the school to hear Miss Song calling my name "Diana take Chris to the nurse's office. While I'll take alp I mean the new student to the principal's office."

I stop and turn around to face Miss Song, "Yes ma'am. Come on Chris." As I looked at Chris with disapproval look then look at the new kid front side with out a single blow it his face but I can tell you this that he had most beautiful eyes that I ever seen one is half light brown and blueish grey and the other eyes is the blueish grey color to it.

What am I thinking I need to stop thinking about that I just need to escape from dreadful place. I turn around and continues walking into the school with Chris walking behind me. I can feel someone burning holes into my head but I'm not going to pay attention to it.

"Chris what made you fight this time?" I asked, because not many thing make him mad.

"The new kid was bad mouthing about Kristy." He said as he had fire in his eyes.

"I know that you like her and all but you have to understand that you can't risk doing this kind of stuff if you want to go to your dream collage."

"I know, so how are you doing?"

"I'm doing somewhat better. I just want to move out of that dreadful place. Somehow my parents are staying at the house longer than usual and it's bit creepy to see them."

"A week way before your birthday are you excited about it?"

"A little bit, I might go to the beach to swim." I said with small smile as memories flooded in the last time I went.

As we entered the nurse's office to smell rubbing alcohol that still is lingering in the air and see the male school nurse working on some paperwork.

I turn to Chris to see him looking at me,"Well I'll see you around and behave yourself."

Well I might have couple minutes until class start better get a heads up before the bells rings. As I was walking to class to hear someone talking about the fight this morning.

"Hey did you hear about the fight this morning?" Student one asked.

"Yea, it was about some girl in the school that Chris like but I couldn't hear her name." Student two said.

I had tune everyone out and heading to one of many classes in the day first was history with Mr Daniel. He'll show videos in class but the narrative is so boring that it have a mono tone to it. It will bring me to sleep then after have pop up test to see if we are paying attention to the video.

As I walk in the classroom to see Mr Daniel sitting on desk reading something on his cellphone. I sat on my desk laying my head down waiting for the class to start. About three minutes later to hear the school bell ring to tell everyone that class is starting in the next minute.

As the teacher walk up front of the classroom waiting for everyone enter the classroom. As the classroom slowly filled in one student at the time to see the new kid walking in with principal then the students started to whisper about that happen this morning with Chris.

"OK everyone settle down to time for the class to start. So Austin go sit down next to Ashley." Mr Daniel said.

I turn to see Ashley curling a piece of her bleach blond hair around her perfect red manicure. Her brown eyes checking on him trying to find if she going to use him as a puppet or as eye candy to go up the social standing.

I turn back looking at Austin to see him look straight at me with calm icy eyes then look at Ashley with angry storm that you will not see the next sunlight and want nothing to do with her knowing that she use him for her own pleasure.

"Or you can sit in front of Diana." Mr Daniel added.

And with that I can feel Ashley staring daggers at me while I had put my head down on the desk to before Mr Daniel added another option.

For some reason I can hear new kids footsteps coming closer to where I was and my heart is going out of control because they are choosing me first instead of Ashley.

Ashley had a some kind of a thing for me to make my life a living hell and I had done nothing to her.

I felt a tap on my shoulder I look up to see him staring at my eyes trying to see something the turn around not saying a word to me.

Their something about the new kid and I really want to find out but most likely he stay far away from me.

As class went by and lunch was around the corner. I see Ashley walking out of the restroom with the other Ashley in the school. I decided to walk in the lunchroom to see that this place was full with students their was always divided by their social standing.

On the other side of the lunchroom to see a vending machine as I was walking their I felt eyes on me. As I turn my head to see the new kid staring straight at me with a group of his friends.

I go back to my business and pull a dollar out of my jean pocket until I feel water poured all over my head and a large foam cup hit my head then the floor.

I turn around to see Ashley with evil smirk. I was going to say something until Chris came in front of me.

"What the hell is wrong with you Ashley!" Chris turn around to me and continue to speak, "Diana are you ok? Here take my hoodie."

I have not said a thing yet and he already taking off his hoodie.

"I'm fine, it just water but thank you Chris." I said with a smile on my face as Chris passes his hoodie to me.

"Hey it not my fault she smell funny and I thought a shower would help but it made it worst." Ashley spoken and left out of sight.

I felt Chris giving me a hug as I was melting into the hug that always made me feel like my brother is still here with me.

I noticed that the whole lunchroom went silent and Chris was frozen in spot as I look up to him to see him giving me small smile as we let go of the hug.

"Well Chris, I'll see you after spring break. I think I'm heading home early after today event."

"OK and be careful Diana."

I was lucky that I have a half day today. As I was going home I see that mom and dad car are till at home. All I want to do is to take a shower and sleep the whole day way but it's seems like it would be different today.

As I walk inside the house to see mom and dad talk in the living room on black leather sofa.

"She wasn't supposed to be in this kind of stuff and I'm was kind of worried it will happen to her now honey." Mom said worried with her hands on her face.

"I know darling, the messenger said it might have a slight chance that she might transform but it was low slim. We talk about this later. Diana can you come here." Dad asked while rubbing mom back.

"Hello dad and mom. How can I help you." I said as I watch them thoroughly through their emotions.

"Diana, what happened to you?" Mom asked as she see that my clothes are still wet from the incident at school.

"Couple of friends played a prank on me at school today since spring break is tomorrow." I said like they really care for me at all for what happen.

"Well ok anyway we have news for you about it about our own family." I was till trying to find out what they are talking but let them still talk. "Well you see I'm a wolf but your mother is human and their was a very small chance that you and your brother would transform into one because I gave up on my wolf to become human myself so I can stay with your mother."

"So what you are saying that you are part wolf like a 'werewolf' from movies and book. And now I might be come one because?"

"Well Diana, in short answer yes and we will know on your eighteen birthday if you transform."

"Why do you care now! You didn't shed a tear at you your own son death! My your own son and my twin was more of a parent then you call your self." I was exploding of all my anger to them at my body felt like it was on fire.

'Run deep into the forest and take off all of your clothing. I will answer all of your question later.' Said the voice in my head.

I ran outside the back door of the house to hear dad calling out to me to come back to the house. As I running deeper into the forest to feel my body getting hotter by every second that come by.

I started taking off all of the clothes off to feel my bones braking them self and rearranging again. I close my eyes until the pain stop it took about a minute or two for it fully stop. As I open my eyes to see my self got shorter and my senses are sharper and stronger. It felt like I was walking on all four as I look down to two snow white paws then started look at the rest of my body to I have transform into a snow white wolf.
