12 12. DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM

He kept watching until she suddenly fell on the floor. Watching her fall and crying, for some unknown reason made him feel restless.

He didn't know when he immediately started the car and drove to her. She didn't even notice a car driving to her; she was too immense in her own pain for her to realize it.

She suddenly heard a car honk and looked up. In front of her was a blue Lamborghini Countach, she looked at it confused and curious until the window rolled down revealing a pair of deep ocean blue eyes which were staring at her.

'Great, what does he want now?' she thought to herself as she continued staring at him. She decided to walk away, maybe she was blocking him when he horn for her again.

"Are you going to enter or not?" he asked impatiently with his cold voice and expressionless face. Taner quickly got up from the floor and entered the car dumbly, besides she would fall sick if she continued to stay and chase after cab so she decided to take his help since he offered. Besides what could possibly go wrong, RIGHT? So she stood up and opened the back door to enter.

"Seat in the front I'm not your driver". He said coldly. She nodded and closed the door entering the front and he drove off immediately.

"Where are you going?" he asked with his cold deep baritone sexy voice.

"Why are you asking?" she replied dumbly staring at him questioningly.

'This woman is so stupid, isn't it obvious why I am asking, Jiseok just control your anger and don't throw her out of the car', he kept chanting in his head. "I don't know….maybe to take you there". He replied sarcastically. The temperature suddenly dropped drastically, she felt colder than being under the rain even though the heater was on.

"Sorry I'm going to the hospital but you can drop me at the subway, I will just take the train".

"Which hospital are you going to?"He asked stopping are the red light.

"Central Florida hospital".

'What a coincidence I'm going there too, I might as well drop her there too', he thought to himself. "Okay I'm heading that way too".

"I appreciate your kindness but you don't have to change direction because of me, I know this was supposed to be a date but it was arranged by my friend, I was only there for the free food".

Jiseok smirked when he heard what he said. 'Thought as much'. He looked at her silently, because of the rain, her clothes were drenched and dirty exposing her figure more, her hair was a mess and she looked white as snow due to the cold.

'Other girls would have jumped up with joy at the opportunity that the number one richest and youngest bachelor is driving them but she doesn't care, in fact she was the first person to reject him'. He doesn't know if he should laugh or cry as he stared at her.

He kept staring at her violet eyes and noticed that her hair was now dark red because the rain probably washed off her dye.

"You know you are very lucky, other girls would have screamed with joy at the opportunity excitedly but you don't even care". Jiseok laughed staring at her amusingly. This girl just keeps amazing him.

"Well I'm sure you must have noticed by now that I'm not like other girls". She replied proudly still shaking slightly. Jiseok was fascinated with her, he looked at her and noticed she wasn't putting on seat belt. He leaned forward and stared at her eyes intensely. Taner was shocked and shifted backwards but he also leaned forward to the extent that their lips were almost touching and she could feel his breath.

"WH…at…..WH...At…..you...do...….ing? She stammered as she watched him closing the space between them.

"I'm…trying to….belt you up, isn't it obvious?" he reached for the seat belt and belted her, laughing devilishly as he watched her different expression. His subordinate would have gotten scared and doubt they were actually seeing their real boss, if they were here. They would've been sure he was an imposter.

"Don't tell me you actually thought I was going to kiss you?"

"No…" her face was so red like tomatoes due to embarrassment. Jiseok was laughing happily as he drove off when the light showed green, luckily for her.

"Do you know who I am?"He asked seriously wanting to make sure she was not pretending to get his attention because if she is, then she really succeeded.

"Of course you are Jiseok, Hangeul best friend from childhood". Taner smiled and replied staring at him as if he was stupid. He felt relieved for some unknown reason that she wasn't faking it.

He opened his door and was about to open her door but she had already come out.

"Thanks Jiseok for today". She bowed politely. Jiseok was rooted on the ground, hearing her call his name felt so hot with her sweet and alluring voice.

She was closer to him and gave him a piece of paper, "this is my number, I don't like owning people anything, I will be happy to repay you for the favor I owe you". She left not waiting for his reply. Jiseok stood there dumbfounded.

'Does she really not know who I am?'

Taner dashed quickly to doctor Su office. She knocked on the door once and rushed inside.

"Dad Su I came as fast as I could". She said panting. He looked at her sadly then got up and gestured for her to follow him. She followed him silently until they stopped in one of the emergency room, she looked at him confused but he didn't say anything but only opened the door for her.

She was now more scared but she stepped inside the room shaking only to see her mother sleeping beside her father who was connected with many machines. She walked closer to her mother.

Ji-woo woke up when she felt someone inside the room. She was surprised to see her; she looked at her with tears in her eyes. Taner walked to her mom and hugged her.

"Yo…Ur….dad...he…" before she could finish her sentence, she collapsed.

"MOM!!!! SOMEBODY HELP!!!!!!!!"
