14 Healing

I opened my eyes. I'm confused. Where am I? I decided to sit up so I could see everything around me. Furniture. I'm in a room. If I'm not mistaken this is Kells room. It used to be mine when I was smaller, but after I moved out Kell took the room. 

"Ow, ow, ow hngh. My head hurts so much, ow, ow. Why do I wanna cry over such simple pain though?" I have to head down"

And so I did. As I walked down the stairs I remembered everything that I had gone through. I looked up and saw Kell sitting on a couch near me drinking what I hoped was coffee. He looked at me and said

"Hello, sleepy head. Ready to heal now?"

I have to seem strong

"Of course. Where is he?"

"In the kitchen. Want me to go with you?"

I nodded. As soon as we got in the kitchen I realized that Laci was standing up. And. Looking through the fridge. I smiled, and whispered to Kell. 

"Kell?"

"Yes?"

"Get me a withering plant please."

At first he looked at me confused but didn't ask any questions and just said

"On it."

Now I have to talk to Laci, which shouldn't be difficult, and I really hope it's not because I feel really light headed and weak right now.

"Hi, Laci."

I smiled to seem more friendly. Since when did I ever smile though? He turned around and stared at me and I felt myself shrink under his gaze, as if he were to be throwing daggers at me just with his eyes. Why though? Since when did I start feeling like this? And since when did his gaze seem so deadly? I decided to ask my question anyway.

"Can I ask you for a quick favor please?"

His response was not what I expected. It was cold as ice and once again I felt powerless.

"You can do it yourself."

"Please?"

And then he finally gave in 

"Fine. What is it?"

Just then Kell came in. Good, at least this part is working.

"I need you to heal this plant for me. Please."

I've never said please this many times in my life. But for some reason I felt the need to.

"Why are you making me do it when you are clearly the one that has healing powers."

"That doesn't change the fact that I'm still new at this and need your help to demonstrate to me how to heal."

He sighed but agreed

"Fine."

I had noticed when he had some sort of tantrum that he was trying to heal some sort of pain that was not visible to me. But since his powers were not enough to heal him from that pain they started going out of control. If I was correct, if I tried to heal that part of him while he still had access to the area of himself too, then maybe he would go back to normal, but immediately after I'm done healing him I must try to switch our powers back. He walked toward the plant and as soon as he started healing it I hugged him from behind and started healing him. After I felt that all I had done was all I could do, I repeated the same process as earlier. I have to switch our powers back.
