This pattern of slowly awakening and instantly being knocked unconscious continues for who knows how long for Michael. Every time he's about to wake up, lightning shoots through his body and overlords his mind, preventing him from even opening his eyes, let alone thinking about his situation.

The person responsible for this was Wardes of course. After he'd captured Michael, he'd wrapped him up in a large tarp and carried him on the back of his Griffin as he made his way to the port city, La Rochelle.

The city itself was essentially built into mountains that overlooked the ocean. It was built specifically for travel between Gallia and Albion, and so was placed around where Albion generally moved. Each mountain peak was topped with a landing platform, allowing easy access to any authorised airships.

Albion was a massive floating continent but was somehow tethered to a certain point over the ocean. It could move a bit, but not all that far away from its central point, making La Rochelle a perfect place to travel to it without having to worry about the journey being too long or arduous.

It being constructed atop a mountain also makes it far easier for airships to comfortably land and leave without having to worry about crashing into a civilian building due to turbulent winds. And now, with Antomiers devastated by a 'random terrorist' attack, La Rochelle was one of the only places that could actually access Albion.

Wardes may have had trouble actually passing through the area with his concealed prisoner, but his status as Captain of Tristain's Griffin Knights give him a great amount of leeway... That isn't even mentioning the many rebel spies located in the city however, even if most of them didn't know Wardes' true role, the more knowledgable spies kept the 'ruffians' in check.

It doesn't take long for Wardes to find an airship, he'd originally intended to try and find Prince Wales to assassinate him before handing the Princess letter to the Rebel leader called Cromwell, but since he had captured a far more valuable target, trying to kill Prince Wales might backfire and ruin everything.

After all, despite Wardes' superiority over his captured opponent, he didn't think he'd be able to fight the Prince, his men, and the Gandalfr at the same time. Thus, he picked an airship that was secretly run by the rebellion

With that, it's only a day after Michael's capture that they reach La Rochelle, and three more days on an airship to reach Londinium, the Capital city of Albion which is now under rebel, or better known as Reconquista, control.

The airship lands at a port a good distance away from Londinium, where Wardes is forced to ride his Griffin into the city, and then the palace... After extensive identification and checks of course.

Eventually, Wardes strides into the main palace hall where the Reconquista leader, Oliver Cromwell currently sits on his throne. The man himself wore luxurious yet plain clothing with a hat that resembles a large Jewish kippah. He had long golden hair that was curled at its ends and went down to his shoulders, and a face that wouldn't look out of place on a ghoul of some sort.

His cheeks were gaunt and sunken in, with wide eyes and a short yet broad nose. The worst part about him wasn't his physical appearance, however, instead, it was the smug smile that promised many things, most of which definitely wouldn't be pleasant.

Beside Cromwell was a single woman with incredibly white skin and long, luxurious black hair and focussed purple eyes. Below each eye extending towards her cheeks were sharp tattoo's that didn't seem to hold any real significance to any country in Halkeginia. She was beautiful, to say the least, but the slight wrinkles near the bridge of her nose made it obvious that she spent most of her time either sneering or frowning.

Despite her authoritative position next to Cromwell, she was dressed more like what you'd expect from a belly dancer... A black dress strapless dress that barely concealed her breasts with fabric that draped down and only covered her most sensitive areas... Her thighs were easily visible, yet her lower legs were covered by purple tights.

Similar material to her tights was also used as some sort of bodysuit, that clung tightly to her torso and left arm. It did nothing detrimental to her figure however, somehow only extenuating it. (Sheffield's outfit is more 'Hentai-looking' than any of those Ninja whores you'd see.)

The only other thing the woman wore were many dull pieces of jewellery, earrings, rings, and bracelets. They didn't draw too much attention to their mundane appearance, but Wardes could certainly feel his subconscious warning him of them.

Wardes marches in and takes a knee before Cromwell, "I have returned your majesty." he demurely says, lowering his head a show of submission.

Cromwell grins down at Wardes, and after a lengthy feeling couple of seconds, waves his hand which allows Wardes to raise his head. "What of your tasks? Have they been accomplished?"

Wardes shakes his head apologetically, "I was unable to assassinate Prince Wales, however, I believe we have gained something much more precious... I was right, the Princess still held feelings towards the Prince, and I believe this letter could be used against Tristain." he says while pulling the letter from his satchel, presenting it to Cromwell.

The woman at his side retrieves it and hands it to the man, allowing him to open the Tristain royal seal and read its contents...

Wardes and the woman wait silently while Cromwell reads it... And after a few minutes, the man breaks into uproarious, almost manic laughter. "HAHAHAHAHEHAHAHAHAHA! KAHAHAHAHAHA! THIS! HAHAHAHA! I NEVER THOUGHT THAT THE DEMURE PRINCESS WOULD BE SO SERIOUS! HAHAHAHAHA!"

Hope you bois liked the chap, if I missed anything please let me know. Thanks!
