19 New Power/Out of this World!
I have decided on which sans I shall give our protagonist! I have to admit there were good suggestions like Epic!Sans, but I believe he is too powerful for him currently. What I mean is that currently, I don't want D to be powerful quickly and Epic!Sans's power is around the top of the middle level of the power scale(Comment if you want to see my power scale). Although I don't want to say this and I will receive a lot of hate but... Xtale!sans is weaker then Epic!Sans(In my opinion but if he turns XChara then that would a complete different story).
P.S I will soon be doing a mass edit on my previous chapters. Completely turning it into their person!

D waited in silence as he waits for the system notification. His mind ran wild, thinking which sans he would receive. There are an infinite possibility an which sans he rolls. Silence filled the room as D continued to wait patiently, until a little familiar sound popped in his head.
[Ding* Lottery Completed]
[Ding* 1 - OuterTale Sans]
Ding* Confirm use of 1 - OuterTale Sans?[]
"OuterTale huh" D thought to himself, He has to admit he was disappointed. There was so many powerful AUs and he received a pretty weak AU.
"But mosquito meat is still meat" D thought to himself again. He then pressed confirm waiting in anticipation.

D felt a warm liquid flow through his bones. From his spine into the ribs, then into his limbs, and finally his head. D slowly fell into a state of tranquility as his conscious wandered into the deepest darkest depts of his mind. He felt like he was floating into a constant state of motion. Any movement he make it shifts his entire body. Then a small white speck appeared, it was a small speck which which was barely noticable.
But then the speck grew larger and larger. From a small speck to a size of a marble, then to a golf ball, then to a tennis ball, it continued to grow and grow. D could feel the tension and force continued to expand as the white ball continued to grow and grow. It had finally grow to the size of a large star shining brightly, but it form starts to deform. It started to become unstable as it's energy became unstable. The tension was released in to surroundings as the whole world seems to shake. Then finally, it blew up. A bright flash envelopes the world including D, covering him with a hot blaze till finally the flash faded.
In it's place was a dense colorful gas that roamed around D as it slowly contracted into itself. For what felt like an entirety, another white speck appeared, then another, then another, and then another. These specks grew as it's predecessor and followed it as they blew up as well, leaving even more colorful gas.
This process repeated over and over again as the world expands around D. Slowly form a couple solar systems then, to a small group of solar systems, small galaxy, then a small group of galaxy. The world continued to grow as D continued to watch in amazement.
"Is this... how the world was formed?" D thought to himself, He sees a bright line heading towards him. A small comet was heading his way, it was bright as the stars around it passed by. D could only watch as it then swallow D body whole.
A sudden jolt of pain rushed through his bones as he immediately woken up from the tranquil dream. Sweat dripped down his face as he greedily inhale air. Eventually he calmed down, but his mind didn't.
"Why did this happen? This never happened when I received my other powers... what's different this time?" D thought to himself. His mind continued to work and think but found no answer. It felt like solving a puzzle with several missing pieces. The swung open as Papyrus walks in with a shocked and worried face.
"D are you alright?" Papyrus asked, D just nodded in response. Papyrus nervousness then calmed down a bit to D confusion.
"What's wrong pap?" D asked, Papyrus then took a deep breath and said what was on his mind.
"Well dear brother... you were asleep for 4 days!" Papyrus replies, D jumps back in shock.
"What!?!? I was asleep for so long!" D said in surprise, Papyrus nodded in reply. D closed his eyes and sighs before he starts to change his cloths, which in response Papyrus walks out the room. A little over 2 minutes later, came out of his room in his normal attire and said.
"Welp I am gonna go for a walk" Papyrus nodded in again in response as he watches D opening the door. He said his final words to D before a step outside.
"If you ever want to talk about your nightmares... you can always come to me" Papyrus says, D pauses and smiles.
"Thanks pap" D replied, Papyrus smiled he showed a welcoming aura. D then walked out and closed the door behind him. He walked out into the snowy street, enjoying the cold atmosphere. In his past life he always took walks like this as he enjoys the cold that surrounds him. Eventually he reached the bridge and then sat while leaning on to a nearby tree.
"Status open" D said in his mind, a list of blue text appears before him.

Description: Able to see invisible beings made from code. (It's power is limited)
Overwrite(D)
Description: able to overwrite reality and other overwrites of a lower grade.
Possession(D)
Description: Combo with Magic Red, any target within a specific power level can be controlled.
Weapon Mastery(B)
Description: Able to use any weapon as a Grandmaster.
Cosmic Creation(B)
Description: The ability to create a variety of stats to aid in battle. Which include yellow, Blue, Green, Orange stars and meteors.

Description The ability to manipulate space. (For example is when he manipulate the fighting box)

The power difference was little but the two new skills caught D's attention, especially the cosmic Creation. There was one thing that did annoy D however.
"Why the hell is my charisma increase so much!" D cried out, before was bad enough but now it increased more then tenfold!
A sudden sound interrupted his thoughts however as he hear the sound of crunching snow. D looked towards his right to see a body of Frisk, however.
