Never Offend Mr. James

The monitor stared at Kara viciously as if he wanted to tear her apart.

"You had someone beat me at school. How dare you! I won't forgive you!"

Eric still wanted to curse. However, he met the man's cold brown eyes and felt a gust of chilly wind blowing past his neck. He was so scared that he broke into a cold sweat.

One of his classmates wanted to help him up. But Eric felt embarrassed and shook off his hand. He glared at Kara with resentment.

"Eric, you started it! You talked nonsense and even tried to hit me."

If he didn't say those words, Kara wouldn't get angry, and Uncle James wouldn't beat Eric to save her.

The little girl raised her head proudly. She was obviously scared, but she still held on to speak for him. James felt touched.

He withdrew his gaze and looked at Eric with his cold brown eyes. James wanted to pass over his fault, but this boy was too rude.

James felt he must do something!

He stood in front of Kara and claimed coldly, "Take back what you just said!"
