Like that wearing Two hundred kilo weights Chu XuanYuan ran Twenty laps and he completed it by afternoon ,without having anything such a workout is tiring ,they stopped for lunch and Chu XuanYuan basically devoured everything and completed whole ten portions and The afternoon training started with the saber training .

" So XuanYuan currently our kingdom is FIRE GOD KINGDOM and the Emperor is Nie Xing and the Empress is your aunt and In our Kingdom Four Clans has the highest authority and power beneath the Emperor i.e, 'FANG ,LIN ,CHU , CHEN ' . Now beneath these all the second rated clans come under either they will affiliate themselves with them or get destroyed is the unspoken rule " said Lu Ming.

"Grand Pa Lu you said that if any kingdom shall tries to wage a war against another then they'll get destroyed right ,then who will come to destroy them?" asked Chu XuanYuan with curiosity.
