i tought about this for 25 mins and i came up with using Sizuin's Stats per level as a bench mark....So at lvl 600 he would be rank SSS

The [{number} in everything] is just a perspective view, The rank just needs someone to have a certain stat points for that rank so one guy could be at Rank C but his STR could be 3K
