The Dark Forest

The guards drag the two out of the cell after dumping water on Drathos to wake him up. They shove the two in front of a row of men who were glaring down at the two, "Are you two the ones who disrupted our town?!" Tyrus looks up, "Hey hey... I just arrived here and was walking by when this clown grabbed me and attacked me so I defended myself." The 5 men glared and they wave him off, "Regardless if you defended yourself or not you still disrupted the peace of our town." Tyrus sighs, "This is why my master never came to large cities." He scratches the back of his head slowly and sighs.

One of the 5 heard his comment and arched a brow, "Young man you said your master avoids large cities? Who's your master?" Tyrus looked up wide eyed, "What do you have the hearing of a wolf?!" The male chuckled, "Answer the question young man... Who's your master?" Tyrus sighs, "His name is Rathion why?" The male laughed, "HAH! I haven't seen your master in nearly 6 years! What are the odds his apprentice would come to my city!" Tyrus glared, "I'm a master swordsman now he just sent me off on my own a few days ago." The male nods, "I'm known as Grazier the city lord and I need your help." Tyrus sighs and nods, "I'll help but this big dumb ass behind me needs to help me." Graizer nods, "Very well you both will help us with a urgent matter." Tyrus arched a brow, "Oooookay so what kind of urgent matter is this?"

Graizer crosses his arms and motions for the two to follow him and Tyrus follows as well as Drathos who had a annoyed look having been ignored the entire time he wasn't to happy. As the three reached a small room towards the back of the building and Graizer looks back at the two, "Okay now listen up you two... We've had a large case of beast sightings around here and not just any kind of beast... They are all grade 5 beasts or up." Tyrus rubs his chin, "Grade 5 are very powerful beasts Drathos and myself might not be enough... I might have to see about getting some help." Graizer smirks, "I've already got several candidates." He whistles and the door opens where 4 others walk inside, "These 4 will join you." He motions to a beautiful woman with short brown hair with dark blue eyes and had two blades on her hips, "This is Toshi she's quick deadly and very skilled." He then points to a huge male who had long black hair and brown eyes with chain mail and a huge war hammer on his back, "That is Sioshi the strongest warrior you'll ever see or meet." He motions to the next woman holding a spear in her right hand and had long red hair and brown eyes with leather armor on, "This is Crystal the best spear wielder you've ever met." He then looks at the final person who had short blonde hair with a great sword on his back and wore scaled armor, "This is Raizer the warrior and only one to kill a grade 6 beast."

Tyrus crosses his arms over his chest and smirks a bit, "Well I'm Tyrus and this numb skull behind me is Drathos... It's great to meet you all." Drathos finally having enough shouts out, "Enough! Why should I help a city that has screwed me over since I've arrived?!" Graizer looks back at Drathos, "Because if you don't then I'll take your head." Drathos felt his face go pale, "Okay so when do we leave?" Tyrus laughed and looks back at Grazier, "Can we get our weapons back by the way?" Graizer nods and motions for one of his men to get the weapons.

The 6 warriors left the city a few hours later and Tyrus was smirking a bit. He felt a overwhelming excitement building up in his body because he'd be able to fight something that he never had a chance to fight before and there were lots of them. From Tyrus's knowledge the grades of beasts go between 1 the weakest to 5 the strongest known beasts available and then 6-10 are beasts that have yet to be discovered. So a group of grade 5 beasts is a real problem since normal warriors can barely handle grade 3 beasts.

Tyrus looks back at the group and as they head to the Dark Forest that's a hour from the Raigiria and decides to spark up a conversation, "So whats the toughest beast you all have fought?" Sioshi grins, "I've brawled with a very tough grade 3 and won easily never got a chance to fight a Grade 4 or 5 so this is a great opportunity." Toshi smirks, "I've fought a grade 4 once and it was a really tough fight I nearly died so don't get to excited because grade 5's are going to get intense." Drathos yawns, "I've fought a grade 3 and it was pretty tough but was no match for me." Crystal blushed a bit, "I've never fought a beast before I've just became a master spear wielder." Rio was stretching his left arm upward, "I've killed a grade 4 and have fought a grade 5 however the grade 5 nearly killed me and I had to run." Tyrus cracks his neck, "When I was with my master we fought a grade 5 and both of us barely managed to kill it so I'm looking forward to seeing how we are able to take on a group of them." Drathos grins, "Ooooh this is going to be fun." Toshi sighs, "Great a bunch of meat heads with a death wish." Tyrus smirks, "Well I'm not sure about that Toshi."

Toshi glared at Tyrus as he walks away stretching his arms above his head and looks back, "Ya know if you keep glaring at people like that you'll have permanent frown lines." He teased as he walks further ahead with Drathos and Sioshi on both his left and right. Toshi looks at Rio, "Do you know anything about that guy?" Rio shook his head, "Nope all Graizer said is that his master is a very skilled swordsman. Actually he's the 3rd most skilled swordsman." Toshi nods her head, "Well then he should be pretty good then to be recognized by someone that good." Rio nods his head, "I'd expect so." Toshi smirks, "Well lets find out how good huh?" The two pick up there pace as Crystal walks faster rubbing her chin having lost herself in thought.

Once the 6 warriors arrive at the edge of the forest Tyrus looks up at the sky curiously and rubs his chin slowly, "Well why don't we wait till tomorrow so we have a nice full day of hunting and avoid being mobbed up on when it gets dark." Drathos nods, "I can agree to that." The other 4 nod as well and pull off there sacks and start making up some tents and sit there with one person sitting up as a guard. Tyrus was the first one to stand guard and was sharpening his blade looking at the forest smirking. Tyrus was to excited to rest anyways he wanted to test his skills on a grade 5 beast.

Toshi woke up a couple hours into the night and saw Tyrus was still watching the forest and arched a brow deciding to walk over, "You know you seem way to into this whole mission." Tyrus laughed a bit as he looks up at her, "I'm into this because this is my first mission without my Master being hovering over my back observing what I do wrong and what I messed up on." Toshi nods her head, "I see well that makes sense I guess... Must be hard having such a talented mentor." Tyrus nods his head, "You have no idea." He explained as he slides his sword into it's sheath and that's when they heard a loud deep roar that woke up the others and caused Tyrus and Toshi to instantly stand and arm themselves. The roar was both horrifying and bone chilling. Tyrus smirks a bit, "Oh they know we're here and are ready for us." He looks at the others, "I hope you all get a good nights rest tomorrow is going to be extremely fun." The others laughed a bit and Tyrus looks at the forest ready to move in.
