The Surprise

Today Grandpa held nothing in his hands. Instead, he had folded his arms.

'Come, my boy ', he said.

Jack entered with a confused face. He locked his blue eyes with grandpa's gray ones. They stood quiet for a moment when Jack broke the silence.

' Um.. let me close the door.'

He turned and slided the door close. The interior side of the door was so much glassy and polished. He could see his reflection clearly. In the reflection, he saw grandpa moving aside to reveal something that had been obstructed by him.

Jack's heart slipped...

He turned back, his face already starting to sweat.

'I knew this would be too much shocking for you' , grandpa said , ' but it is the time you get to know the reality..... and free me from my duties.'

Jack glared at the thing that lay ahead.

' What's this and what are you talking about?'

' You will understand everything.'

Grandpa walked over to the far wall of the room. Jack followed him. Seeing the thing from that near made his jaw drop.....

He was looking at a dead man's body.
