shinobi meet the adventurers

"shiroe have you managed to find who the other players are??" asked naotsugu to which the said man nodded,

"i was able to find out from the rumors that the players dressed in ninja clothing are from another game called Naruto VR," he said to which the little girl replied,

"What??, my lord, you don't mean to tell me that the people from that latest VR game are in elder tale as well??" she asked to which he nodded

the players of naruto VR were very infamous among the player community because of how stoic most of them looked like, they were so immersed in the Virtual reality that it had affected their personality in real life making them think like a shinobi even in real life, because of this there was talk that the military would take over the game to train their soldiers in the VR, although the three would never believe strange rumors, the proof was right in front of their eyes,

while most players from elder tales were panicking and moping around, the shinobi were moving through every inch of the city to find information and stopping violence between the NPC and the adventurers, even strange was that the enforcement guards which show up when players fight in a no fight zone, do not show up when a shinobi attacks an adventurer or when they fight among themselves, it was as if rules simply do not apply to them at all,

just as the three were talking among themselves, two shinobi suddenly materialized in front of them, this sent made them alert as they became tense, the shinobi with red hair walked forward and said,

"we mean you no harm, we just wanted to talk to you to exchange information," he said to which the three relaxed, although there were indeed several witnesses of shinobi killing each other in the town in the short amount of time, there were no accounts of them attacking adventurers or NPCs

"what do you wish to know?" shiroe asked to which the man said,

"let us introduce ourselves first, my name is Ren, a Konoha shinobi, this is yuuji also a Konoha shinobi, we wanted to know if you knew where we are and what had exactly happened," he said to which shiroe narrowed his eyes,

he knew exactly what this guy was doing, all he did was give his name and occupation and then quickly diverted the topic so that they would not be able to get any more information from them without seeming rude or aggressive,

looks like the rumors about the shinobi were true after all,

"my name is shiroe, i am an enchanter, this is Akatsuki an assassin, this is naotsugu a guardian, the world is called Theldesia and was supposed to be a game called elder tale, but just after installing a recent update, we were all trapped into this world which resembles elder tale" shiroe said using the same strategy as the ninja,

'This guy is good' both of them thought, but now that their doubts were confirmed, they decided to relax and not be so hostile anymore, they could sense that unlike the shinobi, these guys seem to not like to lie so they decided to oblige,

"Sorry about that, it is common for shinobi to withhold as much information as possible, but i can sense that you guys do not like to lie, as i said before, i am ren and i am from one of the five major villages where the players live, Konoha, the same goes for yuuji here, but we have recently found out that the five villages don't exist in this world, we have tried to use a return scroll but it did not work at all" he said to which the trio relaxed and said

"The situation is the same for us, the inter-city transport gate which we use to travel between different servers are not working either and all the cities are isolated from each other"

soon the 5 people started to talk among themselves and became comfortable with each other, they then started to move through the city when they decided to get something to eat, this is where they discovered a major problem

the shinobi did not have the currency of this world, all they had was ryo from naruto VR,

the adventurers decided to give them some gold to purchase food to which the shinobi swore to return it to them soon,

then another problem occurred,

"Just how long do we have to eat this bland food!!!" naotsugu shouted as the other two also looked troubled, the shinobi duo silently ate the food without complaints, it was common for them to eat tasteless stuff to function in large scale raid where they may have to fight for a few days straight, since the VR had yet to develop enough to simulate taste, they were used to it,

soon the group was invited by an old acquittance of shiroe,

this leads us to the current situation,

"shiroe, i need your help, one of our members is trapped in susukino," said the beautiful blond woman called marine,
