Lolli left the castle with Jasmine. From the outside, Lolli could see that the walks were made of yellowing bricks. The two walked out of the castles walls and onto a gravel pathway." Thank you for showing me around, Miss Jasmine," Lolli said. Jasmine turned to wink as a response.

Past the walls was the start of the village. Lolli saw less than 30 small buildings built with wooden frames and some stone-like material. Jasmine took a quick turn into one of these buildings. A wooden sign sat above the door with a potion painted onto it." Welcome to my shop!" Jasmine said as she opened the door. Lolli picked up a bottle with glowing blue liquid." You make potions?" She asked. Jasmine nodded before taking a the bottle away." Though, I do more than just that. I can also lend out spell books and charms. I have cursed a few people since others had requested it of me. I'm the best potion maker you'll find in Grandier! That's why I work for the council!" Jasmine explained.

"Are we in Grandier now, then?"

"Yep, that's this kingdom's capital. Below here is where Maxie lives, normally."

"She wanted me to go see her soon."

"Well wait, there's still more I want to show you!" Jasmine grabbed Lolli's hand and lead her past the counter to a back room.

This room was dark, having glowing bottles as a light source. There was wooden shelves that had more bottles than books. In the corner, there was a large cauldron." I don't use that old thing. Other witches already make plenty of the common stuff," Jasmine said while watching Lolli's eyes. They were gazing at every inch of the room." Anyways, how about a little something to take with you! Do you want to run really fast? Become a monster? Make any boy-or girl- fall in love with you?" Jasmine asked. Lolli gasped," I-I can really have something like that?"

"Yep, I don't see why not!"

Lolli thought hard.

"Could I come back later?"

"Sure, why not," Jasmine chuckled," So, where to next? I'm actually a little hungry. Would you like to get some lunch?" Lolli shook her head and searched through her bag. She pulled out a bag of gummies and started eating them." That's not a healthy meal, kid," Jasmine said, concerned.

"What? But I eat this all the time!"

"Well, I'm still going to get some lunch. Come on, kid!"

The two left the potion shop to enter another. They got a seat next to the window and Jasmine ordered a fruit salad." The berries in this is good for restoring magic energy!" Jasmine said. Lolli looked over at the bowl." I like fruits!" Lolli told her. Jasmine sighed and forked a couple of slices onto a napkin for the little girl. Lolli happily scarfed them down." They're very sweet! Just how I like them!"

"I'm glad you do, kid. We'll go see Maxwell after I finish this, alright?"

A half an hour later, Jasmine finished her fruit after taking her sweet time doing so. Lolli had started eating another sugary sweet while playing with her plush, Fluffy. Jasmine went to pay the server and led Lolli out the building. Jasmine took her to a large building on the outskirts of the town. It looked more advanced than everything else. It was made of something that Lolli couldn't identify. But it was white. There were a few black windows scattered around it, but not in a way that was symmetrical." This is where Miss Maxwell works?" Lolli asked. Jasmine nodded and knocked on the large-though small in comparison to everything else- doors. Jasmine frowned after a moment of waiting. Finally, she opened the door after waiting longer." What's wrong, Miss Jasmine?" Lolli asked. Jasmine seemed to concentrate on something. She took a right into one set of halls. There were multiple, assumably, small rooms. The lights dimmed as the hall went on." Lolli, you stay here, okay? I'll be right back," then, Jasmine ran down it.
