1 Chapter 1

A man in his mid 20s arrived at the airport of Zhenshan. He was tall, had good built and an average face.

"Taxi" he shouted waving at the taxi.

A taxi stopped beside him. The driver rolled the window down and asked, "Where would you like to go mister?"

"Do you know where's the best real state agency in the city? If you do, then take me there." he said while smiling.

"If you are looking for the best agency, then you've asked the right person! Here in Zhenshan, the Golden Agency is known to be the best, and lucky for you my son currently works there. I can ask him to help you with whatever you need." said the driver exitedly.

"I'll thank you in advance then." He didn't have any luggage, just a bag so he directly sat in the car.

Even though the Golden Agency was just fifteen minutes away, it took them more than half an hour because of the heavy traffic. The taxi arrived at a three-story building. They could clearly see the sign 'Golden Agency' in gold color at the front the building.

"We have arrived mister. I'll give my son a call." the driver picked his phone and dialed a number.

A couple of minutes later, a young man came out of the building and got near the taxi, "Dad I'm here. Who's the one who needs help?"

"Son this is... I haven't asked for your name yet mister." he said while pointing at the man standing next to the vehicle.

The man blushed and said, "My name is Yang Lan. You can call me Xiao Lan."

"What a pleasant name you have! I haven't presented yet, my name is Luo Jing and my son here is Luo An. You can tell him everything you need."

Yang Lan looked at Luo Jing and said, "Thank you once again. If you don't mind, I'll call you Old Luo. I just came back from overseas and I'm unfamiliar with the city. I was wondering if you could help me get familiar with the city after I finish my business here."

Old Luo laughed and replied, "Sure no problem! Here's my phone number." He then handed him a card with a number on it. "Give me a call when you're done and I'll show you the best spots in the city. Well then, I'll get going. An'er I'll leave Xiao Lan in your care."

"Don't worry dad. I'll help him with whatever he

needs." Lou An said cheerfully.

"Take care Old Luo. I'll give you call soon"

Both of them said goodbye and went inside the building. The lobby was wide and it was bustling with a lot of people. Luo An took Yang Lan to his desk and asked him for his purpose.

"Mr. Yang what can I help you with? Our agency manages seventy percent of the houses in the city. Any house you want, we'll find it for you."

"No need to be that formal. You can call me Bro Lan." he replied. "I'm looking for a place to set up a restaurant. It should have two floors so that I could live in the top floor."

Luo An looked at the data base and found two houses. "We currently have two that fits your requirements. One is at the city centre and the other one is at the outskirt. Which one would you like to see first?" Luo An showed the information of both.

Yang Lan wasn't the type of person that liked the centre so he chose the latter. "I think the one at the outskirts fits me perfectly. Let's check that one."

"Ok, give me a moment. I need to give the owner a call" he then dialed a number on his phone and talked to the owner.

"Bro Lan we can go right now. Let's take my car, it's not that far from here." Luo An and Yang Lan left the desk and went outside.

At the parking lot there were dozens of expensive cars with prices varying between one million-three million yuan. Luo An's car was just a cheap mini car and when they were about to get in, an arrogant voice sounded behind them.

The man was wearing very expensive clothes and it was evident that he despised Luo An. "Isn't this Xiao An. Looks like you finally have a client."

"What do you want Lin Dong? I'm busy right now. If you want to talk, do it later." Luo An said with an angry voice.

"Nothing. Just wanted to say hi." He said while laughing and left.

Luo An turned around and apologized to Yang Lan. "I'm sorry Bro Lan. That Lin Dong is very arrogant and always like to show off about his sales."

"No need to worry. Let's get going"
