Chapter 1

Raven is a senior high student in Merline International school. It's not easy for Raven to be a representative and a top student on that school. Because of low status of her life, she been bullied some of her classmate because she is also famous in that her school, most of the boys admire her. She didn't mind it at all because her goal is to learn not to flirt or something. She enjoy being alone because it was peacefull and no drama at all. All she can do is to write, read and draw in her free time in school. The past few days of her peaceful days, it was ruin when someone transfer in there section. All girls fall for that guy so fall because he looks so perfect except Raven. She is not interested in boys at all . All girls and boys murmored so loud that the teacher made them silent. ''Ok class, this is Jake your new classmate starting today so make him comfortable and be friendly to him,'' the teacher said. ''Okay Jake, sit beside Raven'' while pointing at Raven. ''Raven, starting today you will assign to guide Jake in his first day, and Jake if you want help you may ask Raven she is our class representative, okay?'' she said. "Okay ma'am,'' they answered. Jake sit beside Raven, while they introducing there names they shake their hands. Most of her classmate stared at them while they shaking there hands. Then Jake got chills ''Raven, why this classroom is so creepy, I think everybody stared at me,'' while he lower his voice. She just stared for a while and continuing writing ''What you're saying is true, you get use to it soon, it just a beginning, if your weak of the eyes of the you get bullied, so be prepaired of your mental health,'' she said. He was so shock of what he just heard of Raven, he thought that this school is just for minding their own business but it's a opposit of it. It was a Lunch break and finish of the class hours and some of the students may go back to their home and get some rest until in the evening. While he was sitting, he saw Raven packing her things in her bag. ''Why you pack all your things, you skip class, do you?'' he said. Raven look at her emotionless before she speak she saw her group of her classmate coming towards Jake so she kept packing up her things. ''Hello there Jake, I'm Lendy,'' she said while waiting to shake her up but Jake look at them and he replied ''Hi,'' without shaking his hands to Lendy. Lendy awkwardly put her hands down then Noragyn said '' you want to join with in the kareoke? Btw I'm Noragyn,'' she said while winking at him. He just look at them and ''Are you guys not gonna study, aren't you?'' he ask. ''There's so much time in study Jake,''  Chantelle said while her hands is with Jake's shoulder. He repelled Chantelle hands of his shoulder ''I'm going to Raven,''  he said ''Are you going with her, she's a weirdo,'' said Romelyn while rolling her eyes. They agree but just then he pack his things up and he stand up. He ignored the group of the girls and walk beside Raven. ''Why are those girls says your a weirdo but you're a class representative?'' he ask. ''Your background status, is also your image in this school, if you have low status you may get bullied here, it's best if you don't open up your background status for your mental health,'' she answer. ''I don't seem you as weirdo, I think your cute and self fucos that's why,'' he said while smilling at her. ''No time for chit chat, first let me guild you this way is the library and other studiom like art, music, dance, science and many more,'' she said while pointing one by one of the room. After she was guilding Jake and introduced the rules and policy of the school. Jake just look at her eyes and smile sincere. ''Can you stop looking at me like that, it's creeping me out, okay,'' she said. He just look away then he ask ''By the way Raven, earlier, who are whose group of girls?, I got annoyed when they come close to me, and speak to me like that rudely,'' he said. ''Oh those girls, those are Mermaids girls the cheer leaders of our school, there are 10 of them. Noragyn, Chantelle, Romelyn, Trishany, Johanna, Julie Ann, Julie Mae, Kristine, Ronalyn and Lendy her leader. Of course those are the riches girls in our class, if your just a middle class you may get bullied by them,'' she said. ''Really I thought that this school is a friendly school even your rich or not you can enter this school maybe I'm wrong of what I heard from our principal,'' he said. ''It's just an outside show, you don't know what going on inside the school campus,'' she said. Then she look at her watch then ''you can go home and rest that's all for today you can roam around whatever you want tommorrow,'' she said. ''You don't want to come with me roaming in this school?'' he ask. ''I can't I'm busy doing some stuffs,'' she answer the she just walk away like nothing happen. Before she come close to her aunt house she saw her girl bestfriend. ''Love! Long time no see,'' said said she run toward Kairyn and hug her right away. ''Long time no see too, how's you life now Love?'' Kairyn ask while they hugging each other. '' Your aunt to me to come over to her house because she see's you been stressing out lately, so aunt said to me that you need to chill out for a while because you don't have time to chill yourself even your aunt told you so,'' She said while the two of them walking inside the house.
