55 [55]Rating Game 2

3rd POV-

Riser couldn't help but smirk as he looked around the shrine.

He had chosen this place as it was all the way across Shibuya and far away from Otto's and Welt's location.

He doubted that their human bodies could make it over here in such a short time or before his pierage members intercepted and beat them to a pulp.

All he had to do was lay back here and let them his pierage take care of them.

'How easy, and now Riser going to have the boosted gear hahaha!' Riser tought in his mind as he praised himself.

"Go and defeat those two humans" Riser ordered the girls

They all nodded and turned around but-

The sky lighted up. Like twinkling stars, multiple orange beams grew larger and larger.

Riser narrowed his eyes at them to see what it was.

"Shit!, everyone put up defense magic!" Shouted Riser realizing what it was.

Riser's peerage didn't hesitate and did as he said. The mages of the team, Ravel and Yubelluna put as much magic into their shields as possible while the others stood behind them. The rest were useless in this situation since they were mostly closed-ranged fighters and not pure magic users who could conjure up a decent shield.

And Riser?

he could also put one up but it was below him as he already had his servants.

As the volley of beams finally made their way here, Yubelluna and Ravel were mercilessly bombarded.

*Boom* *Boom* *Boom* *Boom*

Yubelluna and Ravel grit their teeth as they withstood the attack. 

As the final of the energy beams fell on them Ravel and Yubelluna put down their shields although they never put their guard down. The same was true for everyone.

They never expected to be attacked this early on, especially at this range. Riser's gaze became solemn as he tried to figure out how those humans did it.

Back to Welt and Otto-

"Did it hit them?" Welt Asked, hundreds of robots stationed next to him and ready to shoot even more beams of concentrated magic energy.

"Yes but it seems like they survived, Ravel and Yubelluna are better mages than I thought" Otto replied as he looked at the screen on his laptop. it shows a live feed of a drone that was spying on Riser and his team.

Riser's team stood there in the middle of the destroyed shrine(if it could be called that anymore), seemingly pondering something.

"Hmm if that's the case then I'll have to turn up the intensity" Welt replied as he was ready to turn it from level 3 to 10. He had thought that level 3 barrages from his mechs would be enough but it seems it wasn't. 

just as Otto said, they underestimated the capabilities of RIsers mages.

"No there's no need" Otto replied as he closed the laptop.

"Then what are we going to do?" Welt wanted to finish this fight as soon as possible. he wasn't like Otto who liked to play with his opponent-giving them the hope of winning and then pulling the rug from under their feet, making them fall into despair.

"We will fight of course" Otto replied. The map is Shibuya so there was no other choice but to do that.

Welt sighed as he knew that he couldn't escape from his shenanigans.

"So what do you need me to do"

"Have you ever heard of 2 girls, one giant metal titan?" Otto replied with an evil grin. Multiple if not all the buildings in the arena were made with metal.

"...Fine" Was all that Welt responded before disappearing.

Otto, sitting on his chair gave a silent prayer to RIser and his Pierage. He knew that they were about to get fisted in the worst way possible.
